So far, this is what i'm looking like it's giving jerry curl fry now now, every now and every now and every night, everybody sing that what's up y'all girl take pancakes. Okay, tell us even - and you probably like girl. Why are you on the camera? Looking like? I'M not even saying i look like a lot of things right now. We'Re not gon na talk about that as your reference title today, i'll be doing curly tapings, so you're, probably like girl. How are you gon na get some ins and that? And if you ask that question fight me because i don't know yet, i don't know if it's going to work out, but i'm hoping and i'm praying that it is so. Today'S video is sponsored by curls queen. They are the beautiful company that provided the tapings. For today, they gave me their afro kinky, curly tape, and i will put all the details to the texture, the length and all that in a direct link to the hair in the description box. This is the ones that i got it's a lot of taping now color wise, i'm not sure because y'all know color does not stand. My hair i've tried to dye my hair black multiple times, i'm starting to think i should probably go to a professional, but you know me just living life winging it here. Oh my god and they look like they could go with my hair texture. I think so. We'Re gon na see so, let's see what they gave me in the bag, so this bag is larger than usual, like hair bags that i get so i'm pretty sure this is supposed to be a bonnet and they put everything in a bonnet which is so cute, Like i don't i can't get over it, i can't get over it. They gave you a detangling brush which is really cute. It'S a curls clean on the back. I think this is the tape and by saying think, just shows y'all that i don't know what the hell i'm doing, but i don't know what this is. I got a comb which i need, which is great, that they gave me velcro. I don't know what stuff it is. I got some hair clips, i don't know what stuff is y'all and i'm scared, because i have never done tapings before and i don't know how to do tape. It'S like i'm learning with y'all. This is my first time ever doing tape things like, and am i stupid for trying to do these on my own, maybe a little bit, but that's that's a bridge that will cross so all the tutorials i watched have called for me to blow dry. My hair and flat iron in it that seemed like a lot but i'ma do it, because i want to do this right, so i'm gon na straighten my hair, i'm gon na blow dry, my hair and flat iron. It and we're gon na see what happens. We'Re going to hope that taylor has some beautiful pro amazing, luxurious 4 c4b hair at the end. First, we're going to start by sectioning our hair, because that's what so. It is really hard for me to play. I mean for me to um blow dry my hair and get it bone straight, not bone straight, but you know you know what i mean like when they tell you to go get when you go. Get your hair braided! You got ta come with your blow, dryer the same blow dry right. Then you got ta pay. I always got ta pay because i feel like this is pretty straight, so we're gon na try to get the rest of my hair as flat as we got this one and just go from there all right. I still got a whole half of my hair, but going okay i actually have somewhere. I need to be and um a few hours so we're gon na see. If i make it, i don't know why i always do stuff in a rush when i got to do, but we it it helps me it motivates me it pushes me to do better, so i'll be back when it's blow dry. Okay, this is as good as the blow dryer is going to get um. I started to get. Oh god i started to get a little lazy. I started to get a little lazy when i got to the top. So it's it's just a little thicker not as as blow dried as the back, but i don't have. I don't know good job blow dry anyway, so we're just not even going to stress over there. So now i'm going to try to flat iron my hair. This is honestly the most stressful part of this whole video. I'M excited to see how the extensions are going to look after all, this hard work that i'm putting in when i put them on. They come kind of like right here, they're all the same length, so i'm had to do some trimming and some shaping, but i have a big frog, a cute fro, though, like a little like fro like danker, you got some natural hair like girl. You must take care of it and, like yeah, you thought my puffball is pathetic. It'S freaking, pathetic, i'm not gon na. Do anything crazy with the flat ironing, because one i don't feel like it and two i don't need to because well, it's gon na get wet and be all natural at one point anyway. It feels so good when you freshly wash your hair, though y'all like. Oh, my god, i'm not even gon na make super small sections, because this is not going to be like a silk breast, not that i could still press my hair anyway, i'm just getting it straight enough to where it do they need to do baby. I think i can get this done in three hours. I should probably put heat protectant on, but oh y'all, my again um inches. My hair wouldn't be like this in my mother. Never turned it! That'S what everybody said. My mother, never primed my head, my mom ain't! Even put my head, what am i talking about? She did she didn't burn me, a family, another fan member permit and she ain't know so drama drama. My hair is so uneven because when i did my locs when i took out my lock, i like was just chopping away. I wasn't. I had no technique nothing when my uh loctition did my hair. She did braids in my head, so i took it out and she was like it's someone. Even i'm like thanks, excuse the air being on because it got hot ahead. So i'll turn it off later on. But let me tell you something: look how damaged my hair is like i straightened it, you know roots looking straight and then the ends are just fried just fried like, oh god, time for a haircut, but not a day, not the day, but at least it's flat Iron, so the next step is to uh section out my leave out and give going. Let'S do that really quick? I think i'm supposed to section off the outside part, of course, so i can put it in a ponytail section off like the middle part and the side part. All of that part part part. Oh, my hair is fried wow, it's not fried because, obviously i ain't putting no heat on it besides today, but it's from my locks like combing on my locks and viciously ripping them out of my head. Yes, that's what it's from here. We are fried in sprite and dive right and die. Oh and it might be a little bit of the dye that i use when i uh have my hair in locks too, that that's that's that i forgot about that. That'S a possibility, that's the possibility, but we're gon na section off our leave