Please excuse my appearance. First of all, and I'm going to be getting my hair maintenance done. I think I'm gon na get them taken out just because at this moment in time no one knows what's gon na happen and I will certainly not be going out. So I think it's a bit pointless to have these extensions in. I have left my hair really greasy for the hairdresser today. Sorry about that I've, let you just some dry shampoo in even though it hasn't really I got them done on the 24th of January. Is now the 20th of March, so about eight weeks, which i think is pretty good, I should say eight to ten weeks they are. I could probably still when for another two weeks if I wanted to, but just because of what everything's happening right now. I think it's just best to go. Do it ASAP, rather than not getting it done? If you know what I mean excuse all the mist in this background as well, I've literally just moved back from uni, but yeah, I'm just gon na go there now getting done. We'Re gon na get a cut, wash blow-dry okay, so I'm now back at home, I've got the hair extensions taken out and I'm just gon na tell you what happened and the process and how I've basically got on with my beauty works. Taping hair extensions for the last two months, so you haven't watched my first video of this already. I don't I do about me. First, getting my tape, extensions put in and the process and what I learnt and stuff so go ahead and watch that if you haven't already I'll link it down below anyway, um it's 20th of March today and I got them taken out because they would you taking Out and refitting, however, I just took them out for just like a sort of break and I didn't really need them in because with the situation what's happening at the moment - and I fought it's a bit pointless because I'll probably be inside most attire or I'll, be At work because I do work in a supermarket, but there's just no point having nice expensive, hair extensions. Just for that. So, first of all, when I went into the someone today, I have had seven-day like greasy hair, like I'm washed it in seven days. I just sat me down and then literally she'd just started, taking the extensions out she sprayed some this stuff on the tapes and literally just peeled it off and pulled it off like that and that took about twenty to thirty minutes and after she done that she Sprayed a lot of oil in my hair it was a L'Oreal one, it's gold, I'm not sure which one it is. But it looks like that and then that, like really eased the glue and after she took the tapes out, she had a comb and then she just started coming through the hair, where the tape was because it was very sticky and apparently booty works. Tapes are more stickier than ruptures. I know. Raptures is like the second most best brand or like equal. I don't know apparently more sticky, but that was the first time I had the tapes in so they'll use new tapes like new bits of glue to retake the extension and next time I get them fitted in. So she done that Matt oiled my hair and then she washed it. Then she was washing it for quite badly and which was nice to make sure everything was out. But then she slapped me back down cut my hair for a little trim and then at the back of my hair was still sticky where the glue was um. So she took me back washing my hair a bit more and then yeah blow dried it and cut it. So it's very short right now, back to my normal lengths, I did get um some bangs put in and I have my hair in middle part, and I just asked for like this thickness. You know when your hair, just like frames your face when it's up that you can sort of see what it's a bit shorter by dress from my hairpin side, so really like wearing my hello this moment. She also gave me these samples to try. This is what she used on my hair um. She has like blows of Gloria bass da say this is what she used. This is how my hair looks. It feels so thin, like I don't remember, having this much thin hair but yeah. It feels so fin, which is really weird. I think it's because she did blow-dry it straight and it's normally a bit thicker when I blow dryer anyway, when she was taking them out some hair of mine, it did come out which was expecting to be fair. So do expect a little bit of damage to your hair. I'D say because you haven't like gloom taking out your hair, so obviously it's gon na rip a little bit, but I didn't have too much damage all good. So obviously, I've had them in for two months and I absolutely love them. I would have obviously got them back in if it wasn't for the situation right now. I do miss having them in, but I don't miss like the effort it took to maintain them because well what I found with them is, I always had to style them to make them look good. So, even if it was like small little curls at the ends and personally cold suit me better with my hair, especially if you're going like longer. I never had it straight because I found that I could see my head where my hair ended and then the ends of the extensions. If you know what I mean. So that was a little bit of a problem, but I don't mind cutting my head because I feel like I see them in terms of washing it, I'm in bar first time I got them in. I washed them five days later, then I in the next week. I was in six days later and then I started working up to just once a week or just where I needed to, but I didn't the longest I went without washing. No, the shortest time I went without washing was five days. Obviously, you don't want to wash them that much because you know you do want to maintain them and keep them very nice. She didn't wash my hair extension. She literally just took them out how them how they wearing my hair, so she put them in a little bag for me, and I was meant to bring my BT