Namaskar dandruff is the most common problem and it occurs mainly during winter. According to irwin, dandruff happens because of imbalance in water, simple treatment for dandruff and the ingredients are very easily available around you. So let us see how you can easily treat dandruff first neem leaves neem is called server, rogan nirvan in ayurveda. It has properties like antifungal, antibacterials and antiseptic name detoxifies the scalp and reduces itching and irritation of the skull. All you have to do is wash your hair with water, which is boiled with neem leaves add, neem leaves with curd and apply that on the stuff, allow it to remain for 15-20 minutes and then wash your hair with warm water, second methi or fenugreek seeds. This is another very effective solution to find dandruff. The white flakes are easily removed from the skull soak, methi seeds overnight and grind the seeds and make a paste. Add this paste with curd and add one teaspoon full of triphala turn apply this mask to your scalp and leave it for one hour later, wash it with some mild shampoo. Third, coconut oil with lemon juice, take 2 tablespoon full of coconut oil, warm it up and then add 1 tablespoon full of lemon in it apply this oil to your scalp properly. You can apply this oil in the evening and leave it overnight or apply two hours before your hair wash follow this regularly once a week, and you will see wonderful results. The hydrating property of coconut oil will reduce the dryness of your scalp, thus combating the itchy skull, while vitamin c citric acid and zinc in lemon juice, fights dandruff due to its anti-fungal and antioxidant property. Fourth, aloe vera: this is one of the most popular remedy which ayurveda can offer take about one cup of aloe vera gel and add 2 tbsp full of castor oil, apply this to your scalp and leave it overnight or 2 hours before your hair, wash repeat this Process once in a week, the itchiness of the scalp goes away due to soothing effect of aloe vera. Fifth amla amla is the ultimate solution, especially when you combine it with tulsi leaves. Amla has vitamin c and antibacterial property, which will really help removing dandruff mix 2. Tbsp full of amla powder and 2 spoons of ground tulsi leaves add water and make a hair mask, apply it to the scalp and keep it for half an hour, wash it out with a mild shampoo. One last tip you can always apply oils like bring raj, neem and fenugreek to cure. Dandruff just apply warm oil to the skin and wash it with shampoo leaving for couple of hours, choose anyone out of this home remedy, but be consistent and you will be free from dandruff namaskar.
