If you would like to see how I got this hair, then keep watching hello, everybody sponsor Judy. What'S up so I've been waiting forever to make this video because it took forever for these supplies to come in the mail and, as you guys know, I love to do fun things with my hair. I like to do fun creative things with pretty much every aspect of my life and my hair is no different, so this is not the first hair Project video I have done and it won't be the last so stressful, we're doing some air. So I did a poll on my Instagram like this was over a month ago, at this point, it's taking a long time for this hair to come in, but I basically did pull and I asked you know what color should I dye my hair next, like I've Done every color and uninspired, I just really don't know, and then somebody responded to it and they were just like you know: I've never seen you with blond, hair and I've had blonde hair many times, as you can see in these many photos that I'm going to Throw up but I've never had long blonde hair. I have used clip-in extensions before to get long blonde hair, but I never did that great of a job for one and for I don't think clipping. Extensions are as realistic looking as taping extensions, especially for somebody who has short hair and just in my personal experience, it's hard to blend clip in extensions when your hair is short. So I was like I should try to do a hair transformation and where they go from short and dark too long and long. So that's what we're doing today and that's gon na entail a lot. I need to strip my hair. I need to bleach my hair and I need to dye my hair whoa, so this video might take a few days to film. I don't know because listen as I always say, I'm not making educational tools. Ok, I'm not telling you how to treat or process your hair. I am NOT a professional. I just do what I do, how I do it and that's me, and you don't have to be like me, depending on how my hair turns out after I strip it. I may or may not bleach it the same day being sad as you can see, my hair is looking a little bit ridiculous, and that is because in preparation for this, I'm allowing my hair to grow out as much as possible and then the middle, the top. I should say is pretty long. I think I've got about eight inches, maybe of coverage on the top, and then the back is also a good, probably five or six inches. So this is my plan. Okay, I'm going to part my hair like and the mono and wow that looks so good. No, I'm gon na part, my hair in the middle, so that I can use it to cover the hair extensions and then I'm gon na put them all around, because my hair also covers in the back. So obviously I don't know how this is gon na turn out. I never know how it's gon na turn out when I start, but it's worth a shot. So I have two different sized extensions. I bought a 12-inch because I feel, like that's gon na, be easy to blend into the top and, as you know, I like to buy them in layers so that it's a little more natural when it starts to come together. And then I have two packages worth of 16-inch. I believe so it should be about that long when I'm done so. What I'm gon na do now is strip my hair, that's gon na, be my first step, obviously, and then um yeah, the fun's gon na start. Oh, my god, I am such an idiot. I went to check the progress of my hair, I'm gon na be so stupid. Is it feels to me? So this is what we have going on so far. Obviously the oldest most processed hair is the lightest. I'M pretty happy with how much it's stripping. To be quite honest, I didn't even really you know, put it much in the roots, because that's just my natural hair color, nothing there to strip, but it is stripping it a little bit we're just buying something to bleach. It anyway, I don't want to touch it. Obviously, but you know it's here: it is the receipt didn't fuse to my hair and it didn't leave behind any ink. So that's Gucci yeah I mean this doesn't really hurt nothing. That means I should bleach my hair immediately. Afterwards because it actually says explicitly on the Box to not do that, but as you guys know, I don't care so but pretty happy with this, because this is almost exactly the same colors my hair extensions, which means I don't have to bleach that part. I just got a bleach up in her up and her up and her y'all gon na make me go all out up and up. Ok guys hear me up. This is what I'm gon na try to do. I think if I bleach my hair in here and in the back, where it's very dark and keep it out of the ends of my hair, I should be fine. My Birnam escape a little bit but, like I said, I think it should be fine and then, when that's done, it'll probably still have a brassiness to it and I'll probably still need to find some type of tumblr or something. So I'm still not gon na be able to do all this in one day. I really don't think so anyway, inspirational for you to know that if you want to your hair up at home, you totally can sick and tired of having a professional your hair up. Now your hair up at home, brought to you by swans here's the port 1-1, my dudes. I am going to wait a couple days, I think, and bleach and dye my hair. So this has been stripped once and bleach once and, as you can see like the roots are very blonde because virgin hair is the easiest thing to process, obviously, and then wear the burgundy color was in. My hair is still like. There'S like a brass, ish, copper color. There now and I think, like I said what I'm going to do is wait a couple days and then I'll probably I haven't decided. If I want to try to strip it again or bleach it again, I think either one would work, but this is a pretty good base to start with the pain level was mile to excruciating. I do not recommend processing your hair back-to-back, but hey I'm a lazy and that's what I do home so yeah like I said I don't recommend it, but you can. If you want well, I guess next time I check in with you guys. My hair should be more blonde than this, so it has been just one day, I'll leave in a day, but you know I'm ready. I went out and got. This is what I'm gon na try to use. It'S Revlon color effects, platinum and it's not a bleach. I'M sure that it has a bleaching personality, but it's for you, some blonde and brown hair. So I'm assuming my hair has parts that are about this color, so it should be able to get them pretty even out, I'm pretty blonde, so it should bleach it and dye it at the same time. If that makes sense, my hair does not feel great. Not gon na lie to you, but you also have to remember that this hair right here that scrag lling on about this much hair