out and then i'll be right back okay. So this is the amount of hair i left out on the um outside i kind of like used the tip i've seen this girl on youtube. Use the tip of her comb as a reference, so basically so that when i put my tape in, i make sure that you can't see the cone which you can't see it. I mean you can see it at the tips. But when i put my hair up like this, you can't see the comb. So therefore you probably can't see the tape, hopefully that's a good method, i'm just taking stuff from different videos and putting it together and and hoping that it comes out fine. So i'm going to braid my leave out down, so i don't get in the way if you're looking for a tutorial you're in the wrong place. This is a try. It'S really hard for me to braid this way like on this side of my head, and i'm not really sure why, like it's really really really hard like super super duper hard, it's actually pissing me off a little bit. I'M not gon na laugh. Okay, i have made a little leave out. Yes, yes, and i guess this is the part where we start putting in the taping yeah. I have my tape in here. I'Ve unraveled them, and this is what they look like. This is the texture of clothes. Here'S the texture of the hair of clothes, the ends of the hair, look a little bit look very much closer to my hair texture than the top of it. But we're going to see what happens when i put enough product in it and i weigh it down enough. My hair is like curly instead of, like you know, like sometimes like in my hair 4c, because when i put um when i wet it and i put stuff in there, it gets curly. But you know whatever we're going to see. We go see me go see, but i'm definitely a type 4 hair texture. So, according to all the tutorials, i take a small section of hair and then i sandwich two of the tapings one at the bottom, one at the top hair in the middle and then boom, so we're gon na try to do it. This way, i'm nervous because i don't wan na really mess up, but you know we do a lot of that on this channel. So you know it's cool, it's cool! It'S fine! If we mess up, we mess up and you know whatever whatever and then i don't have a mirror for the back of my head. Like i'm an idiot, i'm a dummy, but the one girl said it's possible to do it without a mirror. So i'm gon na believe that girl we're just gon na go for it. I'M not even gon na question myself right now, i'm just gon na do it. So i have two tapings right here, one for the bottom, one for the top okay, first taping installed round of applause people. Clap. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I did it and i only have about two hours to finish this. I'Ve seen a couple videos, some people do it like this, where they just stack them and then but the one girl said to do it like this. So that way, when i put in the ponytail the ponytail, don't look crazy, so i'm gon na listen to her. I'M gon na listen to her say i had to pick which technique i was gon na use and i think i'm gon na use that one. That seems like good, so i could put my hand up on this. I lost my cone only five seconds in another lost something no seriously, so this is how much i've gotten done so far, um as much as it looks like y'all. I have not gotten that far like. I still have this whole entire ponytail full of stuff. To do so, i think what i'm going to do is i'm going to start skipping some rolls, because this is a thick. This is thick beach like thick, but hopefully it turns out good and yeah. I follow the instructions as best as i could i'm doing the best that i can do without a mirror um, but i definitely need to start skipping spots because it's getting full it's very thick. It looks like i got half my hair done and i don't okay. So i'm almost done um i have this much hair left. I don't know really what i'm gon na do with my leave out. I don't really know how it's gon na go down, but we're just gon na figure it out because, as you can see, there is a color difference from the hair and this there's a little green in there a little green, a little brown a lot going on. But i feel like when i add the the the the water and the curl cream and stuff it's gon na really come together. I promise i'm gon na promise that to myself, because if i don't is gon na be sad, but right now it goes up in a great ponytail like look at that straight flat, a flat or flat. So you just peel the little tab off then i take it and i stick it. It'S where i want it like he's sewing right at the bottom, then i parted the piece as a guide to part the hair. Then i take another piece: take the tab off like so, and then i sandwich it and make a perfect little sandwich yeah, but this hair is so freaking big. But yes, this is what we're working with um. We got a lot more to go, so i'm gon na try to space them out more because, as i said before, it's a lot of hair going. You know i wanted a middle part, but it's gon na be like middle, like no, no yeah. I don't know. I'M just gon na i'm just gon na figure it out. You see this not done not done, but it will be done in the morning, but right now i cannot. I cannot anymore, i tried, but you know we're going to be back in the morning, but so far so good. I think, once i get my hair to blend we're going good, we're doing good look at this bun get into the bun get into the bun like it's so straight. It'S so filet! I love it so as long as my hair blends well with it, which we're gon na pray to the good lord that it does then we're gon na be good. So i'll see you on the morning. Okay, it's the! Next morning, i woke up. I added a few more pieces. This is how much hair is left. So there was three bundles of this. This is a lot of hair like oh, my gosh, so i have to go wet my leave out. This is the part i'm kind of scared of, because i really hope that my hair blends with this, but we're gon na see we're going to see and just pray. What about? How yellow the light is in this bedroom, but i'm going to use some aunt jackie's flaxseed curling gel, so i'm going to go through and i'm going to wet all of this hair and i guess try to get my hair to blend with this hair and hope For the best, maybe it would just look like i got like billy ellis going on. You know with the um with the green roots and the um and the black ends, i'm the bad guy. Yes, it's giving billy. No, it's not! No! It'S not! No! It'S not! No, it's not! Okay, i'm the bad. Okay, here's how the back of my hair looks after i added some product color i mean texture match there. Color match questionable. It'S questionable be going we're going to see what's going on here so far. This is what i'm looking like: it's giving jerry curl. I got hope i