Works packets that they came in to pop them back in I've left them at uni. At the moment, so I'm gon na have to get them. Oh, she just say to wash them when I get home or just whenever, really just wash them, how I'd normally wash them and then blow-dry them so they're all nice again, I'm not sure how that's gon na go down. Also, when I am had to like come out the shower and blow-dry them, it took about 30 minutes and even then um afterwards. I found that when I was shampooing my hair, the shampoo actually will still, unlike my tapes, if that makes sense, because it wouldn't dry. So it would be like I haven't shampooed my hair, so it looks a bit Gracie, but it wasn't grace. It was where the shampoo was still there, but I didn't really want to wash my hair all over again so many times I left it and I only realized up to the last time I wash my hair last week that that was happenin. So when you do shampoo, your hair, shampoo, the wax and base up here and then I'd say shampoo like like on the outside of your hair and then a little bit under and just don't shampoo directly on the tapes and your roots. To be honest because you're getting water on them anyway, so it's cleaning that cleaning up. Obviously it's not a deep cleaning like you normally would wash your hair, but that's just a little tip, because otherwise there will look greasy underneath when you lift your hair up, which I put dry shampoo on and it still didn't really work. They did work the top. Obviously, obviously, if you still haven't watched my previous video, I do show you some products that I used. I basically used all the beauty works, who oil sprays that's obviously suited to the hair, extensions and yeah. I got the 22 inch in my hair, which came to about maybe just over my belly button, which I did really enjoy, and I was going to have the 18 inch at first, but then I fought because they cut your hair extensions they'll go shorter eventually, so I just wanted to go longer anyway, and I've always wanted to have long hair, so I thought you know just go for the full monty. Why not and honestly I love them. I have some pictures over on my Instagram. If you follow me at Le Pearce with two eyes taken um yeah, I've got some pictures in there of my long hair. So you can go see what that looks like. So I'm just looking at some comments on my old video and someone said about how many grams in each bag - I don't know exactly - you - can probably check them out on the Beauty Works website, but you don't really need to worry about the ground. It'S just. I had four packs and they're 16 pieces in each pack and then they sandwich two of the pieces. Together there were 64 pieces all together and obviously they sandwich together starts 32 pieces around my head. Someone said when you had them installed at the hairdresser's dude you your did. You have your hair wash at Sun, or did you go in the clean hair? I think you could probably do both, but I would advise what I'm getting your hair wash at the salon because they do use all the bright products before you put your hair in, so you need them. Sulfate free shampoo, if you're gon na, do that, and so, if you're gon na wash your hair, make sure it's so thick free at home, if not going to the Sun on no [ __ ] for you, but obviously you do need to buy cell-fate free shampoo. Also, when you're drying, your hair, you literally need to make sure every single piece of your hair is completely dry. Otherwise, if you leave them, your hair will be prone to more damage. I guess so could because they could probably slide out or get tangled. So that's another thing or when you go to bed, you also need to put it in a Platt I'll, just put it in their side Platt, just so the hairs all in one place, and it doesn't get tangled up when I sleep, because they can be quite Hard and when you get tangled and you can't really brush them out without breaking them, if you do tangle it, obviously, if you use the oil as well, that will help souvenir at the time I went to it was 15 pounds to take them out an extra 10 pounds for the blow dry and an extra 10 pound for the car, so let's go buy paid 35 pounds done 10 % discount as well, which is really good but they're. The kind of prices that you're looking at. If you want them taken out, if you want them refitted and putting them back in it's 50 pounds, obviously 45 or student discount, she does NHS discount as well. I also done a video a while ago me testing the beauty, works, color and waiver tools and that lit that'll up my most viewed, video on YouTube at the moment, and so beauty works have their own styling wand and they have their own crimping tool, and I Use the styling wand to style my hair extensions, all the time I didn't use any other color the way that all I used that as well, and that's on my Instagram, a picture of that where my hair was like a mermaid crimped shape. So that's the end of the video, if you did enjoy, give it a thumbs up and if you have any questions that I missed about the hair extensions, then down below you can always check out my other videos. I'Ve been saying, because I do cover a lot of questions about my extension, my experience at that time. Yeah, thank you for watching subscribe. If you're new and I will be doing more, videos are very soon bye.

Beth: I've been thinking about buying these and your videos were so helpful! If anyone else is like me and can't go 5 days without getting too greasy then a good tip is to tie back the extensions and shampoo and rinse the top section of natural hair and dry it for a refresher between normal washes. I usually wash my hair everyday which put me off getting tape ins but a friend who uses the rapture ones said she does this and it works great!
