Hey guys, it's Nevada, and this week I'm gon na try and fix my hair, which I have successfully ruined in lockdown and because I haven't been taking care of my hair at all, it's become super frizzy and the ends have become very dry and also because I'm Still a baby, I'm gon na be asking my mom for help, so I think you see from the title of this video. This is following everything that my mom says is new, even for healthy hair for me. So this is day one of the challenge and I'm going to be doing this follow me right now. It is five five here and I'm going to be calling my mom to see what her plan is. So I'm going to be calling my mom to see what her plan is. For the me you here's a little backstory for why it was my mom's face. So when I was born other than the fact that I was a brinkley ugly baby, my parents noticed that I had a little too less of hair than an average Indian baby. I had very thin brown hair. I mean it was quite evident that my hair wasn't in its best shape, so my mom started: oiling and taking care of my hair with all natural, no chemical stuff and after giving me a few head shades and covering my head up with caps, my hair started. Looking almost black and healthy, I remember through middle school, I had long hair. Well then I happened. I stopped taking care of it, and here we are so this week is gon na be filled with a lot of oiling and lots of stuff from my kitchen on my head so for day one I am going to be oiling my head and I'm gon na Use a coconut oil and castor oil. Some wan na put a little bit of the coconut oil in else in a cup and I'll be adding and castor oil and I'm gon na just add a few drops because it tends to be super sticky. I'M gon na go heat. This mixture up a bit, I feel I can does a better job when it's a little bit. No more. I go wash my hair today highlight so this is day three and I'm gon na go wash on the oil and aloe vera out of my hair, but the catch is I'm not gon na be using a shampoo, I'm gon na be using a hair mask which My mom says: get rid of all the dirt and oil without drying up my hair, you, I just a dried, my hair, but I didn't use a conditioner, so it looks a little bit dry and these white things are from that cameras. I guess they'll fall out in a day or two. It'S really smooth and looks great at this is a four. So my mom gendell, he was a sesame oil if her hair is too dry, so I'm going to use a mixture of coconut oil and sesame oil because I don't want my hair to get Roy. You you you this beeps baby, so I just washed my hair. I added such a bit of shampoo, the end of our mask because I didn't think the mask alone to take out all the curd and oil from my hair. The initial reaction, my hair is super soft. It looks really good and there is no frizz as far as I can see for now. I have always wondered what difference does it make if I stop using all the harsh products and shampoos on my head, but every time I tried to make our natural hair care routine and try it out. I will no interest in a couple of days because it takes a lot of effort, and I am very shy, but doing this this past week really made a difference. My method also, I wanted to add that everything I did this past week is just not my mom's. I can rotini it's probably everything, even for so much natural eye care of me. I know how to people do this regularly and I have so much respect for them, because this was tough. So there is. This was the 7 day one week challenge and thanks for coming along with me, and if you did give this video a like

nivedha malar: Hi peeps! if you are new to my channel SUBSCRIBE.. and let me know what you wanna see next?

🥀𝓷𝓮𝓬𝓮𝓼𝓲𝓽𝓸 𝓭𝓲𝓷𝓮𝓻𝓲𝓽𝓸: I discovered your channel last year w this video ! I dealt w tough shit at that time (still do kinda) and this immediately became a comfort watch, not only bc I'm a natural haircare junkie but also your bubbliness and humor !! Lots of love from the other side of the world‍‍❤❤

Imanuella AKP: i often use herbs and natural ingredients on my hair. it's a little more difficult for me since i have afro textured hair (naturally dry so it always has to be moisturised) but going natural in that sense, has really helped with my progress!! as long as you're consistent and know what your hair likes, you'll see results. also, love the bts fire meme lol.

Jen M: I decided to do this whole routine for a week! I am currently on the second oiling day and just started prepping for the monster puke for tomorrow honestly my hair already feels great! The mung bean and chickpea thing made my hair feel so strong! I did leave the extra in a cup and it "baked" itself and rose like bread, then deflated with the stinkiest bean farts when I picked it up And I already frequently oil my hair but the other stuff really makes a difference! Also changed the second oiling day by letting the oil steep with aamla first. Thank your mom for me!