is so processed. Okay, that's been there for a while, since my hair was very short and bleached many many many times, so I don't expect it to be good, but up in here this is pretty nice, as you would expect. So I'm gon na go slap this on my head and then we'll be back. Did that work? I don't think so. The formula was very thick and creamy. There were certainly a lot in the bottle, a bit overkill for me cuz, my hair is kind of short. If you had like this length of hair medium, it would probably still be enough if you have more than that, you probably need two bottles. This isn't really a review of the product, but I guess it also look at how much contact you are getting when you're doing me. Reviews comedy took me that long, I think of another benefit you get from watching my videos and it arguably wasn't even a benefit. Okay, guys, I think this is about as the lawn as my hair is gon na get, and you don't need to tell me because I'm aware that this is a total luck. My hair is super crunchy and sad because I did not add any moisturizer to it. After it with bleach no ton of times - and I a ton of times and that's because I think a really important step when adding tape and extensions is that your hair is dry is okay, you need your hair to be super super dry. That way, the tape really frickin sticks and then what I'm gon na do after I have the tape ins in I'm gon na put some leave-in conditioner in the top layer of my hair and that's basically what I do Wow while I have them in so what We'Re gon na be doing is sticking the extensions in the shorter hair and kind of relying on this longer top layer to hide everything parted, my hair in the middle, so that I have a nice even layer. All the way around my head to kind of hide. All those extensions with, and I'm gon na, try to just get that out of the way and like pin it up or something. I definitely think this is something you can do yourself. You can even probably do a better job than I've ever done doing it yourself, and if you buy them off of like Amazon, you can get a really good deal on them like way way cheaper than you could ever get them from a beauty, supply store, and Especially you know, if you don't really want to do them all by yourself. You could get a friend to help you and yeah if, if you're just missing what it's like to have long hair for a little while, I would say totally go for it. In my opinion, the benefits of it far outweigh any risks. You'D be taking damaging your hair. Just because, like my hair is super damaged in super processed as it is, and I've never had any problems with these and I even have a pretty sensitive scalp. So I think you're gon na be Gucci. So what I think I'm gon na do is three on the bottom one, two three and then four five, and that extra hair is what I'm hoping um. I would say that it's probably better to buy more than you think you need, I'm not really that kind of person, because I'm not always flush with cash. If you know what I mean so um yeah, I probably could have bought more and that would have been better but we'll see. So after you sandwich the men, you can hit it with a hair straightener like that just on the tape, and that will help the glue adhere better, no matter how many I end up. Putting on one side, I think the main thing is that I need to make sure I put the same amount on each side, so these are gon na, be brick laid meaning. Now that I have these two down, I'm gon na put the next one right here. So it's going to be right in between these two, so what I need to do is take my clip out, get another layer up here so far so good. I think, okay, guys here we are so far and if you have seen any of my other tape and extension videos or if you've watched anyone's tape and extension videos, then you know there will come a point where we use scissors to blend the layers together. More seamlessly, but even before we do that, I still have my shorter extensions to put in, like I said, only a 5 of those, so I wanted to put them like up in the top. I believe I'll show you the back as well. I do think that when I blend it with scissors, it's gon na look a little better, but I probably could have bought a third package. I think in the future, if I'm going to do a full attempt to make it look like. I have a full head of hair because normally I just do like a side shaped side situation and the amount that I usually get is enough. But if I'm going to attempt to do a full head in the future, I'm probably gon na get more hair than I think I need. But now I'm just gon na go ahead and put in those last five sandwiches and try to like map out where on my head. I think I need them. What I think I'm gon na do is put like. Maybe one up here to like blend the you know the framing of the face, a little better and then probably like one two and then probably put the other three in the back. I think that's what I'm gon na do well here you have it everybody um! I think considering I definitely needed to buy another package of hair, considering that I think it came out really well give you a 360 yeah. I definitely could have used another pack that would have made it look, a lot less choppy and more full like it's pretty thin, but at the same time like overall, I think it does blend together pretty well, and I think it does look pretty good like I Don'T I don't think necessarily that people would know that these were extensions? Of course, probably more more informed people would probably know. But honestly I don't mind it. I think it's pretty good and the only thing that I think I did wrong was not buy enough hair to begin with, because I had only ever done the top of my head and done like a side thing that takes a lot less hair. So I kind of I guess I kind of underestimated because of that, but um yeah. I think it looks pretty freakin cute. Let me know what you guys think in the comments below um. I definitely don't hate it. I'Ve never had long blonde hair. I think it looks pretty good. I was kind of worried. I wouldn't go well with my complexion or my very dark eyebrows. Thank you guys very much for watching this video. I hope it was helpful or inspirational and that now you can maybe try to do something fun with your hair. Meagan Martin: I am soooo happy you posted this. Honestly, my hair is about your length and I wear clip ins as much as I can but I want my hair long all the time while growing it out. My friend and I needed to find a video for tape ins with hair about my length so this is perfect timing! We are going to try and do a long bob! Thank you for this!!!

