Installing Bombay Hair Tape-In Extensions From Start To Finish!

I'M so excited to get tape ins today, because this is my first time getting it done, and today we're going to be using the ash blonde number 60, combined with caramel brown tape and extensions in today's video Jessica is our amazing hair stylist and she will be Installing the extensions in my hair, so first off before we tape, the extensions in jessica is toning, my blonde hair extensions to make sure that the number 60 ash blonde color matches flawlessly with my natural hair, color and at bombay hair. You color match everything perfectly so Jessica's just putting this in for about 20 minutes and she's gon na. Let them sit, and you so now jessica - is taking the caramel brown extensions and we're going to be taping these in with the blonde extensions that she just toned and now we're all set so now Jessica's, just making sure that the color match is perfect and look At that, that is absolutely flawless. Jessica is going to be creating sections in my hair so that we have proper placements of the tape and extensions and she will be starting at the bottom part of my hair and she's, going to release a little bit of my natural hair at the bottom. To ensure that the tapings are not showing when I put my hair in a ponytail and then she'll work her way up to the top of my head, so taping extensions are basically adhesives and she will stick it into a small section of my hair. The tape and extensions come in two sections, so the bottom section goes underneath your natural hair and then the top piece of the tape and extension goes over top of your natural hair and then Jessica uses a tool to squish the two pieces together so that it's Nice and tight cut is done installing the tape and extensions you can see how perfectly blended the colors are. We used three packs of bombay tape, ins, which equalled approximately a hundred and fifty grams of hair. So next step jessica is going to trim a little bit off the bottom, just to make the ends even and then she's going to be feathering the hairs so that it blends perfectly into my natural hair. Feathering is also a wonderful technique to remove some of the bulk at the bottom of your hair extensions, to make your hair extensions, nice and light so that they don't feel heavy and now Jessica's just blending my bangs into the hair extensions.
