Hey guys we're back again with my beautiful model Kim and we're going to build in some 22 inch number 60 Donna, Bella tape, ins and I'm also going to share with you how to blend. So we can keep them as long as possible to start this technique. You'Re going to begin in the back of the head and brick lay your way up, be sure not to place the extensions too close to the scalp and always strive for a comfort based application. Next move to the side panel behind the ear and work. Your way up, this section will connect the back and the front then make your way to the front of the head connecting the front to the side. To the back. The first thing that I'm gon na use is the Donald Scott prepare. This is a coconut oil and sunflower oil blend. That'S gon na make the razor glide through nice and easy. It'S also gon na provide a heat protectant to my curling iron, so that when I curl her after her hair is nice and protected. It also will add a ton of shine and condition to start this technique. I'M going to be using my Donald Scott carving comb wide, I'm gon na start this technique by establishing link first off, I cut off the edges where it was just a little too long, and then I took vertical sections holding them all the way down to the Bottom and I'm cutting off that corner or using our Donuts got NYC point cutting technique. What this technique does is. It creates a beautiful blend from the longest layer of the extensions down to the bottom. Next, I'm going to be using McDonald's, got NYC chopstick Pro I'm going to start at the high exit battle and I'm going to take a tiny leap section and just blend that down using my chopstick at a 45 degree angle. I'M then going to take a section right below it and blend down again. What this is going to do is create balance in the back of the head. Then I take vertical sections and I use my shortest layer up at the top. As my guide and I carve down folding the razor at a 45 degree angle, I continue these sections all the way around the head, keep in mind the more pressure you put on the razor the more hair comes off. Now that my layers are blended, I'm going to go ahead and move toward the face range. I add some more prepared and comb it through and then take tiny vertical sections, starting with her shortest angle and blend down with my toxic Pro, I'm going to take a section right behind that and blend it down again I'll repeat this technique on the other side, Always adding more prepare if I feel like there's not enough slip after this technique is done, you should have balance throughout the entire haircut. Okay, guys now that our haircut is blended and balanced, we can have a little fun. I'M going to go ahead and use my favorite weave technique to weave in a section and blend her angles with her layers by doing so, I'm preserving length by adding texture. Last but not least, I always recommend giving the fresh extensions a little bit of bent by adding some loose waves.
