#athomehaircut

FTC Disclosure: I was not sponsored for this video.

Literally, just gon na cut off all the muchachos welcome here. A lot of us are staying at home and most of us are unable to get a proper haircut from a proper professional stylist. Even though I went to cosmetology and I worked in a number of hair salons for a short amount of time, but still some time, I found it very difficult to kind of like accept that I wasn't gon na be able to get my hair cut by my Hairdresser, well, obviously, salons are shut down right now and that's not doable so we're going back to my usual Sara self and I will be cutting up and trimming up my own hair. My hair is really bad, it's very bad, so we have a lot of length through here lots of heaviness through this area, I'm finding when I style it. I just I can't save this worth of nothing, there's nothing I can do. We have it's very much like Shakespeare. Looking like this, just it's not very nice. We have the same kind of thing here and on the back of my neck, it's definitely getting long and I'm just not okay with me, so for today's video you guys are going to hang out with me. While I cut my own hair, maybe I can give you a few tips, but probably not because I know how to cut my own hair using. I don't really advise you to cut your own hair, but like hair grows. So if you accidentally do something that you probably shouldn't have just relax all hair grows, but we definitely need a bit of a touch-up. We'Re gon na have to do some layering, there's so much to do, and I'm just so happy that you guys are here with me. Thank you for being here subscribe to my channel. If you new and we're gon na go ahead and get started so here as a bone to pick with you about the back of my head can like seriously. Why didn't you tell me it was this bad? This is really bad, like I, I didn't realize just how much of like a bowl cut I have through here. That'S pretty, oh, my word how many people have seen the back of my head recently a lot of no not a lot but a good amount and not we're important enough people. To tell me the back of my head looks just bonkers. I want to take down all this excess weight, because this is just too big of a burden to bear. I want to layer some of this and then I'm going to clean up my neckline as well, which is very hard to do. It'S also hard to blend all of this through, but we're going to try our best we're gon na cheat a little bit because we are doing it to ourselves. I'M not gon na do too much shaping around the ear, because I am kind of growing my hair. Oh - and I can hide a lot of what's going on in here behind my ear, but I do want to add some layering and again just kind of get rid of this chunk of weight. That'S not layered and not blended and not thinned out towards my nape. So let's go ahead and do this I'm not wearing a cape because it stops me from being able to to move in stuff. Wear a cape. If you like Kieran, is my mere man. Camera mere man. Have you said hi, alright, okay, so I start at the bottom and I'm gon na do my nape and then I'm going to go towards the top. I'M gon na trim it up a bit and then I'm gon na meet in the middle and fix my problem. My issue is that we still are gon na have to talk about later Kieran. This is really bad. I'M just using my peanut wall Clippers and I'm gon na go in with a number three and yeah yeah. I realize we have emphasized the bowl cap, but we're going to try to blend this out as much as possible, there's still a line of demarcation. This is cool. This is trendy. Did you know this is trendy? I would almost do that. Oh it's awesome. Oh no see there's that you used to do that. I used to do that. No, but my hair was longer right, but that it's just there's a lot of heaviness through here Vanessa yeah. So so much better. Can you okay? So now we have where nape is wanting to be I'm sure a lot of times. People cut the back of their hair and go on its looks. So short, it's going to be. This is not layered at all. I have not actually touched the top of my hair since I got it cut and you can see this needs to be chopped. It'S really fine, it's very thin, and by chopping this I'm giving myself layers. Have you ever cut your hair before here? Never you've. Never even like shaved, your head, if you like all guys, go through like a head, told you most guys, go through your head. Shaving I'll, show your camera guys! Okay, this right here, vogue, I'm just taking small sections of my hair! Think of it as taking like a XS, long, thin, rectangle pulling it up and if you're wanting to create layers just take off these weird people wow it is, I forgot how hard it is to cut hair and I'm your take off those pieces that just kind Of hang up, you now have made yourself a guide that you can so so right now. Can you hold it like this like a boom? No, I just can't like it yeah, okay, so right now what we've done is tidy up the nape and then we've gone through the top and just added some layers and then also just reduce the amount of heaviness and reduced the amount of heaviness that I had Through there it feels so much, but it feels so much softer just putting my fingers through it styling. It is gon na be