Hey guys so today we're going to be removing my tape and extensions. I will, if you want to see how to install them. I will link that video right here or here in this video and yeah. Sorry, maybe we're going to be removing them today. So I have my extension, specialist and BFF Atlanta and she's going to be taking them out for me. So I just wan na just show you guys, first and foremost, kind of like what you need and then yeah we'll be ready to it. So, okay so ends. What do we need? So the jaywalker tape is exactly what we use to repay for extensions. If you guys don't remember when I got the extensions irie taped them with something really strong, so this is actually the solution to remove it. It'S really potent the smell so make sure you do it in a well-ventilated area. That'S the tube that she's talking about guys, the jaywalker, a lace-front tapes, okay and then you're gon na have a comb, so you're gon na brush out any remaining glue. What'S amazing about this, is that there's no residue, it's beautiful and then your typical is job clips to put up the hair and separate everything's perfect. So this is really simple, like not very large amount of things that we need. Yeah we're gon na go ahead and get started and we'll show you guys exactly what we're doing to remove them all. So I will include that we're removing them to just reput them back in and immediately so I'm not taking them out. But as you can see over, like you know after three months or so, they grow out pretty long and they start to come over top of your ears and whatnot, but also I put these in. We put these in at the very beginning of March. When I said like maybe March sixth or seventh - and it's almost June - so I did get a decent amount of time with these extensions, so I'm very happy with the results. So usually, what I do is, I start from the top, and then I work now it just gives you a lot more room to work with, and you can do it section by section. No way is right because we've left feathers in for so long. You can see that the hair to start to bunched up on the top of the tape, no problem once you get it out, you just brush it through and then once you wash your hair and give it a good finish, they will go back tomorrow. So you're going to spray the resolution right on top of it remove that hair that was sitting on the top stick, your comb right in between to separate the two sandwich or the tapes and then you're going to pull it right up. I have really long nails, so I can stick my nails right into it. Sometimes you need a little bit more solution again. This is super potent how a fan of positive outside area - that's not super enclosed, a heart. If you have a lot of layers in your hair, try as you're taking them out or whoever is taking them out, have them separate the shorter pieces, it's all together and then the longer pieces all together. That way, when you read tape and you're, not a new certain later and you're, not cutting into bigger and movingly, so I'm going to show you something what happens a lot of the times that tape will get stuck right in there you're just gon na. So what happened is the actual extension came off? The tapes of the sandwich is still there, so you're gon na stick the comb inside and pull apart again. So when you brush it out, what you're gon na see are small clumps of hair coming out. That is not the hair falling out. Your hair has been stuck in the sandwich for three months, almost so think about how much hair you lose in a date, and it has nowhere to go okay. So if we're going to be reusing so guys, I wanted to ask Elena, like I'm gon na, be reusing these extensions because I'm putting them right back into my hair again, so I just want to know like how you should put them down. Basically, so do you know what I'm trying to say like? How would we like, should we lay them out properly? Do they need to be sandwiched back together? You know what I'm trying to say, I'm not going to them back together. That'S going to be so much more work for you. Just lay them out nicely and you're gon na have to wash them anyways right, because all that oil is sitting on it there's no way you can tape it with the oil on it. So once you've washed them just have all them together and if you want to make your life a lot easier. What I do is, I put all the tops together, not necessarily the sticky parts together. Just all in one area, then I elastic it and that just makes it a lot easier to wash with this glue. Also, you may need to wash it three or four times like I said it's super potent, but it protects your hair from being pulled out. It'S as if guys, this is the one that I just took out in my head and how it should be sort of like lay them down to ensure that, so it's not that they're gon na get damaged. It just makes your life easier, literally, just put them together on top of each other. Okay, so kind of like stick them together, yeah just under just lay them, and then we can make a little like sort of pile, yeah and you're gon na need to get right in there when you wash them anyways. So, even if you do have an elastic on it, you're gon na need to slowly move it down, because the oil is so tangent on the extension. Okay - and I think I'm gon na do like another sort of tutorial unless you guys. But do you see how like these tapes are a little bit purple? So that's because I did my hair purple and well don't wash out of my hair. It did not wash out of the tape. So that's another video that I'm gon na do we're gon na go more into detail about that, but yeah I just wanted to. Let you guys know that. That'S why it's that color! It'S because I hadn't dyed my hair
