Flat Strand Extensions [No Glue Or Heat] Single Strand Extensions

If you've seen my most recent video, you will see that I have got the flat tip single strand, hair extensions installed in my hair in a Yaki texture. So I ordered them from a supplier in Yaki, kinky straight and curly, because these flat tip hair extensions only seem to be available for straight hair, textures and House of Hair we're all about diversity. So I wanted to get them in a kinky straight Yaki and curly. So I'm going to show you guys exactly how they are installed, so the first one we're going to do is we're going to make sure we've got the correct size beads and we want the four millimeter size, micro beads. So In Our Salon, we have five millimeter for our braid, the Swift installs and for our normal traditional micro links, but because we're going to be doing the flat tip micro links, the tip of it is a lot smaller, and this is what makes them more versatile And more flat against your head, so we're going to make sure we're using the four millimeter micro beads and these are available on the website. Houseofhairuk.Com. If you just go to the shop, we have a thousand bees in a bottle or a thousand beads on a roll. So, first of all, I'm gon na just make sure I am separating all of the leave out because we want to have enough hair to cover up the actual strands, but because they are such small strands, you don't actually need as much leave out as you would Normally have for the micro links or traditional micro links, so I've got the whole of her parameter is left out. I'Ve braided it away, so it doesn't get in the way and I've started. My first row install - I actually do have some experience using these flat tip hair extensions, like I said before, but they're only available in more silky textured hair. So for some people doing the install you might put the micro beads on and then lift up the client's hair and place the tip of the flat tips you might place them underneath and it just gives a little bit more cover for some people. You just put the micro beads in and exactly how you would micro links. You would place the tip of the hair extensions over the top. It really doesn't matter because they are quite flat against the head, but some people feel like when you lift them up and you put their hair underneath that it actually creates a little bit more of kind of an illusion. And it covers them. So because we are thinking about launching these hair extensions and having them available online, the lady who does our social media content, because, yes, I've hired someone to do social media for tick, tock and Instagram. It'S far too much pressure to do it. She'S actually just taken some step-by-step images of how these hair extensions are installed, so that we can make a little kind of slideshow for people who want to purchase them and they might want to have step-by-step guide on how to actually do the install. So that's why I've just put the white paper underneath so that you can see the exact amount, because it's a slightly smaller amount than you would normally use for micro links. So that's what allows you to put far more hair extensions in your hair because you actually don't need such a large amount. So here you can see it a little bit more close-up. The section that I'm taking is still going to be a very, even Square because I like to have them very consistent, make sure they're in a square so that they're not pulling on the left or right above or below. And then I will put my strands in I'll put my bead in and then I will put my micro bead Strand and here I'm just showing you that whole process a little bit more close-up. So you can go on the top, like I'm doing here and for the next one you're going to see that I've lifted up her hair and I put the tip of the flap tip underneath that micro, bead and underneath the customer's hair issue. Won'T you tell me so in total, in the back of her hair, I believe we've done nine rows in total. What I like about these micro links is that this is her leave out at the top that you can see rolled up at the top of her hair, her crown area, but actually the strands were a little bit too high. So what she said is that she often does tight ponytails and puts her hair up in a tight Pony or top knot and actually her hair in the crown area. Just there you can see it's slightly shorter and it's a little bit more thin. So when we try to cover it over, we could actually see the micro beads. So what I love about them is that there's no glue, there's no heat, there's no adhesive, so all you do is simply go in with your pliers and gently squeeze that round. Micro. Bead to loosen it out and voila. This is how you take off these uh micro links, all these flat tip hair extensions, very simple and easy. So once I had installed the back of her hair, I then went around to the sides and if you are familiar with how I do my installs, I always do them an angle I feel like it gives an illusion of creating more volume and Frames the face. So I always do my first couple of rows at an angle falling all towards the face so that it gives an illusion of more volume. So this is what I'm doing here, placing all of my micro beads in and then I'm going to start installing my extensions I need to do so after I finished doing her side rows installed or doing them at an angle. I then started doing them in straight lines, so they would meet the roads at the back. As you can see here, we could see one of her micro beads, so I just removed it and then I added two little cheeky rows on the side here, so that when she does her side part, it would be a little bit more consistent. So her side, part and her middle part would have the same volume of hair. Thank you so committed same to me so again when installing these hair extensions, if you find that some are very visible and when you're trying to style it, you can see some poking out, then it's definitely a better idea to get rid of it rather than trying To disguise it - and I just showed you there - that some of the hair was left over, so I believe in total we put maybe around 118, we had about 20 strands left over. I showed you it straight just a moment ago and now I'm going to put some soft waves in it and guys in a second I'm going to just show you how versatile they are we're going to do a pony, we're going to do half up half down Side part, I'm just going to show you how many styles she can have with these hair extensions in her hair and they are absolutely Flawless and you cannot see them around the parameter or at the crown. So you see this little tiny bead here that is showing I actually ended up getting rid of that, because her hair is quite short in the crown area, and it was a little bit too visible, so we got rid of it in the end. Is so again, this is a reminder of her hair before it was quite fine and it was also short um and then this is her look after pupil. I am in love with these flat tip hair extensions. I'M telling you, after we've, tested out this hair, make sure that the quality of the hair is good, that it can color well that it curls well, it doesn't matte or get tangled or anything. We will be launching these hair extensions and hopefully we will do it before Black Friday or Christmas foreign. So here I'm just quickly showing you half up half down, so we've done it straight. We'Ve done it in the middle part. We'Ve done it in a side part. This is a half up half down, then I'm going to show you it fully in a pony just a very loose ponytail, because she's going to wear it down today and obviously the hair extensions have been installed today. So we don't want to put them in too tight and put too much pressure on her hair and then she's going to take it down and have it all kind of like swept back with no part in these hair extensions are absolutely amazing.