way nicer, but now what we have to do is blend the top to the bottom, so I'm gon na have to go through kind of this area right here and blend it. This is gon na take forever. This is kind of sweet, though I like this, like random shaved thing, it's just awesome, so I'm just gon na be working kind of through this area. You can see this is where there's really no blending. It'S just kind of heavy and weird just right through here. So this is the part that I'm really gon na start tackling they're. So dolls turn around. No, I was you know. Army you holding. My arm is very sore at this point. My hair is also very chunky at this point. Here'S the thing you're, cutting your hair at home, you're not going to get smooth blend - that's just but is going to happen, is some scissor over comb which I'll help me. So I'm gon na go in with my usual scissors and what I mean by scissor over comb is I'm gon na, take my comb and as I'm coming up and then take my scissors in and I'm going to cut as I go up. This is very hard for me to see because of my mirror very hard for me to see anything that I'm doing I'm just gon na. Do this going up really slow. This will help blend if you're really slow, but it's. This is such a hard painful thing to do to your own self, let alone to somebody else. But again, I'm just gon na really take my time here and if I make any mistakes, I'm not worried because I do have my cheating scissors for such a time as this I have my cheating scissors, which I actually never really use. Unless I have a very close blend, but they're pretty much scissors that have a comb on one side and then a scissor on the other and what it does is ensures that you're not taking off all the hair, but just some. So you can be a little more loose with it. I find it perfect when I'm doing scissor over comb work at home on myself, and I need to give myself a little bit more grace in this area. My neck - oh, I guess so so. Okay, I don't know how I'm gon na deal with this little chunk chunk, because the thing is, I'm growing my hair out right now, so like kind of embracing some of my chunks, because I don't want to take them off and then have to wait even longer For it to grow, so I'm gon na kind of cut, I'm gon na kind of kind of keep. It, though so chunk lie right there, but the rest of my hair is so much better. So I took off all that weight through this area, so instead of seeing something that's very kind of triangular, it's smooth with my occipital bone and the rest of my head. It'S still a little chunky, that's totally normal and that's going to happen, but it is much a much a much better. So what I'm actually going to do, I'm just gon na go through some. My other ends with these scissors. My grace scissors and just take a little bit off here and they're. A huge saving grace for me actually is the fact that I always curl my hair. It'S not something that I ever straightened so again that just mmm-hmm yeah, exactly people with curly hair should never go to a regular hairdresser unless they've been trained on how to do curly hair because it is a completely different type of hair. It is beautiful and out of this world and it needs special attention, but it's cut in a way where I used to cut by lines angles and it was like a diagram for every cut, but for curly haired people, it's very, very different, and if you straighten To their hair it would actually look really crazy, but it works when it's curly, so they have chunky cuts and I'm obviously going for a chunky cut right here. It'S the best that I can do, but oh man, I already feel so much better. You see that see how much better that looks. Yeah much more slim right, that's all cuz! I can't believe you didn't like tell me enough. Here'S the thing you told me a couple times that was a while ago. I didn't feel. Like you told me, you know where I would have been like. I need get this done. Kurma won't stop bothering me about it. Like I know I'm completed with cutting my hair, I did get Kiran to touch up the nape a little bit and kind of shape. It because that is very hard for me to do, but I'm very happy with what it looks like I'm. Even I'm not gon na lie, I'm pretty proud with the blend ability of this haircut already proud, myself kind of patting my back right now. I like how it looks, and I feel like every single time actually cut my hair. I make myself just go into the headspace of like you, can have your pixie cut a little bit longer, because I do like my hair at this length. That should be the question on this video comment down below. Should I grow my hair out again, and I was thinking, maybe a bob, or should I keep the pixie cap because I honestly I don't know what I should do, what Karen? What do you like? Do you prefer me, with more of like the pixie cut Bob you, like the bob, so like a bob slash, pixie cut yeah a pixie bob. I think that's kind of what I'm going for yeah yeah, hey guys! Thank you again for watching today's video. If you've ever cut your hair at home, also again, please let me know, have you cut it during this kind of quarantine? Thank you for being here, and I hope you guys subscribe and I'll see you all in my next video bye,

