Hi guys, I hope you all are doing great welcome back to my channel. Winters are here, and I love love, love him too, even though Mumbai maybe don't have like extreme Winters. I like to get up totally early, take some dry nice Sunshine. It feels really good and do some stretches have warm water, and I love winter showers like they are warm they're cozy. You just feel so right and feel amazing, but make sure that you're not taking those hot showers, because it's not good for your skin, not good. For your hair, I'm gon na wear my exfoliating glove and take my shower gel and start exfoliating. My body I like to do this on Alternate days. Next up, I'm gon na use, naturally's daily strength and nourish shampoo, which got rice, water extract and macadamia nut oil. Making sure that my damaged hair is repaired and strengthened room within I take in good amount, diluted and you know, apply generously, massage my hair and then wash it off after this step. I make sure I take all the extra water out and again, I'm gon na use the naturally daily strength and nourish conditioner. I love this one. I love how it gives my hair and scalp a good good nourishment and after two to three weeks only you will see a great great difference. I love the texture. I love everything about this conditioner. I'M Gon na Keep it for five minutes. Until then, I'm gon na use a scrubber for my body. This scrubber is amazing. After this, you really don't need a lotion, but because Winters are going on, we are going to apply it. It makes my skin super soft and then I'm gon na use this inside face cleanser, which I've been trying recently and will tell you about this in my next video after that I'm gon na wash my conditioner and oh, my God. I love these relaxing. You know showers they're, so good. My hair already feels super soft nourish and strong, and definitely try out this combo you're gon na love it okay. So after my shower it's now time to get ready for the days I'm gon na apply this thick moisturizer. Oh, my God, this is such a blessing and the frequency is so smoothing so nice and it stays with you throughout the day. So it feels really good and then I'm gon na just wear my winter clothes, which I really really love. I'M gon na apply the L'Oreal extraordinary, hair serum and you all know I'm obsessed with this one and then do my skincare, the winter skincare routine, coming real soon. In your hygiene video you mentioned not to use hair conditioner at the end of the shover because its ph is not same as body different parts at it stays on the body and causes infection and body allergies.
