Uses of Vitamin E Capsules for Skin & hair Care, Tamil Beauty Tips, Hi Friends., You are watching Tamil Beauty TV and My hearty welcome those who are watching our channel.. Vitamin E is very important to maintain a healthy skin. As it is rich in antioxidants. It keeps our skin beautiful and protect it.. You can Vitamin E oil in capsules.. This is Evion 400 and Evion 600 and you can use anyone. In Today's video. We are going to see how to enhance our beauty using Vitamin E capsule. Squeeze the juice of lemon. In a bowl of warm water., Add 1 Vitamin E capsule and mix it well. Dip your hands in this water for 15 minutes.. It removes dryness in hands and keep it soft and smooth and the nails will be bright.. Take little aloe vera gel and add 1/2 Vitamin E capsule with it and mix it well. Wash you face and apply this before going to bed.. By applying this, our skin will be bright and get even skin. Tone. Take coffee powder in a bowl., Add 2 Vitamin E, capsule and mix it well. Apply this mixture and scrub for 3-5 minutes.. There is no itching as it is a mild scrub.. It removes the dead cells and gives you a clear skin.. Take 1 tbsp of lemon juice rose water and 1 Vitamin E capsule in a bowl and mix it well. Dip a cotton ball and apply in the pigmented area. Leave it overnight and wash it next day, and this will cure pigmentation. Take little glycerine in a bowl And you can get in pharmacy., Add a Vitamin E capsule and mix it. Well. Apply and leave overnight to remove the darkness and cracks in the lips.. Take enough amount of Castor oil for your hair and mix 2 Vitamin E capsules with it. Mix it well and apply on your scalp and hair., Wash your hair after 1 hour. Applying this oil strengthens your hair follicles and keeps your damaged, hair, soft and smooth.. Take half tbsp of almond oil and 1 Vitamin capsule and mix it well. Apply this mixture on your dark circles. Massage for sometime and apply it before going to bed.. It cures the dark circles and removes the wrinkles under your eyes.. Take kasthuri manjal in a bowl.. Add 1 tbsp of honey, 1 Vitamin E, capsule and mix it well. Apply this mixture as a face pack and wash after 20 minutes.. It makes your face bright and removes the impurities in your pores. Apply Vitamin E oil in your eyebrows and eyelashes before going to bed for thick eyebrows and eyelashes.. Some people feel skin dryness after using face wash and add 2 vitamin E capsule in the face wash and then use