Judy Sentell: You did a great job! My hair grows so fast that I have cut it myself 3 times since the first of March. It is almost shoulder length and the lower 4 inches is layered. I have cut my own hair for many years and dye it myself, but in February decided to stop dying it. Ready to be grey and natural.

Debra Boyer: I've been growing out my nape shave so I could reshape it (it was literally half of my head, on the occipital bone and down) had my wonderful husband reshave it to a much smaller area and I'm sooo happy with it ♥️ I've also been trimming my bangs, which I always do myself

Charlotte: Sharah be like: This hair is soooo bad. I be like: Damn I love that hair.

Wendy Wolle: Obsessed with your hair at this length! I buzzed mine (with a 1” guard) during quarantine, and have been growing it out with my natural hair color. Can’t wait until it’s closer to your length. ❤️

regisforgo: I think your pixie cut matches your personality so well, you look amazing with short hair and I feel that is something a lot of women struggle to pull off, especially when growing it out

Mai Farid: Love this cut on you and you did such a great job I had extremely long curly hair but I cut it myself into a short curly pixie cut (my hubby helped me a ton!) and I LOVE IT so much easier to handle and style and suits my busy mom life to a tee! Honestly you gave me huge inspo! And I think I will continue having a pixie cut for a looong time

Swing: Sarah, I just wanna say I’ve been here since before you changed up your channel, and I absolutely love seeing it grow and be successful because of the content you make and the personality that shines through each video!! You are an inspiration

Joy1977: Love watching stylists cut and shape their own hair! The back always amazes me.I had a bad experience recently.I asked for a bob and the guy who "cut" it ,started by picking up parts of my hair at the front and just cutting randomly!!! It just hung and looked dreadful/My husband would have had apoplexy ,as he cut a brilliant bob (and cut his own hair:).Finally when lockdown eased up i found someone to rescue my hair. There are plenty of hairdressers out there ,who feel they are way better than they actually are.I was spoiled being married to one ,and coming from a family with so many talented hairdressers too!LOVE The cut:)

Beloved18: Such a fun video! I had my hair this short when I was 16... one day I’m going back ❤️‍♀️

Sarah Coons: Dang, this made me miss my pixie! I'm the happiest I've ever been with long hair right now, but this "reminded" me that I will definitely go back to a pixie someday. Also, yes, I've cut my own hair before when I was too sick/broke to go to the hair salon for a while. Most stressful experience but it didn't turn out half bad haha!

1timothy4v12: Keep the pixie cut! It looks gorgeous on you! And I cut my own hair from chest length to above shoulder length just a couple weeks ago (first time cutting my own hair) it turned out way better than I was expecting! Makes my post-partum hair loss way less traumatic when its short...

Emily Davidson: My hair is super long and I haven't cut my own in like 3 years (and no, I don't have crazy split ends). I've cut my husband's hair for years and recently did a just below shoulder length cut on my daughter. I was really amazed how well your cut turned out! I wouldn't attempt a straight cut on my hair. You did such a great job!

Sarah Cook: Not only did I cut my hair during quarantine, I highlighted it and toned it all while on crutches with a broken foot

Tara Johnson: I can't wait for salons to re-open so I can get my hair cut just like yours Sarah! I'm not brave enough to try doing it myself at home God bless you! Stay healthy!

April: You did such a good job! I looks amazing. The blending and the layers look so good.

