⭐ Thanks a lot for watching this video⭐

Hey guys and welcome back to my channel or if you're new here then hey, my name is blaze and welcome in general, okay. So today i have come to you with an honest, af review of the zala extensions. So i pretty much just want to jump straight into it, i'm filming at about 5 30 in the afternoon and i'm losing the daylight here - honey, i'm losing the daylight. So within saying that, i want to jump straight into the video and get on with this review, but just quickly, if you haven't already - and you want to join my little family here on youtube - then don't forget to hit that subscribe button down below. And of course, if you do like this type of video, then definitely hit me with a big thumbs up. So i know right i'm going to start off with a bit of a back story and then it will kind of make sense about why i'm about to say what i'm about to say in this review so pretty much. I bought these extensions back in 2018. I believe it was and since buying them, i've only worn them twice. I wore them once when it was new years when i first bought them and then two i wore them two days after that. So since then, i hadn't worn them at all, and i just put them away all nicely: they weren't scrunched up in a bag. They were put away properly, all nicely together and compacted in between. Then i had worn other extensions they weren't clipping, but then, as i've recently, i just wanted to go back to clip-ins. I find clip-ins are just the most easiest and best ones that suit my hair. I am a person that wears my clip-ins pretty much 24. 7.. I pretty much wash and prep my hair. They will stay in my hair until i'm ready to take them out or wash my hair or, if i go swimming other than that they will stay in my hair 24. 7.. That means i sleep in them. I shower with them. Of course i wear like a head cap, so it kind of protects the hair, so it doesn't get wet but yeah. I guess you guys pretty much get the gist that i wear them a lot when i have them now in saying that remember i only wore these xyla extensions twice just recently. I wanted to get back into wearing clipping extensions and of course i remember i had the extensions that i put away nicely about a year or two years ago and i hadn't worn them so in my head they were pretty much brand new i'd only wore them Twice now i don't know if it was the quality of the hair. I don't know if it's these clipping extensions that i don't know lose their quality over an amount of time if they haven't been worn. But let me tell you, i put them in the other day for the first time in two years and honestly, the quality was so like. That'S just me being real. The quality was it didn't hold up curls, it didn't even hold up waves. Even when i straightened the hair, it would go frizzy after like half an hour to an hour now, like i said, i've worn some extensions in my time and never ever have. I had extensions that literally cannot hold curls waves. Now i was on instagram the other day and a sponsored message came up from zala and pretty much. They were claiming that you can tone the hair and dye their hair, so i had the hair dyed, so it would match my hair color. Obviously, my hair had been dyed in those two years and can i just say it just made the hair so dead now look. The quality could have gone down because i dyed them, but if zala are going to claim that you can tone and dye the hair and then when you actually dye the hair or tone it, it turns out to that quality. There'S something not right, or maybe someone that wears zala and really loves the product can actually tell me where i'm going wrong. I put them. In the other day, i put a whole head of curls in from a 25 mil barrel curler, and i kid you not. I should have timed it if i knew obviously, i didn't know the curls didn't hold any longer than an hour any longer after the hour i put hair spraying to try and just it up a bit more and still nothing. It was as if they were just kind of like waved. I even know how to explain it. The best way i can explain it is that it was. I do not like the quality at all. Now, of course, i was so excited to be putting my clippings again, so when this happened it was pretty devastating. I am going to be ordering a new set of extensions, but not from zala. I have found a company that have really good reviews, so i am gon na try them out. Okay, so these are the clip-ins i got, i believe, they're 24 inch and the heaviest grand. I think that's like 240 grams. Correct me, if i'm wrong, so this is them like, i said, i'd only worn them twice now: i've worn them probably six times, maybe seven, they look alright when they're, just like this and you're brushing your fingers through, but as soon as i put them in my Hair, it's a different story. Not only were they not holding up the curls they weren't holding up me straightening them. It was going frizzy. What i found is it really knotted, not only my real hair, but it knotted this hair as well and yeah. What i found is that it was really nodding and it would start to mat like i would have to brush my hair, like probably every 20 minutes, to keep it at this kind of healthy. Look. If i didn't brush it every 20 minutes it pretty. Much would be frizzy, it would start to look like it's matting like the hair, would kind of be all mushed and bunched together. I'M pretty sure you guys all know what i mean when i'm saying that so another thing that i found is the strings on the side started to come out like it would run down through the hair. I actually had to get scissors and snip it out it. Just looked like, i had like brown string dangling from my hair to me that shouldn't be happening. That just shows me that the quality isn't that good. I also want to show you this so on the side. Can you see that how the hair is kind of starting to stick out and the string, that's where the string would come from and it would dangle all the way down the hair? Not only that, i don't know if the camera is picking it up, but the sewing on the top of the line here is all coming. Undone, it's kind of got like little loops on the top of the clip at the top line, and it looks like it's all just coming loose again, if i'd only worn them twice beforehand. Why are they doing that? Also, if i am saying something - and you know the answer to it, please drop a comment below and let me know by all means: i'm not a professional, so the sewing issue up the top and these strings and hair coming out on the side. It'S not just from this piece; it literally happens throughout my whole piece of clip ins like look at that, i literally just brushed these and look how messy they're already looking see how the hair is just sticking out already. I literally just brushed this before i hopped on camera. So, to be honest, i have no idea what's going on. I don't know why the hair's doing this - i don't know if it's because i didn't wear them for two years or a year and a half that the quality just goes down if they're not taken out, i don't know i could be completely wrong. I'M really sorry. If this sounds brutal or if this sounds mean - but this is just my honest opinion - i can definitely say i will not be repurchasing the zala brand unless somehow their quality dramatically changes and they really blow me out of the water, but other than that. I will not be repurchasing like i have a whole thing of new hair, and now i can't even wear it because, like i said, i've only worn these extensions about seven times now and honestly, it's just shocking like to have a hair company and to have quality. Like this, it's really shocking. It'S so shocking! I'M sorry! If this offends anyone, it might don't come for me, but it's shocking anyways guys. I am losing the sunlight it's about six o'clock, so i better wrap this video up here. I'M sorry! If i offended anyone, it's just my personal opinion and i'm sorry zola, but the extensions are, i said it, i'm a bad. I know i'm bad, i said at the beginning it was going to be an honest, af review and there i said it. I don't like them, i'm sorry, okay, guys! Thank you so much for joining in and watching this video today. If you do want to see more videos, don't forget to hit that subscribe button down below. Jennifer Bromley: I know this is quite late, when compared to the date this was posted, but I’m completely disgusted with Zala rn. Thank you for posting this review. They have actually gotten worse. I got the wefts for professional sew in after I had my tape in extensions for about a year. After washing them ONCE, they were matted, dry, ton of shedding, tangling…and the list goes on. I’m going to have to spend a ton more $ to replace them. I expect- and have had- extensions last about a year…and I’ve been wearing extensions for over 10 years. Zala hair didn’t last one MONTH. Can’t overstate my disappointment. I’m not rich, and hair is a luxury I save and plan for. Essentially I flushed almost $1k. Thank you for allowing me to vent;) And thank you for your post. Im feeling the solidarity