hope, okay, we're here and we're not blended. You know why, because my hair is not the right color, because my hair is not very cold and you know: what's crazy is my actual hair, like the texture of my hair, will blend perfectly with this. But, oh, i could give myself a bang um, but i think what i'm gon na do is i'm gon na dye, my real hair and then uh try to get it to blend better with the hair, because texture wise, i don't feel like it's good. I actually think my curls might be a little. No, they they saying they're saying the same. So that's the real issue here, even if i flip it to the side, it's giving green goblin, it goes into a ponytail like a breeze like a goddamn breeze. So i might it's gon na be hard to get in a ponytail, though, because it's so much hair, but it goes into a ponytail, really really nice, like it's so flat, which is why the color difference is pissing me off. I could do like a little twisty twisty thingy, my bobber, okay y'all. So this is the finished look, so i look a little childish, but that's because i had to like twist my hair like to the side and like yeah. Until i can dye my uh leave out um because the hair store is not available to me right now, so um yeah. I love the tape. I love these papers. I'M not gon na lie like everything like i love them, but i will. I do think i would go get them professionally done next time because well, i'm not a professional, not a professional, but yes, it's so thick like it's so much hair. It goes into a good ponytail and i was gon na do a ponytail, but i was like, let me just at least kind of show, y'all what it looked like when it's out um, but the texture actually matches really well with my hair, but the hair color. Don'T mess with my hair color? I didn't even use. All of the tape ends like. I still have some right here. Um - and this is the texture of the kinky one i feel like if you have like 4c4c hair, like my hair, is like 4b 4c in some areas. If my hair was any tighter than the curls that i have now, it would not blend like it would be. Not the color wouldn't be the only thing i'll be worried about so yeah. Keep that in mind. Okay, so, unfortunately, that color was not going to work. So i got some darkest brown dye and we are going to re-dye my hair for the 511th time and i'm going to tell y'all why my hair will not take color and every time i put this color in here and then i wash my hair. The color is faded, so adora you can kiss my ass, but i was too nervous to get another brand. So here we are it's giving green goblin and we wanted to give brown beauty you know. So this is how we're looking on the hair dye. Looking good we're looking good, yes, we are yeah, so i'm gon na come back once it's done setting and all of that put a little pit back over my head put some heat on it and see what happens now. The color basically matches the hair um. I feel like it's still like a slight difference for some reason: um it did as best as it could do um, but now we can do the weighing down of the hair. Well, the part of my hair. I didn't dye all the hair, obviously because i didn't need to because it's coming up with the rest of the hair and it's actually not really that possible to get up in there and die under the uh. The tape is, i got some dye in my roots. Unfortunately, here we are, i'm i'm gon na try to do a twist out on this and see what happens so. I'M gon na use my on jackies i've already put in the this twist and cream stuff and then we're gon na twist. Her on up and uh yeah see what it looks like in the morning because, right now it's it's not feeling promising, but i feel like it's gon na work out. I know it's gon na work out. Oh a got ta twist out in so we're gon na go ahead and go to sleep, sleep sleep on this and see how we're looking in the morning. Yes, i'm back, i'm back and i'm better. So i've had this on my head overnight, and this is what we're looking like we're looking flat, because we're gon na we're gon na we're gon na make this better we're gon na make this better. I'Ve never been good at twist outs uh. When i had my regular real hair, but i think maybe that this hair is going to make things a little simpler, a little easier. I don't think that was maximum okay first little twisty twist and i'm making sure i'll be careful to take it out and not like you know, scrunch it out. So that way, the twist out looks like a twist out and not like a poof, because that's the whole point of me doing the twist out. So i don't look poofy well, here's one side not really feeling the twist out, not really feeling it not gon na lie, but i'm gon na let the rest of it come out and see how i feel so. Here'S what we're looking like do. I hate it? No, do i love it, i don't know um, it definitely blends better. Now that i got most of my hair dyed, i can't dye the insides of the the taping so but it's definitely a more seamless um blend than it was before. My hair is just short. So i think, that's also not helping contribute to the blend of the hair. The tape is actually held up so good when i used the curling pudding and stuff, because i actually had this in for like a day like the little twisties, i had them overnight and then i had them for like a whole day. And then here we are it's late at night and i'm getting them done here. We go cheese. I got some different lights, but, like my hair is really working hard to do what it needs to do to get where i'm trying to get. You know. Y'All know you, you always know. You'Ll always know this is the final finished product um. The tape ins are soft, still, even after putting gel and curly cream in it, which my hair is a little crunchy. My hair is a little crunchy, but this hair is definitely soft, which makes me question the health of my hair, which i always do anyway. So, let's do it in some light, you can see that the put up is a lot more seamless than it was before, because i actually colored it once again. Thank you curls queen for sponsoring this video. If you guys need any of these details, they're going to all be in the description. These are 20 inch. Kinky curly tape in you can go ahead and go to the direct link in my description. Um. If you guys have any questions about the hair, you can go ahead and comment them below. If i didn't already go and go over what we go over also, i would advise that if you really really really really really are scared of losing some hair, you don't want do go to a professional go to a professional. I mean they easy enough to use, but but you got to know what you're doing, because baby i ain't losing no hair, don't get all crazy, but again, that's it. Okay, bye,