Grace Bateman: Love this video! I just cut my boyfriends hair last week and I didn’t do too bad! His cut is super complicated too (a high fade with a comb over) so I was very pleased with myself. Great job on the cut! You look adorable

Kelsey McKinney: I used to love when you had the blonde hair that was shorter on one side and swooped down on the other. That looked so good on you. And, honestly, you have to have the right kind of face to pull off a really short hair cut and you have that. This hair cut that you have now suits you really well. Any way you choose will look gorgeous, no doubt!

breaklooseAtA11times: You look beautiful either way. The pixie cut though just looks next level on you !! Please keep the pixie for now !! So cute stylish, and chic!

Natasha Goldberg: every time i watch one of your videos i end up watching half the rest i aspire to be like you Sarah, such an incredible person, mother and wife ❤️

Sofia Björk: Amazing I am a hairdresser and very impressed on you doing this on your own head! Great work giiiirl

Sarah Hegedus: Keep the pixie cut it looks soooooo good! Also, I cut my own hair during quarantine —I don’t hate it, but glad hair grows

Laura: Sarah you style your hair so nicely whatever the length, love this pixie cut now but also love the chin length you had when pregnant with Ellie. Seeing you inspired me to get my shoulder length hair that I have had for almost my whole life cut to ear length and I love it so much now. Makes me feel more like myself, however crazy that sounds!

Georgie Sutton: I have cut my hair myself for the past 5 years or so as its curly and hairdressers have never cut it how I like it so taught myself! Curls hide most mistakes which is awesome, but most of the time when I cut my hair I get good comments on it so I must be doing something right!

Pathtowellnesswithmiriam: I love your hair. I buzzed my hair myself a while back. I've been trimming it myself as well. But I'd love for my hair to grow to be like yours. This tutorial was so helpful!

Linnea: I've been cutting my own hair in a pixie cut for a year now and I think it's so much fun!

Nicci Ellett: Thank you for this video Sarah. My hair is identical to yours right now (except for the colour) I have been cutting my hair all through Lockdown and my last Hairdresser cut left me really disappointed (she hacked into the length I told her I wanted to keep!!!). However, I made a booboo and used the graduated clipper guides on my sides and it took off far more than I wanted. Now I’m a bit scared to lose the length by blending my top layer into it. BTW, my hair is naturally curly and I know exactly what you meant in your video! Thanks again

DenkyMan: Watching this makes me realise no one gives a crap what other people's hair looks like and all the perceived problems with it are in the mind. If the before had been presented as the after I wouldn't have known

Rebecca Jones: I started cutting my own hair and sometimes it goes great and I'm thrilled with the results. Aaaand sometimes I realize you need a professional to really get all the cowlicks and angles right for your face.

Charlotte Gooding: As a fellow pixie girl, I vote to keep it if I had straight hair, you have the exact cut I would’ve died for awesome job

Vee: I love how you can just rock every hair style! Short hair looks awesome on you!

Christine Evans: THANK YOU I needed this, I have a pixie cut too and it has grown out in so many odd ways, I desperately needed to trim and style it. Now I can! Very appreciative, thank you!

E: Pixie bob is definitely my vibe and yes totally cutting my own hair with decent results during these crazy tyrannical times, but need a pro for sure to help

Giselle Alejandro: I really like how this turned out. Yes, I did cut my hair during quarantine, it is exciting.

Taylor Young: As another hairdresser who has had to do her own hair multiple times in the last 10 years. If you want to wear a cape, wear it backwards. It totally works because the shorter part is then in the front allowing your arms to move more freely. If you don’t want to though I totally get it because most of the time I wouldn’t either because if I am at home doing it then I could always jumó in the shower to rinse off and change my clothes. Love you, your family, and your videos. They put me in such a calm mood.

