Hi, my name is Brittany. Alexis welcome back to my youtube channel today. I'M gon na be showing you how to upgrade your look for under $ 100, quick disclaimer, I'm a real hairdresser like a real one, got a piece of paper and I didn't just print the paper off the internet. I can tell you these products. If you need some, let me know free shipping, so the first thing you're gon na need you're gon na need some hair. I get mine off of Amazon. The company is called full shine, hair extensions. This is a non sponsored post. I tried to get this to be a sponsored post and it didn't work out, but to be fair, I have been using this company for like the last three or five years. I don't know, but I've been using them for at least 3 years and so far no complaints, but it is important to note that it's going to be the best quality for the price. Please listen to that again. Best quality for the price Harrison's range from anywhere from $ 50 to $ 2,000 a set. This is on the lower end of the hair extension world, but for me it works best because I changed my look a lot. I changed my hair color a lot. I changed my lengths along these are 22 inches long and you're gon na need two packs. It does not matter what type of hair you have. I have really fine thin hair. So sometimes I use two and a half packs, but this is just a solid two packs that I'm wearing right now. So this will cost you about a little over a hundred dollars and it will last about a month. You can take the tape off reapply. The tape conditioning is really well and reattach them, but usually I don't, I just buy a new set. This is kind of investment, so you're looking at 100 dollars a month, that's $ 1200 a year, so you have to evaluate. Is that worth it it's worth? It'S me: cuz. I'Ve got some nasty-ass hair, so the first thing you're gon na do when you open your pack of hair, is you're, probably gon na, be in a state of shock, because the hair colors not gon na match it never matches. So if I could give you a little pro tip, I would order the hair first and then color your hair you're ordering any kind of hair this level 7 to 10, which is anything in the blonder hue. It'S going to be yellow cool thing. Is you can customize these? You do not want to put Lightner on these hair extensions, so I would order them a shade, lighter if you're unsure, and then we can tone them a shade darker. How I correct mine is with Pravana blonde shampoo. He uses violet base who it cancels out. It'S complimentary color, which is yellow so that removed that yellow hue. So all you do is fill up your sink with cool water, pour in some pargana, blinding shampoo and just dip the hair extensions in important to not get the weft part wet, which is the part where the tape is on the extension you do want to be Very careful, although these hair extensions are real human hair, they do absorb color very quickly because they're porous and it's actually dead, hair because it's not attached to the root. So technically it's not living. So it's not really real hair. If you want to get real technical with it anyway, moving forward, it's going to absorb any kind of color that you put on it very quickly, so this shampoo bath, if you're in again the level 7 through 10 shade, which is any blonde shade. You only need to leave it in there for like a minute or two or else it's gon na turn. Purple and you're gon na be pissed after they set in the violet shampoo bath. You conditioned just the ends and then you want to rinse them with cold water, and then you want to hang these up to air dry. You do not want to blow dry these if you do not have to. I typically let mine air dry all the time. I am never blow-drying my hair because remember we're already, starting with a lower quality hair, so any kind of heat that we put on our hair is going to damage it more. So I think mine on this nice weave carrousel. This is actually a belt or a scarf hanger. You can get it at the t.j.maxx or the home. Goods store ends up living like this nice baby mobile. So you could hang that if you got a toddler, you could hang that above their crib parenting tips. Okay, so after you've prepped your weave now it's time to prep your hair, so you want to make sure that your hair color looks nice. Although this weave is going to cover a lot of stuff, it's not going to cover up shitty hair color. You want to make sure that the mohawk portion of your hair is colored and looks nice, also the hairline the rest of this stuff. The hair extensions will cover up. So you want to take a clarifying, shampoo and really get into your scalp. Ladies and gents, you want to really clarify your hair. It'S gon na strip out any build-up, residue, that's up chemicals, any products, any kind of jazz you've got going on in your hair, any kind of Judah's, any kind of jazz and kind of jazz any high jazz. You'Ve got jizz or jazz in your hair if you've got jizz in your hair. That'S a problem! Ladies: you need a little bit more self-respect anyway, it's gon na cut it's going to get all that jazz out of your hair. Then again, you only want to condition the ends of your real hair. So after you've prepped your hair, you want to section your hair up into four quads, not that it really matters because starts getting really messy when you're doing it yourself. But you want to start off clean because at least it tells yourself