Bianca corrado: I can agree with you on this. I have been buying hair from zala since 2015.... Over the last 4ish years quality HAS gone down. I think it's hit or miss on the 'batch' that they send out. Ive boughten tons of tape in's (at least 6 separate orders) a halo, and 2-3 clip sets.... all have varied in quality from thickeness/ends being thin, texture and "life" of the hair, shedding ect... Very weird, but I know exactly what you're talking about!! Thanks for sharing!!!!

Kate Reyburn: i just bought their seamless clip ins and im soo disappointed in the quality. they looked waxy and synthetic straight out of the box so i tried to shampoo some of the shine out but they still feel fake and gross to touch. also the band part looks so messy and poorly made. complete waste of money

Ursula Erich: Okay so the main problem I’m seeing with the Zala reviews is how ppl tend to point out strings/sewing issues. I’m here to tell you as a person that has been wearing extensions since I was in elementary school, even beauty supply stores and hair you get offline have that issue. It’s not a major focus you should be looking for. What should you should be looking for is split end damage, thinning, excessive shedding or immediate matting after washing. Those are your key signs. The clips being loose, random string or any small imperfections are easily fixable and doable at that. Your extensions probably didn’t take to well to products that work just fine on your hair. You always have to remember that clip ins/wefts are dead hair and products that work perfect on your hair probably won’t work well on extensions. Keep them moisturized and be careful when dying them.

womanwithtoolbelt: Thank God for honest YouTubers that truly give honest feedback

Dafina Rasiti: I thought I was the only one!! I have been buying from Zala for years and I’m brushing my hair every 20 minutes also!! Never purchasing from them again! Bellami hair extensions are the best out there to me, they’re so thick and quality is amazing and they aren’t as expensive as Zala. Recommend

Ari Torres: I literally have this exact issue... My extensions tangle 5 mins into wearing them

Anneta Roz: My friend Wears ZALA weaves, she’s had them for years and she’s really happy with them and they look amazing she always styles them and she’s never had a prob... also have friends that have the ponytail and I recently got one i loveeeee it! But I did hear that it’s possible to get a “bad batch” ... I reckon yours lost quality because as hair itself it does need the oils and to be washed as any hair would so I’m not sure I’m assuming it died for that reason just sitting there with no oils

Amina: Years ago, Zala was my go-to! It was very expensive as I'm Canadian but I'd buy a set every year! & the set would last me 1+ years! and that's with constant almost daily usage! I still have my 1-2 of old sets and they're perfectly great! But, before I was going to purchase my next set -- I kept seeing an upsurge of bad reviews and that it wasn't the "same" & something had changed dramatically with the quality. I was hoping it was a bad batch or two, but I see that it's not the brand it used to be :(

Susan A: God bless your honesty! I am currently experiencing the same problem with Zala hair extensions. The quality is terrible and it looks 100percent synthetic and they definitely do not hold curls!