Sydney Powell: Taylor trying to find the comb while it is stuck in her hair is definitely one of the funniest things I’ve seen today

Tiffani Shontelle: @13:24 Nothing that a good set of twists can’t fix Tay! You don’t even have to dye your hair unless you truly want to. Shoot, even try to flat twist the front in like 4 or so little sections and boom lmao ❤️ It looks beautiful. Do you know how many WOC have multi-colored fros!? Rock that shiiiiiit.

ΚJӨПΣƧ92: A tip to get the green out, dye your hair red then dye it black. Red cancels out green. Goodbye green lol

Tiffany Nashaé: I LOVE how you just go with the flow lol, such a fun, and energetic person to be around. I need friends like you

Tiffani Shontelle: Oh and a major key I learned to mastering twist outs is to let it dry then unravel WITH the twist from the ends, around your finger; not against the grain like August Alsina Factual though. They’ll just pop and separate on their own.

IamQueenAL: Your natural hair looks Absolutely BEAUTIFUL it brings out your eyes so so much! <3

CurlsQueenofficial: You did that!!! And thanks for trying our tape ins.

Pamela Parnel: AHHH it came out soooooo good!! Watching you is hella therapeutic!! && A family member permed my hair too without my Granny permission after I told her I couldn’t have them ‍♀️‍♀️but shii our heads FLOSSIN STILL

Pretty Like DAY: i’ve been watching you for years and you bring the best content. you have such a variety on your channel and that’s why i’m still here love you tayyyy

Tomi Bell: You’re the only one I’ll watch do hair videos lol. We love the consistency Tay, stay motivated sis

sikejae: You really just be freestyling with these videos on trying things and they most of the time always work out! I loveeee how it looks! The green threw me off tho

Ashtyn Cooper: I love watching your videos ❤️ amazing content!!

