Hair Business Question | How I Package My Orders!?

That'S what I thought you said now. Let me offer this as a rebuttal, so um literally just family always seen what I look like in my last video video video. How much for down so yeah still a mess, just fine, I don't have school tomorrow. So I can go ahead and get my business back together, because everything is everywhere so yeah you guys wanted to see how our packaged hair orders, so I'm gon na get. Oh so yeah I'll finish it. I have a package to order. It'S not that hard. You just make shipping, but you don't want to see it. I can't really show y'all PayPal information because people with information on their my funds are on there and my personal information. So it's just so much confidential stuff on PayPal. For me to show that which I don't think anybody's going to show you their PayPal account but i'ma show you how to package orders, which I don't understand. Why do I want to see this, but job do so everything no other orders on that package? I don't have everything India stock I'll, find missing, one bundle here or something, so I can't even pack it like oils a lot of the orders and I dish it, but this one I have so yeah pull up my I pull up. My PayPal account and I pull up my website just to make sure I have I already shipped out order out cuz. It doesn't show it on my website that I shipped it out it just I haven't pushed like full feeling awesome of those orders, BOM PayPal able to show that it has been shipped or there's a tracking number for it, meaning I've already shipped it or made up Made a ship a label for it, but this or I don't have everything meet somewhere. I have had a she ordered for 2016 18 body wave. I do check a hundred times just to make sure right, because I don't like say the wrong thing extra stuff. So yeah, okay, our order is correct, so I have different shipping boxes. Some are bigger and my smaller depends on how me what's being ordered closed on the package. That'S it literally and when it comes to doing the ship me like waves, pearl PayPal. Now I can't show y'all, so I used to go multi order, shipping so I'll, just print out multiple levels at one time way easier for my life, so yeah, here's our inner day. I use my shipping labels and I said I cannot show you how this information, so, if you use PayPal to order shipping or when you start you'll, see Vic something different packages in the general, whatever you're, using I'm using the flat rate envelope. So you just go to it and select library envelope, good you, shipping and your shipping the wrong thing. They will ship it back to you, okay, so just picking with I'm shipping a leadership all my stuff in these flat link and look delicious, like one bundle and I'll shipping on a smaller package. But these are obvious. Ship didn't do the same total package. So I little pretties all up at once and when you packaging make sure you put the right stuff in the right packages and on the mix-up orders, I do or one order at a time just to make sure everything is correct. It'S a headache didn't have finish. It back to you and then you have to resubmit out when you're losing more money, because you have to keep shipping it back at work and, of course, that the reimbursement was a shitty event, because that was not their fault. That was your fault. So that's annoying. I'Ve actually before shipped, I don't know it was just confusing my head, but I think that I shipped to people's orders. I switch their orders so when I got him, I'm like okay dang, so I text the other, I'm like hey, I'm gon na get your package, but I didn't you go out order like now. You should be the right one or she said, took a picture of her bond a little Mike really. So how did this person get your order? I don't even know how I went. It was just weird so after that, if you're talking about a messed up, I make sure I do one order at a time make sure that everything in the package is correct and I'll label them one at a time so yeah once you push print, it will Pay for you pay for it and then it, for example, your labels, another paper, and I need to get a new file thing because of these orders from last one in this month, I have to put all these in a new file I'll file mine. These are like my receipts for people's orders. Like say now, I shipped it I have. Actually I comes out that comes out when it prints. So one part is the shipping label in another part, the way seat, systemize order, and I keep my receipt I'll, keep them in a file inside. I need to send out that last following and put that up somewhere and I can start over the New Year everywhere. So this is her I'll make sure this is our order. I'M still check again like make sure this. I put the right bundles in there. That'S it. Okay, make sure I call her information. This is why it comes out when you print them off. So here's the shipping label and this side is my Maori seat, and I just hope you see it tells you to cut it right now, in the middle you cut, it click the shipping label on the package and the receipt is your part. You file it because, when tax time come around, you need a higher order stuff in order to go to Walmart, because I have a lot of stuff that I use I run out of stuff. I have to use this tape until I get some more. What other tape I ran out? I thought I had way more than I had, or I don't know I couldn't have used my shake. I don't know having long as more tape, though we're not laws in Michigan. I guess there's our order. Here'S a shipping label, I don't have the money. So when I print that bill, this is not it. Oh I bought it. The sticky labels like when you put them off they'll already be comes they're like stickers, just to make my life easier. So I don't have to tape them down like this in the future. I will be changing that, especially when I have like way more words rolling at one time, nobody's gon na sit here and do this, I'm gon na hang. If I find this tape yeah, this is gon na be a long video. If you always seen here watching me, this is exactly landing for every single order. You see how long they're taking me to do it every similar. This is doing one order yeah blow up and when you're putting your shipping lid with all your hold on you're on information, but you put any ship with lawyers up right now make sure you cannot cover the barcode. If you put tape on the barcode, they will not race skin it. It does something to it with the tape being over there. Even if the tape is like flat, you know it's not messed up, it's still rule it does something. You cannot put tape over the barcode, so didn't make sure when you package your orders, you do not put the tape over the bottle. Do not touch the barcode with the tape because when they scan it with their little like hand, machine things, it will somehow mess it up and it won't go through. So that's when you just hurt order this package and we ready to be shipped out. My shipping ban and they shipped down whenever after like getting up at the longship it not going out tonight again, so it would be, it would be shipped tomorrow and that's pretty much it and I'd be, and I can't package the mother orders right now, because I Don'T have a something stop. My stop don't come to later this week, but you have to restock and recount my stock because I don't know what I have a sack. I don't know what I don't have. So it's just everywhere because I really haven't been home for real, like been able to sit and chill, and just like you know, since, like the 17th of December, because I've been going, I was in Michigan for a couple weeks came home this weekend, I've been gone For my dental for dental stuff at this seminar, so I have really got to sit out and recon my stock and soon I don't have my stock in get all my orders out and get back on schedule. So I'm gon na take tomorrow and do all that stuff get everything done it work because Tuesday, I start writing school. You know so I got ta make sure everything is in order. This is my last semester of college. I'M trying to stay focused, keep up with YouTube. So these other orders I'm going to be putting shipping labels, really I'm gon na be putting the shipping labels on those - and I just like I said I stick. You know, I think, sticky notes and write on what their order is, and I sometimes write their name on top design on get confuse. It'S always nice to be a hundred percent correct. Alright, now here, if I don't have in here, is done. I read note here and I set their orders up. I thought this thing sitting online Tana, my business setup stand whatever and I put these packages in each one Center sitting there waiting and I can just read what I need or get worse and I already be like it's just the same more organized.
