Joyce Mansfield: I loved this videp because he was doing some unique stuff , a couple of weeks ago i did the Sassoon shag on me then put guy tangs " crimson spell " im a skilled pivot point hairdresser and goldwell trained colorist whos feeling pretty creative now awaiting 2 knee replacements here in covid usa, Ill never do this color again the shag is better now longer and texturized and 7na over blonde underneath . My little pony be gone lol

I realise it's a modern version, but to me this is virtually the same as the shag cuts we women in Australia had in the 70's, they were like this cut or the first version was full on the top with a thin layer of longer hair hanging from underneath, but most of us prefered this style of shag. Mullet cuts here were mainly for men, in fact a lot of the older guys still have them but they plait the long bit and then called it a rat's tail