Losseva: Hon!!! Thank you for this video!!! I just bought some extra hair cutting scissors and I'm gonna try and cut my pixiecut myself. Your tips will help me so much! And dang, good job on your cut! Looked beautiful but you're gorgeous so everything looks fantastic on you! ❤❤

Natasha K: Hello Beautiful! I really enjoy your videos. Scarring alopecia has been a battle for multiple years for me and last week I finally had my long-term hair stylist donate what hair I had (fourteen inches) and to shave it all off. I love my new do, not afraid to show my scars from multiple surgeries, and I'm not sad about alopecia and all my hair loss anymore. I did an Etsy hall to keep my head warm and bought a Wahl Peanut to keep up with my new do every two weeks. Looking forward to maintaining it on Sunday for the first time and for now on. Take care and Happy New Year!

Noor Deuss: Absolutely love the pixy-cut!! It was the original reason I started to watch your videos :)) You looked like a confident, self respecting, original, strong woman and I was immediately drawn to you! My first impression seemed to be correct xx lots of love from Belgium

lotus0000poet: I love the pixie cut. And it's so simple to take care of! Emphasizes your pretty facial features nicely too.

Aspen Hansen: When I was 14 I tried to cut my own hair... It ended horribly, and I had to get a pixie cut to fix it. Don't regret it, though, because the pixie cut was awesome and now I'm less attached to my hair. Awesome job!

Jazmin Gonzalez Silva: WHEN U'RE BLONDE, THAT CUTHAIR WAS AWSOME!!! AND YES, I ALWAYS HAVE MY OWN CUT HAIR! AND I'M SO HAPPY ABOUT IT! I CUT IT WHEN I WANT, CAN AND FOR FREE!

Jes Carter: I shaved my head during quarantine! It’s something I always wanted to do and I thought now is the perfect time. I feel so free! I am a hairstylist and when I go back to work I’m going to bleach it and do a fun color

Minda Kahn: I think you’re really brave to attempt a short cut.kudos to you!!! I had a grown out pixie cut that is now a short bob. Finally even. Thank you for the great tutorial.

garden boots: Yes, a couple days ago I gave myself what I call a "dustbowl era bob haircut". Because I paid a LOT to get an excellent haircut in June. But, the hairstylist didn't even remotely give me the haircut I asked for. (You know, when they decide they know better than you and boycott your request.) It was my driver's license photo - the haircut works well on me. I have an obvious "I did it myself haircut" now, and it feels SO much better. Watching more videos so I can bravely try to get it where I can feel more like myself. Carry on DIY hair cutting community!!

Whitney Wersal: I used to cut my hair all the time but I haven't for a few years now. I love both the shoulder length hair and pixie cut on you. I wish I could pull off the pixie cut myself.

Sarah Jane’s Unboxings: I cut 6 inches off of my hair the other day and it turned out great! I couldn’t wait 4 days until the salons reopened ‍♀️ But I’m very happy with it.

Gina Marie: I just cut my hair too for spring , about 4 inches! Felt great and it’s so easy with long hair to cut at home ;) I also dyed my greys with box color . Not easy to highlight, so I’ll wait

Danielle Ward: ~Your hair look so healthy!  ~8:24 - 8:34 was so soothing to watch. ~Go for the bob!

Madison Simkins: I think you look great with both! But it might be fun to grow your hair out since it’s been short for such a long time :) I’m growing out my pixie right now and can’t wait for the bob phase!

Jazzy Josie: YES! awesome, a Pixie Bob. lol I cut my hair myself maybe 5 times ever. Each time I said to myself that if it didn't work out i would pay for a stylist to cut it. And each time it worked out beautifully. Each time. Lol I had a haircut like yours a few years ago after baby #2. It was heaven. I want one again. My husband doesn't like it that short. So it's just below my jawline at the moment and we're at a happy medium lol. It started raining here (in Winnipeg) after a few warm days and it reminded me of you! I was able to air out my bed for 6 hours before needing to close the windows. I hope you have a WONDERFUL WEEKEND! ~Jj .