Toriko Website: I want to try this on my type 4 hair also hope I'm successful as well

aiva onfroy: This back to back content for me GOINGGGGG!

dior awesomeness: I’ve been wanting to try this so I’m glad to see you try it first lol

Rachel Faith: Afros are tight coils combed or stretched out. I don’t know why there is a misconception that 4C type isn’t or doesn’t curl bc it definitely does… naps are just tight coils and if your hair is water/moisture trained it will most definitely curl up (from my experience I was able to train my hair just sticking to a wash routine and date) and the longer your hair grows the more product you use the more elongated the curls look bc of the weight of the of the product. Bc I follow this black lady with 4C hair and her hair dumb long and now her curls look more defined when she does wash n gos with her gel and products & here come the hair police arguing with her that she isn’t 4C. I just needed to say this bc the stereotyping be killing me. They act like bc 4C can rock a fro like no other that we only frizz no curl… LIES.

Capricornus ♑️: Your hair looks so beautiful

Faith Patience Abraham: Next video should be a trip to a back owned saloon where you can get your hair properly trimmed and colored. Would love that!

Francescalater: Lmao so I'm dealing with green too. It does that bc you lifted the color out so you need to add some red pigment (a red semi permanent from the same brand) to neutralize the green and then you can put black on top

Brea’ Ayanna: i love your videos i saw you the other day in the mall and i was so surprised <3 love the video

Rachel Faith: You looked cuyutttteee in the end, I would of teased the ends a little for volume after the twist out but its pretty

Si Si 🎈🔥: You did a pretty good job though ❗️

Jasmineb: I swear I love your personality ❤️

Nae Harvey: I done lost my comb....sis it's in ya hair...I watch all of your videos because I KNOW imma laugh. Love you Tay

Armani Wiley: I like it just fluff the side a little bit so your natural hair can be the same volume as the hair your hair is the same texture you just have more shrinkage thats why some people get shorter length and stuff but this was really good and cute ‼️

Lizzi Akemi: omg TAYYYY your lil fro in the beginning looks so cute!! please wear it out more it looks good on you fr fr ❤

Eva Jackson Lipscomb: Was ur hair completely dry when u started with the blow dryer & did u use a heat protectant? My daughter has 4c hair & just spraying a lil water and/or heat protecting spray 1st makes so much difference

Niy's Life: I'm a 4c.. but black definitely doesn't stay on my hair. I ran to this, I'm tired of getting braids. But I'm transitioning.

Leah Devereaux: your natural hair is gorgeous

Faith Patience Abraham: So is this hairstyle permanent? If not can you reuse the tape ins? Or does the glue become less sticky after a while?

Ciaranichole_4: Taylor can braid you need to do a tutorial on it. Your braiding skills are on point. You done lost your comb was funny it was in the back of your head

June. E: Girl you stressed me out blow drying your hair like that … we need sections!!!! Love you tho!

Ciaranichole_4: It's not a video without Tyreeka barking in the background. Love you Tyreeka and Tay

Sh’Mar Hawkins: While watching this I’m taking my soft locs out and I have to be at work in a few hours.

Tamaira lewis: Wait cuz why that happened to me too my aunt asked me if I wanted a perm when I was younger and me not knowing what a perm was I said yes and she had my scalp crying and I had damaged hair ever since

Candy: Not saying listen to me, but I do hair. Plus I have been doing curly, coily and kinky hair since I was 11. I would say, add more moisture to your routine. Sometimes grease just acts as a barrier. Conditioning (leave in conditioner) agents are best. But you have to find one that works for your texture and porosity. I personally use the Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Leave in. But my texture is different and porosity is probably different. But it's worth a try. For people who don't wear there hair out, having that kind of hydration is uncomfortable because they usually wear it braided or straight. But your ends can get better if you keep them conditioned. As it grows trim them little by little. Are you going natural? If so I would love to see your journey. It would bring another kind of content to your channel as well.

THUG Nastyy: Tay hair growing mines growing im here for this

Crystalprettydiva4💖💖: ❤️❤️ looks real

Alexis D’asia: I remember the first time you tried this a few years ago lol, I like tho!

KG Ty: If you want the dye to stick use permanent black

Hanako Fray: Maybe you could add layers to help it blend better?

vwarren2011: Black dye do not stay in my hair, just wash right out

leaahh: i literally love you and you are 2 funny ❤️

Jay Marie: I click so fast

Kiyiah McBride: What is the brand of blow dryer you used

christian blake: Could i have a link to that blow dryer brush PLEASE

FwENch FRieS: I was just watching ur Miracle berry video u should do it again☺️

Melanatedsince1997: Honesty you really just need to layer the hair so your hair can blend better. Especially around your face where your hair really shows.

Rayshelle Keyes: Adore is a rinse so that’s why it doesn’t last long

Cierra Norris: i clapped when you said clap. i’m too invested

Tetisimi's Space: she lost her comb that ws on her head