Lauren Aked: That looks really good. I ordered some tape ins to have a go but i'm worried my hair is too short. We'll see how I go fingers crossed

mia maloney: my hair is a little shorter than this and I just ordered tape in extensions on Amazon! i watched all 3 of ur tape in extension vids they’re like the only ones i could find that rlly helped. Thank u ❤️

Lpg 8: It looks pretty good and once you wash it, it will thicken up. My hair is this short and I'm getting mine installed tomorrow (I don't have the patience for DIY). What you said is so true, sometimes you just want to feel like you have long hair, that's me right now.

Chibi-Bombyx: I agree with “pretty freakin’ cute” it actually suits you really well, but more than I initially had assumed. <3 I’ve been transferring from my short and dark natural hair to blond and long again but my type of lazy is buying one small bleach powder packet at a time every couple of weeks. On the plus side, hair is super healthy past few (many) months. But this video is bringing me out of my slump and motivating. You’ve always got just the right videos i need when I venture back on to braving the social internet. ^^;

Josephina Simwa: Tip No 1. Color your hair first before you buy the hair. You never 100%ly know what comes out if it's not a professional doing it. So after you color your hair you buy the hair marching to your Color maybe you'd even have to mix 2 colors. Tip No. 2: Buy more bundels, but I guess you already figured that out at least 4 for a full head. I would even buy 5 because what is left over you can use next time. Better more and play with the fullness than less. Tip No 3: Instead of cutting your hair flatiron them together. If you have enough bundles in and a marching color you can just ''marry'' them together like that and there is no or maybe just a tiny little cutting needed. You look good, you can I think you did a great job for the first time and by your self

Sara A: You look so cute! <3 Thank you for this video, I missed you so much! <3

Lea Seberg Fladstad: How long can tape extensions be on hair, can it be used again several times on the hair, will it hold on the hair without falling off, does it get curly when it gets wet, does it feels like our own hair when we wear it and can it make hair worn?

Lea Seberg Fladstad: Can tape extensions easily cause hairloss even when I have only used it once and gently tore them off my hair instead of extensions remover?

Jordan Sparks: I like the final outcome!! Serving 2000's Xtina Vibes!

Karyn Aboe: You are absolutely adorable ❤️

Sadie Cobb: My only advice would be toning your hair before putting them in. For a yellow to a blonde it doesn’t look too bad

David B: I am in love with the System of A down shirt! <3 Iv'e missed you! Thanks for the new Vid! :)

SepticSpud: I would love to dye my hair blonde

skybluespike: Brad Mondo would love this.

Georgina Gonzalez: I think you dod awesome espically the trimming part looks real natural

sarah Smyth: You needed to go way higher so the extensions as it's not blending. Definantly would recommend 3 to 4 packs for short hair.

Bee Johnson: A- where did you get the photos in the background?!?! B- System of a down?!?! You rock!!! Lmao! Love your “ idgf “ attitude!

Lea Seberg Fladstad: Has anyone else started wearing extensions also just because you have also had problems having short and thin hair for a long time and not been able to get long and thick hair again which you don't have patience or not even have time to wait for some special reasons as me? How long can tape extensions be on hair before it had to be removed, can it be used again several times on hair, how long can tape extensions be on hair before it had to be removed, how long do I have to be without tape extensions on my hair before I can wear it again, how long can it last before it gets worn out, how many tape exensions do I need for short and thin hair when I want long and thick hair, how can I keep it on my hair without it falling off, does it feels natural like our own hair when we wear it, will tape attachment be invisible on short and thin hair, can it make hair worn, how to blow-dry my hair and tape extensions without it being worn if tape extensions have to be blow-dryed every time I wash both my hair and tape extensions and do tape extensions need any other products than just extra tape, remover and another shampoo and conditioner?

Amanda Faust: I love the vibes in this video lol

Gina Is_Arty: How bad is it to get the tape pieces out? Does it pull out some of your real hair to get them out?

Gina Is_Arty: I think you look quite cute! :)

Lea Seberg Fladstad: How many tape extensions did you put on your hair, are all same length and did you have to cut any of them shorter?

Lea Seberg Fladstad: Can SugarBearHair Vitamins still fix my hair least after almost eight months even when I have only once tried tape extensions and gently tore them off my hair insted of extensions remover?

👾 dog: I like untoned bleach blonde too omg hair dressers hate me for it

mr vigilante: Short hair looks better for me :)

richard statham: I liked because of the receipt in the bag

Van Ness: THANK U

Aphrodite: What brand tape ins?

Blondie G: Your funny a f !!

Love Moonflower: Dude. Have you ever bleached and put the bag on inside out. I have bleached and dyed a meijer logo to my head many timessss

Anabel and Ralph: How many pieces were in the sets you bought?

Jennifer A: Brad Mundo...we need your help here...ASAP

KawaiiCHu: Will it work with a Mohawk

Jennifer A: Too orange on top

Brooke C: Looks a mess!

Bebe: Olaplex protein moisture toner and more hair

Fallon Ligman: I’m getting Hillary duff vibes