Sarah Lloyd: You did such an amazing job! When I saw the title I flipped because I was planning on cutting my hair today! I would use your video as a tutorial because I love you so much but unfortunately I can’t pull off a pixie cut like you can☺️

Skyblue Spirit: I cut my own hair (very short), and you did a GREAT job on your hair here!

Ashley Kosinski: GIRL, you did such an amazing job!!

Lolita Zavala: Honestly I love you in this length, but even more when you used to shave almost all. You really rock short hair ..... Please don't grow it for now

Dolly Daisy: This was very brave. I cut my hair about 3 or 4 weeks ago, it is fine but curly so I can get away with the uneven length. I do feel for the hairdressers and barbers trying to sort us all out when we can go back to them.

The Ginger Ninja: I’ve had my pixie for about 3.5 years now and I’ve always cut it myself. Where I live, not a single salon experience I’ve ever had had been a good one and I’ve almost always left the salon having paid and tipped, but in tears as soon as I get to my car. Because of videos like yours and all the diy pixie cut videos on youtube, I’ve cut and maintained my own pixie with beautiful results. Even my 15 year old daughter’s pixie as well. And, I like the pixie cut on you, but I might be a bit biased.

Corryne Wooten: You rock the pixie and have inspired me to have a pixie! Love it girl!!❤️

LitcheTheArsm: You genuinely look great in all your styles, the satisfaction of being happy with the hairstyle is what makes it go from good to great imo. So I am certain I'll think you'll look great in the style your heading towards. A pob! Pixie Bob! I'm considering asking my eldest sister to cut off like 4-5 inches for me soon. She offered a while ago but I was scared, now I'm more done with it and I know I won't go to the hairdressers any time soon. Haven't cut it in 6 months and it is heavy. Annoying to wash and dry. So I'll save on shampoo n conditioner as well as lemons (I semi regularly bleach it using lemon juice and sunlight.)

Hope R.: I've been loving the hair you've had lately actually! Makes me want a pixie so bad.

Chloe Raguindin: You look phenomenal with that haircut! It kinda speaks of your bold personality. Very minimalistic, classy and composed. You go queen!

Jen Whyte: I love the pixie cut on you Sarah. I had a cutting accident in January and ended up shaving it early for Worlds greatest shave and the leukaemia foundation. Best decision I ever made

Viola Villwock: Please keep the Pixie!! I think you look awesome with it and it emphasizes your gorgeous face.. You even encouraged me to finally get a Pixie! I mean... before all of this madness happened. Now I already had to trim it a couple of times Love your videos! Lots of love and health to you and your family! Stay safe ❤️

GhostWriter78: I LOVE this cut! I like the clippered look best and it looks great on you. I'm wanting to do the same thing with mine but my hand-eye-mirror coordination is so bad lol!

Lydia Naomi: wow, amazing what you were able to do on your own!

Lejla Ferizovic: You did such a good job! You look beautiful ❤️

Neena Camille Cristales: Your hair looks amazeballs! ❤️❤️❤️ good job sarah!

Les Lectures d'Ariane: You really rock the pixie cut, girl! Also, love your natural hair color.

* Lotusblume *: I love it!! I want a pixie cut but I think I’ll let someone else do it for me! I wish I was as brave as you! I’m sure I’d cut some huge divot in my head and it would look crazy lol. I’ve only cut my own hair once and it came out nice but it was just layers in shoulder length hair. I got lots of compliments though! But I don’t know if I could do a pixie myself!! Yours looks super cute!!

Sil mm: I looove this cut ! And you're one of the few people that can pull it off

Catherine Lawrence: Hi ! thanks so much for this ! I am going to cut and style my Mom's hair soon, she has a short cut which has grown out, nearly to a bob now, and we are wondering which scissors do you recommend, many thanks again xxx

Lynn Reardon: Needed this. Thank you . Been cutting own hair since NYC stay home. Looks ok and You gave me invaluable tips.

