Diy Curly Tape In Extensions | Kai And Monta

I clarified it with the paul mitchell, cleanse 2 shampoo. So right now i am parting, the back of my hair, the leave out part which will cover the tracks when i pull my hair up into a high ponytail. That'S why my hair is so short, but we'll get it back to the length it was at pretty soon so the best way to determine if the tracks will show or not is putting the metal part to your comb to the part and then flipping your hair Up and if you can see the metal, that means you need more leave out so right now, i'm just making the part a little bit straight to my liking and then i will be taking the first piece and then this right here is called a velcro gripper. It just puts the um you just place it on your hair, it's velcro and it tames the flyaways so that when i put the track onto my hair, no extra hair will go on to the glue. So i'm getting my first weft of hair the paper. That'S on the tape is like super hard to get off, especially with my nails so later on in the video you'll, see that you start using tweezers, but the way that i like to do it is. I get the first piece and i place it at the bottom of my hair and then push that in really good and then i'm gon na flip my piece of hair down so that it's on top of that track and then i'm gon na get a second Piece of hair struggling right now and then i'm going to place that piece over my real hair so i'll be sandwiching, my real hair in between those two pieces and that's how it stays and then once uh it's on there, it's it's on there. I see people usually use pliers to like really secure it onto your hair. I don't use pliers, i mean i just press it in with my fingers and it's pretty good, but as you can see, it's really flat and you can't see the track. So i'm just going to let you watch the video and i will come in periodically. I also wanted to mention when you lay the track down, you don't want to lay it too close to the root, because when you flip it there will will be bulging and it will pull your hair and that's uncomfortable. I think i did that, like probably two or three times, but i had to fix it, but yeah: don't do it too close to your route? Just put it probably like a quarter away from a quarter of an inch away from your roux and you'll be good to go so at this point the process is pretty repetitive: i'm just going to go ahead and speed up the video okay, so do do so About my edges, they are super thin right now, i'm going through postpartum shedding.
