Tape In Extension Install - Ft. Curls Queen Hair #Kinkystraight #Tapeinhairextensions

Hello, everyone welcome back to my channel today. I will be doing a tape, in extension, install featuring curls, queen tape and extensions. These are the kinky straight tape and extensions at 20 inches. There are 40 well approximately 40 tape ins in each bundle, which is enough for a full head of tape ends, and i just love how full these are. They are just they're, so full guys like when i put them in my head they're, so full like from root to tip, there's no thin tips at all, and i just love how full this hair is um. So yeah the hair comes like this. This is 20 inches, it also comes with a couple of treats it comes with a bonnet and the bonnet was filled with a rat tail comb. It was filled with some clips, so you can um, you know, hold your hair back. It comes with them. Some extra tape, so if you happen to reuse these, you can remove the tape. You know the old tape and put new tape on them and it also comes with um. I don't know what this thing is, but it i guess it holds your hair back. While you remove the tape and extensions and it also comes with a brush, so yeah we're just gon na get started, i'm going to pre-part my hair, like the areas where i want to leave my hair out and basically like you're doing a traditional sew-in. You want to leave like the middle part out and the edges around the sides and the back you'll see at the end of the video, where i kind of left some more hair out up top so that i can part either on the middle left or right Side of my head, so basically i'm just going to pre-part my head and then i'm going to get into installing these tape and extensions and guys this is uh exclaimer. My hair is washed and blow dry. I just my scalp. It suffers really bad like from being dry. I have really bad dry scalp, my hair, i washed it three times conditioned it before i installed these clip-ins, i flat ironed it and everything. So my hair, my scalp, isn't dirty. I just suffer from really bad dry, scalp and there's nothing. I can do about it right now. I'Ve been trying different methods to get rid of it, and i just can't right now - and i don't know what's going on so um so you're gon na see some um some flakes and it's gon na look like my hair is really dirty, but it's not so Uh, please excuse that and try to see past that i do apologize. I washed my hair the best that i could three times with the clarifying shampoo. If you have any suggestions on how i get rid of this ridiculous dry scalp, please let me know in the comments so um i chose to do my hair. Well, do this style in the bathroom because it while i'm, if i'm sitting in front of my camera at my vanity, it's not gon na it, just it just won't turn out right. These are taping extensions. I had to use multiple mirrors and i had to hold up a mirror to see the back of my head to part it the best. The way that i could, in the back as i get towards the front, it's going to be much neater, but the back is just going to be a hot mess. I'M just letting you know right now, because i couldn't really see um, so yeah just stay tuned and you'll see how this turns out at the end. I really do like how it turned out at the end, and i will be doing a follow-up video on how to wash these, because i'm going to try and wash my hair with these in just to you know, make them last a little bit longer and again. If you have any recommendations on what to use for dry scalp like extremely dry scalp, please let me know in the comments i've been trying everything i've also tried washing my hair twice a week with clarifying shampoos, apple, cider, vinegar and nothing will relieve my dry scalp. Now, with the back of my head, i did make a couple of mistakes um, as you can see it just like it. Just looks a mess um, but i did use too much hair in between the clip in i'm sorry, not clippings child. The tape ends. I used too much hair like in between those and i'm probably i'm. I mean they kind of like split apart a little bit in the back they're still hanging on like right now, um they're hanging on for dear life right now, so i'll see how they do. When i wash my hair and i'll just you know, reinstall use the the extra tape that they gave me to reinstall the ones in the back. If they do slide out the rest of them right now are still holding together, and i think that's why i used the flat iron. You know to kind of seal them in a little bit. I did that for each and every taping that i did and my flat irons were on, i think, 3, 10 or 3 30, or something like that, but they were on a low heat setting so that i could fuse the tape ends together. So yeah, i would say that's the only mistake i made on the back was putting too much hair in between the tape ends so um when i get to the front and i'm gon na use less hair in between the tape ends and it's gon na feel A lot better to me so just wanted to let y'all know that just give it up. So, as you can see, i started using thinner sections when applying the tape ends in and it worked out a lot better. In my opinion, those are still sealed together right now, so it does work better. When you put less hair in between the tape ends, i feel like they will have a better hold and you'll have a better chance at them not slipping out when you wash them. As i got to the sides of my head, it got so much easier so much easier to install these, because i can see the back was the hardest part to install. But i feel like, if you kind of know how to do your hair and you know the shape of your head, and you know you just know your head - you, you kind of figure out how to do them yourself in the back. But as you get to the front, it does get easier. I recommend still using thinner pieces in the front and the way i did the front was, i did leave you know spaces of hair out in between the tape ends, so that i could either part on the right, the left or the middle part of my head And they came out very seamless, i am able to put my hair all the way up in a top ponytail without no lumps or anything, and it really helps me because you know i work out a lot and when you're doing certain things you don't want to Always wear your hair down on your neck, so these tape ins - i do recommend because they are very versatile and you could even leave hair out in the middle um. So you could do a half up half down! Look on your head. I didn't do that this time, but next time i probably will um, but i can still do a half a path down. You just might see a little bit of the tape ins, but i highly recommend these for your head, but all i hear give it is. I think i've had enough. I'M too busy loving my friends. We are finally done what i'm doing is just combing, my hair through making sure there are no snacks or anything no hairs snagged onto the tape, ins and everything, and there wasn't um so yeah. It was late. At this point it was late at night. I got done so late at night. I would say, put aside about two and a half three hours for this style. As you can see, i parted it. On this side, i'm able to part in the middle part i'm able to part on the right side as well, and this is the next day i actually started cutting some layers in front of my head last night. But i'm gon na go in and cut just a teeny bit more to frame my face because i wanted this to you know frame my face a little bit better and then i'm gon na go in and just throw some messy curls in my head. Y'All know. I i love the messy curls. I just love the messy curls. I don't like uniformed curls at all on my head um. So i'm just gon na go in and throw in some curls and then we will see the final final result when i'm done honey. Oh, i believe i do have my flat irons on 410 or 430 as i'm doing these curls. I didn't want to put it too high. I mean that is high, but i did flat out my natural hair, so i didn't want to burn my natural hair when i went in to curl these because i've already applied heat to my natural hair. So i did uh, i think, put them on 410 or 420. I'M not really sure i wish i could remember, but they are curling so well. I was so happy about how they were curling, these tape and extensions, and they didn't they don't tangle. Like that's the thing like they're, not laying they're, not heavy they're, not lightweight, i'm sorry, they're, not lightweight, they are not heavy. These are so lightweight on my head. I'M able to put a up ponytail without a problem when i go to the gym, so i do highly recommend these over a sew-in. Like i said, i'm going to try to go, i'm gon na try to do a wash video and wash these so that i can make them last a little bit longer because that's how much i'm enjoying them - and you guys do you see the curls.
