Night Time Braided-Hair Care Routine + Mom'S New Glasses | Hair Care

I like these fish and chips; okay, maybe if you're gon na be like that, I just want to give you guys a heads up what Gina is doing to me, how to put the baby to sleep. We clean the house top to bottom this morning. So all my shoes are up. I got my jean shorts on because I ain't supposed to be going anywhere and someone needs me to go. Get the mail. Okay! Listen! If he has a Sleep Train. Penguin like you were supposed to. You could have just put him down for a nap and wouldn't have to lay with him if we could put him in Panda's room like I wanted to no no sure yeah. It is freezing out here. You guys so y'all getting to go. See me in my jean shorts, no shoes. How am I supposed to go in those shoes? Um how you were expecting me. You can run just because we're in the South. Don'T we don't run around everywhere, exactly how you you lived here laughing before you came in Asia? I don't mind going it's not that cold out here, but I got to make it a big deal for Gina, so she she knows how much I love her. How special this is for her? Do you guys want to take a guess how much mail, how much mail I'm Gon na Leave This seat empty and pick up all the mail and put it in that seat? And let you guys see how much mail we get over a couple days, but not too bad guys, mostly just letters but uh. They will be really excited for the glasses that came in. We went to the eye doctor a little while ago and um Gina, uh Badger and tiger needed glasses, and so we finally got some of those glasses in and we'll see how they fit. How they look, I guess virtually you can see what the glasses look like on yourself, we'll see if they match up, I'm really excited whole packing glasses. Just for you, you're poor, baby girls. They theirs came in because remember I had to order theirs afterwards, because I didn't know their prescription on this. It took a lot of effort for Gina not to open these. While I literally was like just getting situated to come over here, so what you got thinking kind of like a Harry Potter vibe, Maybe I don't know how I feel about these um. I like these fish and chips. Okay, maybe you're freaking of you like that. How many glasses did you get great question Badger, great question? How many glasses did you get ma'am? The issue is I, like you, I don't know which ones I've liked, so I had to get grab a couple. Okay, let's try these okay! I don't I like those. You do you look really good yeah. I think it's just like square or like uh. What I forget, what this is called the style, but you it's not oval, because you didn't like the circle ones. Oh, I like the circle ones, but I'm saying you don't like them. I didn't say that Lincoln call me Harry Potter. It'S a light Harry Potter. What'S wrong, that's Harry Potter! What'S wrong with Harry Potter, okay, I don't know if I like these put those on. So here's this one, which is like a muted, pink, it's like a clear pink and then this one which is Pink. I like it, it looks good you do whatever he's just trying to butter me up for calling me Harry Potter, so the older people I like these, the older. I really really like these. I really like these. The older people know what they're doing. I know why y'all stash stuff everywhere, how do you feel about this one here we go. I Like It, Whatever, not my favorite, yet, let's see you got one more pair. What'S your favorite! So far, I think the last pair is gon na, be my favorite. So you guys have voted both pink. Is that because your hair is Pink? No, is it because you're wearing pink yeah, so here's the thing right, so I needed to wear glasses, my whole life and one of the things that has kind of always made it. I guess harder is the fact that I feel like sometimes depending on the glasses you get right, especially when I was younger, if your kid or, if you're, an adult that loves like very unique pair of glasses. Sometimes I feel like those glasses, don't go with all outfits and so here's the last pair, that's one of my favorite yeah, that's good. I like them whatever, so the issue is I've always just been a child. That'S just like. I feel like the whole look, has a look he's sipping, the glasses are off like they're off, and so that's also the same reason. Why? Sometimes I won't get like certain hair colors when I'm getting braided, because I'm like I don't mess with the whole adhesiveness of the outfit. So now I'm hoping with me with more glasses, two things these glasses. I have more glasses kind of match. My outfits and I have more glasses like in the car I can leave in certain places and then I'm more likely to wear them. You guys, let us know in the comments. What is your favorite pair you've got Harry Potter. You'Ve got clear: yeah, okay, y'all, don't vote on these because it yeah I've been wearing them for weeks. Don'T vote on these okay, let's just go on the ones that I just bought. So we can do so. These black frames, these green ones, the pink one right here, these turquoise I like all of them, there's not one that I particularly feel like. Oh man, I should never have bought this. You guys, you guys, let us know so I know how many I can return. So I feel like today is just a little bit of like family updates, and so Gina did a great job, putting together a haircut. We were using these baskets, but now we've got a cart instead, and so what we're gon na do is just talk. Wow Gina shows you guys um how to maintain the braids that the girls got recently. There'S certain things that we have to do that you have braids. Does it make it easier, styling your hair, yes yeah. It makes way easier, styling, hair, but there's things we need to do to maintain it, so it stays fresh longer, Okay, bye, so every night we always have a silk scarf and a bonnet um that goes on the girl's hair. The scarf helps make sure that it doesn't get frizzy, especially right on top. I don't know if you've ever noticed your child, who is getting the hair, braided and you've just noticed. It'S really frizzy and the scarf really helps with that. But then for the rest of the hair, that's not right right! On top, where the scarf is the Bonnet helps with the rest and then with this next step. I usually do this about maybe twice once or twice a week. I have like this little spray. Mister bottle and then I may add, like one of my favorite um leaving kit or leave-in conditioners um. Here'S one way like I have a Kimmel Rose, the one that I really really like a verb. I really really love as well I'll. Add it into here and then I typically will know like okay, this one is just like water with leave-in conditioner, because I have multiple misters and then I will spray on the girl's hair to kind of keep it hydrated. You don't want their hair to be dry. Underneath so spraying, this will help it um with the hydration another leave-in conditioner that I like as well this one. It'S a leave-in, it's a balancing leaf and I really really like it. It'S new it's by Heritage um. This one has been really nice and they have other leave-in conditioners as well, but you can spray and Miss in their hair. I'Ll show you some of my favorite mousses that I really really love, especially for like wash and goes um this one. It'S been really really good for a badger like with her hair, because she has very fine low density here, and that mousse is just really, I guess like really soft um curls and then what works for me and Cal is the do absolutely love like their line. Oh, my goodness, but especially their moves like love it, I'm gon na just show you some of like what we would typically do. I usually spray like the leave-in, conditioner and water, about twice two two to three times a week. I do the um put the mousse once a week, maybe twice a week. If it's like super frizzy um, you want to make sure that you're oiling your child's scalp as well. I will like oil like where the line is, and then very gently massage, because you don't want to cause frizz at the roots, because that's when it starts to look like it's not as fresh as you would like it. Here'S a really good oil that I really really like. I'Ve seen really good great results with it, but honestly, any oil that you really really like will work that works for your hair type. Okay, so add oil all around the lines. There are other lightweight oils. If you guys are interested because I don't use the same oil, let me know in the comments um, if you're interested in knowing some other oils that I really really like. Well, she's got some leave-in conditioner a little bit of oil and then um. This is just what I like to do. I don't think you in my opinion, you don't need it, but I do because I feel like it makes it a little bit easier. I will use a silk scrunchie and I will just pull the hair back. I appreciate it, I appreciate you thank you, okay, then I usually just kind of roll, so that is everything. That'S everything that I even I do some other tips that might help. Typically, when I'm home, I leave my scarf on, it helps with the frizz. It helps me like keep everything like my braids lasting a lot longer, but that's everything um, if you guys have any questions, just leave them in the comments um, but hopefully this will help any other adopt over foster parent kind of like see why maybe their child's Hair is not lasting us long. Something may be, including with your Bonnet, but with the scarf as well may help keep your braids or any other style that you have to last a little bit longer you're good to go thanks. Baby