hey we're trying here start in the front two quad squad 1 and quad two. Now it's important to remember that we're never going to stack these on top of each others. They will always be in a brick length pattern you're separating the line when you're putting your hair up you're gon na be working in a diagonal forward pattern. You had a hair extension that was parallel to the floor or straight across you're, going to be able to see this weave hanging out also when it grows out its gon na start bumping your ear, and it's going to irritate you the diagonal. It will be able to go with your hairline and you'll be able to wear them in a ponytail, although I would suggest that you do not wear these up because the more you wear them up. It places tension on the weft area and the root of your hair, causing breakage. So the best thing you can do is just wear them down if at all possible, so we're gon na go ahead and take our hairline out. You never ever want to place a hair extension in the hairline because, again when we wear our hair up, that's what's saving our ass flip that away and we're gon na take the hair extension and we're gon na peel off the sticky tape. Take your section and make a really thin subsection. You should be able to read a newspaper through this subsection you're gon na lay the hair extension up. Then you're gon na take a new hair extension, take off the adhesive backing on that and sandwich it right directly. On top of the other hair extension, so it's going to look like this hair extension, real hair, hair extensions, then you're going to sandwich them together, tapped up to this at the top and mush it together, marry them together, they're making love, they love each other. Yes, all as well, I am beautiful. Now I am beautiful now that when you're happy with the placement, you take your flat iron on about 375 degrees and you kept it to the deficits at the weft area. That'S going to mount the glue going to reef ondol. It with your fingers to make sure all as well and then you just repeat the process around your whole head. That can get a little tricky because you can't really see, but you can feel so. I don't really look in the mirror. I just do everything by touch that works okay, but it is better if you teach someone how to do it and have them do it for you, they'll just follow the shape of your head. Now. Typically, everyone's head is round so they're, just gon na be going in a round pattern and remember bricklaying or staggering them. You don't want hair extensions laying directly on top of each other. You need to have a little break in a space. Okay, so here's them with half the side done. Typically, I wouldn't flattering them or curl them as soon as I place them in my head, but for demonstration purposes. I wanted to show you them because they do look better curled. They don't look as nice straight. So the aftercare is really important. The longer length you choose the more time it's gon na. Take you to get ready and the more painting to gas. It is basically, I just use this wet brush. This is dirty um. I just used this style. It works even better than the white tooth comb. I found with these hair extensions, but they stay pretty good. You can tug on these. You can whip these around. You can kind of do whatever you want do want to treat them really well, because if you don't take care of them, they're not gon na look nice. I use this perv on a perfect blonde steal and protect leave-in conditioner on mine, and that works great again. If you need this free shipping, let me know Emily shampoo mine about once a week. I do shampoo this crown area every other day and my hairline that way it gets all the grease out and it does look fresh and then I'll. Just spray dry, shampoo on the hair extension, how you keep them curled and maintained, while you're sleeping, is really easy. You just need a scrunchie and I wear mine in pigtails and I'll. Just put it behind. My ear can braid them, but I like mine to keep the wavy curl pattern. So I just do this little twist here and use a velvet scrunchie on the ends, and you want to be sleeping on a satin pillowcase that helps avoid any frizz and all that jazz those two scrunchies here. So that way, when I wake up in the morning, all I have to do is unravel the scrunchie I'll brush this real quick. This is looking greasy I'll either shampoo, it or spray some dry shampoo in it I'll do a little touch-up recur other than that. That'S really it eventually. They will just start growing down and slide out. So you do have to kind of be careful when you're getting towards the end. I wouldn't go like to a rave or anything crazy. I would reattach my leave prior and that's it other than that they're pretty simple. The whole process takes about, I don't know, usually takes me about 4 hours, but I'm doing a lot of stuff in between. But if I was really serious about it, probably would taking about a good solid hour to apply these. It makes you feel so much better about yourself, I'm not a bald anymore. Now I'm a beautiful whimsical, so this company, again not sponsored, is great because they're affordable for about a hundred dollars. You can totally transform your look plus your dude is gon na, be like yes, let's go use sexy mother, but anyway that's it. Turner subscribe to my youtube channel every week I post new content.