ItsKat: I have long hair and I have to keep it brushed or it looks like a mess too. I use a bit of the "revive me" that comes with it and they are instantly silky and bouncy. Honestly I think zala hair is healthier and less tangled than my own hair. Only brand I will ever buy from.

Krystal Eastwood: Imagine having hair sitting there for two years without no washing or no nourishment put into them. I could imagine that’s why they felt like crap, hair extensions need better care than your actual hair because obviously the extensions don’t receive the natural oils from your scalp like your actual hair would, even if you have them put away for two years they would definitely benefit from an occasional condition or treatment just to keep them nourished. ☺️☺️

aleah markham: I wear hair extensions 23 hrs of the time lolz … I can tell you I love zala. I’m sorry you experience a bad set … I don’t like Bellami, the hair sheds a ton after a couple of washes. Zalas last longer for me than bellami ‍♀️ and luxys are straight trashhhhhhh

antonio snyder: I bought one set from zala, lasted me about 6 months to a year but they were so dry after dying them and tangled and Frizzed so badly, only reason I wore them for so long was cuz they were the only set I had and I couldn't afford a new one, now I gave a set from minihouse888 that I got last summer, and a set from milk and blush I got a few months and the quality is soooo much better, I have had to trim both sets as I hear style frequently and long hair get dried out easily but nothing as bad as Zala

Holly A.: Hi thanks for your honest review! Did you have the 100% remi hair or the keratin?

curly_blonde_unicorn: Fyi weigh your extensions when you receive them. Mine were underweight, even including the clips they were less gms than advertised. Wont be purchasing from Zala again either!

Jade Domkowski: Wish I watched this before I bought the two nine packs

MR_84: Omg!!!!!!!! Yasssss I though I was the only one … they get tangled horribly they don’t curl .. first timer n bad experience so far

Pumpkin Pickens: I just bought a set of ZALA extensions off a friend. Worn only once for her wedding day in 2019. I intend to wear them for the first time for my wedding as well. They’re so thick and soft, and I’m thinking because they’re “old” maybe they are better quality? I’ve noticed older ZALA reviews are mostly good, but any reviews from the last year or two are all pretty poor. Am I just lucky because the hair is from over 3 years ago? They’re still holding the curls from her wedding day, so that makes me hopeful. They are not synthetic or shiny like plastic either, it really does look like the hair on my head.

Sade Gemmell: Yes I have to say zala hair can be ether shit or really good I find the seamless ones are there best and there tapes but the lace ones are crap

Drive Sim: Theyre not cheap extensions so I think an honest review of your experience is fair enough

iamirisgvn: I recently straightened my extensions and they melted ?!? I ordered human hair … but the ends are soooo tangly and feel like the hair melted

womanwithtoolbelt: What kind of hair is the new ones you bought? That’s probably bc when you snipped that string, that one string was holding everything together what hair do you suggest

Number 1 Top videos: I had their writs sewn in my head and they got dry and frizzy after wash number 2

TheDestinyfatality: My tape ins are doing the same thing… after two washes they go to shit

Els Jay: Bellami hair is amazing and the best !! thickest actual proper hair extensions that are thick

Nick Prince: Wish I found this video before I bought the ponytail that I found out was bs as well

Taylor: I can't find good extensions anywhere they all have bad reviews

Dose of Chris: Try the revive me oil lol.... and I’m sorry that you had that experience

Number 1 Top videos: I emailed them and they sent me all kinds of stuff saying how it’s sewn in my head and so it can’t be returned

Belen Jimenez: Estas extenciones se pueden pintar .??

Claire Snyder: This is a YOU problem Mine last years and I get the lightest shades which are generally more damaged and usually get frizzy quicker

Lorena Marcia: Guys someone give me an online store that is reliable, no matter the value but that is reliable I really need it for my wedding !!!!!!!!

Stefany Gallegos: I legit JUST bought the 9 piece

Mary Valenzuela: Won't be ordering these!

Ashley Wyatt: Why did you not put them in?
