Hi everybody welcome back to my channel today. I'M gon na show you how I blow out my hair. As most of you know, I do have extensions in. I have a lot of t-pin extensions in. I actually have 30 pieces in which is more than the average person, so, as you can see, my hair is right here, see that and then pretty much like all. This is tape and extensions. So for those of you who do have extensions, you know how hard it can be to style them. Having extensions can be really difficult to blow out, especially if you go to the shower. They'Re really naughty. So if you are interested in learning how I blow out mine - maybe you can do the same thing with yours, so keep watching and we will get right into the video. So the very first thing that you want to do is get out any extra moisture from your hair. So, as you can see here, I'm using a clean towel and I'm really just ringing up my hair. This is also going to help with any drip edge that your hair may have now we're gon na grab our blow-dryer and attach this a nozzle to help smooth the hair out. The first thing you want to blow-dry is the root. You want to make sure the root where the tape tabs are placed are going to be completely dry. Leaving a tab wet can cause the tape to actually peel apart or sometimes it'll begin to disintegrate and leave the tab kind of gooey. So, as you can see here, I'm getting in the back and I'm getting all the tabs in the back and you can feel the rows where the tabs are placed so I'm getting in between each row of tabs. You always want to use a leave-in, conditioner or moisturizing oil on your hair. The hair can be kind of dry, so I'm using a Vedas damage, remedy daily hair repair and I'm putting about a quarter size amount in my palms and I'm smoothing that all throughout the ends of my hair, I'm not getting too close to the tabs. Because you don't want the oil from the leave-in conditioner to get all over the tabs now that you have product in, you want to go in with your blow-dryer again and just blast dry, all the hair until it's about 90 % dry doing. This is gon na make it so much easier to smooth it out with a round brush and if you haven't noticed, I actually have not even put a brush to my hair at all. Yet I wait until most of its just completely dry. Until I even try or attempt to put a brush to it now that my hair is 90 % dry, I will begin to brush it when it's like this, it's just so much easier to even try to get a brush through. So, as you can see, I'm using a wet brush and I normally use a regular-sized wet brush, but I keep that one at work this one I like, because I can fit it in my purse. So no one has to see a big bulky brush and it just spits on my palm a little bit better, but I do carry this pretty much everywhere. I go now I'm just brushing through my hair when it's like this. It'S so much easier to get a comb through or a brush through. First, I like to blow out with a round brush the mohawk section of my hair, where there's actually no tape and extensions at so. By doing this, I will click this part up and then that's a butterfly clip right there and then you'll see me put the rest of my hair into a swirly. Do hair tie those you can actually purchase that in the village, I'm obsessed with them, and then I will take that top section out and then I will begin to use a round brush on that part. So a normal round brush is about this size me. On the other hand, I prefer the biggest brush possible. This gets my extensions really smooth, really quickly can't live without it, make sure that your blow dryer is turn to medium heat when you're blow-drying the top of your head. This is so that you will not get any small breakage on the top of your scalp. You don't want those little flyaways up there. I just grab big sections here and I take my huge round brush and I just start blow-drying that smooth this does not have to be perfect because at the end I'm gon na go back over it. I just like to do this part first, because what happens is if it's too wet and it's been clipped up for a while it'll crease. So I just blast this pretty smooth at first and then, like I said I won't go back over it at the end. Now that the top of my hair is dry, I'm going to pull that hair tight out, and then I am going to clip the top half of my hair up into that same clip, leaving a pretty thick section of the bottom out, which I will begin to Blow-Dry so right here, I'm splitting the hair and a half on the back, pulling it straight up to the front and then I'm just gon na make sure that these are blasted dry and then I'm gon na start going in and using my round brush. I'M making sure that the heat is on high and at this point I'm pretty much just smoothing the hair out and getting all the knots out the bigger the brush, the more of a section you can take. So this section is pretty big and I'm just gon na go through and make sure that each section is just smooth at this point: it's okay to have the heat on high, because the hair texture of the extensions are pretty coarse. So if it's not on high, it might take you a while to blow out the hair and right here you can see how much smoother this side of my head is compared to the side that I haven't smoothed out. Yet I'm going to continue doing the same technique on the next side of extensions, I'm going to just smooth these out as best as possible, so that both sections look completely the same and they are tangle free all right now I am letting my hair down and I'M gon na pull back the part of hair that does not have any extensions in it and I will begin to blow out the last portion of extensions that have yet to be smoothed out. I'M gon na start by making sure that this section is blasted dry again and right here you can see. That is a tape. In extension, that's a tab right there. I have 30 pieces of them scattered throughout my hair. So right here, I'm just you know blasting! This dry, one more time and again, I'm going back in with that ginormous round brush and I'm going in to smooth this hair out it detangle it get it nice and shiny and soft wait. Can we please look at the difference blowing out your hair can do for it crazy what a difference. The reason I like to blow my extensions out smooth is because it makes the next day so much easier when you take curling iron to it and try to curl it or do anything else. It just looks so much better looks healthier shinier. Now I'm going in and I'm just kind of fluffing up the top going back, making sure that the volume I'm sorry I'm making sure that the heat is on medium and I'm just gon na fix the top and make that a little bit smoother again. Alright guys there you have it. That is my tutorial on how I blow out all of my taping extensions in my hair. If you like this video, please give it a thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe.

Chrystal Dollarhide: Thank you for this video! I do a very similar process with mine but I will tweak based on this. What do you do on the days you don't wash? After a couple days my ends get course and curly again. I currently blow out the top every day for volume and hit the ends with a flat iron but wondering if there are any other suggestions. Not sure I'm happy with what I do... Also I work out at lunch so that's twice a day with heat tools and that scares me..
