The first method that we're going to look at utilizing is an overhand method where you'll actually apply the tape and extension directly to the hair. A quarter to an eighth of the inch down from your parting, allowing it to choose the amount of hair that you have to attach it to when we're going through and doing this method. It'S really important that when we pick up our section, we make sure we don't have lots of little flyaways and then we'll take our second piece and adhesive facing adhesive will match that right up to produce a smooth, clean section for our second extension application method. Showcased. Today we're doing an underhand technique rather than an overhand technique. For this it allows you a little bit more precision on how much hair you're, placing because you are making that decision. You'Ll. Take your piece put it about a quarter to an eighth of an inch down from the party and allow the hair to lay down over it. You may find that you've got loop spinners over we'll just pull those back out of the way before taking our second carrot, section cap and lining it up just like before to produce another nice clean section, we'll move on to our third application technique. For today, which is an underhand technique that utilizes a comb to allow even greater precision for your placement, we'll be placing our rat tail comb on the bottom edge of the hair extension, so that when we make our parting and apply our hair extension, we can keep It super percent and then we'll take our second acusa parent section and we'll put that right over at the top, lined up with those edges to produce the same nice even clean. There are benefits to all three of these methods depending upon what your choices, our when you're utilizing the overhand ethic, it's great, because the extension chooses how much and you don't run into density issues when you're working on a client that you know their hair density.