Anouk Baas-de Jonge: I think a bob would look so good on you! I'm just growing my hair out during quarantine, although my bangs probably need to be cut in a few weeks. Normally my mom does that for me, but maybe I'll try doing it myself this time

MaryBeth O'Neill: You look GREAT in that hair style. What a great job blending the back!

Miska F: Love the pixie cut on you Sarah. Great job. Totally earned yourself a subscriber :)

SunnySunshine Harvey: I'm trying to grow my hair back out and this almost makes me want to cut it again. The length, shape, and height are so nice...

Ruth Black: I love this video!! I’m doing this in the morning. Those are called Thinning shears and are awesome We have almost the same style. I have a HORRIBLE cowlick crown that wants to split all the way down the back. Any suggestions? I’m making before and after pictures. My stylist has been ill and I’m shaggy!

Grace Morgan Speaks: Wonderful and lovely content Sarah. Whoever is reading and feels stressed, lonely, despised, sick and in pain. You will overcome be strong

Vicious: I actually just cut my hair, but I have cut my hair a few times myself. I had to cut my hubs curly hair as well, and you're right. He is typically unhappy with the way most people do his hair, and thinks I do it better and I don't have any training. XD But also like you I have a short hair cut and have decided to grow it out so, here's to growing mine out with you, cheers! Hope you and your family continue to stay happy and healthy!

Cindy Wong: Love your hair before and after! You rock all of them.

Diana Ismail: Both hairstyles suit you a lot Sarah! But personally, i love long hair, so I'm gonna vote for longer hair :D

Nicole Paulson: I've been cutting my own hair for 9 yrs. I go in about twice a year to a stylist to re-up the overall shape but otherwise I keep my pixie between a 3/4 inch and 1 3/4. Right now I'm growing out the top and keeping it tight and short towards the nape of my neck and ears. I got blessed 9 months ago when I met my boyfriend and he does his own hair too. He has a tight buzz all over but the top which is about 5 inches long, so I braid it back or he keeps it in a small ponytail. Neither of my 3 kids or his 1 has ever got to a shop to get their hair done. We've always done it ourselves so this pandemic didn't make a dent in our usual routine

Shelly Renee: I always cut my own hair. I feel I get better every time. Just like you, I say it's just hair. It will grow back. Love you cut!

Iris Malabatuan: Looks awesome, will wanna study cutting my hair on my own soon since I really like pixie cut!

Ruth Allott: You did an amazing job Sarah. Yes I have cut my hair, during this shut down, and it needs cutting again, that’s why I logged in for some help, my hair is curly, so it’s quit forgiving when styled, but I have to say I’m finding it very difficult to find a hairdresser that can cut it, as they all section the hair, instead of cutting into the curl or wave. If it cut right honestly my hair is so easy to manage. So I’m going to try again, wish me luck and I’d appreciate any tips you can give me. My hair is a pixie style.

Rebecca Kozloski: You should definitely grow your hair out again! You looks so pretty with the bob and it compliments your face shape so well!

Angela Goeglein: Love it! I cut mine just yesterday and I have no experience with cutting hair Lol. Mine is now just past my shoulders and it's not too bad.

janis lyn: OMG I have the same hair as you right now and I’m trying to grow it out. My mullet is epic. My bf refuses to cut it for me bc he doesn’t want to mess up my hair...it’s already messed up guess I’m gonna have to take matters into my own hands. Wish me luck!

Caitlin Spatafore: Cheating scissors lol I love it! As soon as you said that I was like ope she’s braking out the thinning shears. I’m a cosmetologist and I’m actually going to be taking on the task of cutting my hair for the first time at home. My husband is always looking good but got no one but myself to do my hair. Hopefully it turns out as good as yours did. You did amazing!

Creatively Jones: Wow that was an amazing job well done! Looks awesome!

Irma Enriquez: You did an awesome work!! Pixie really looks good on you ;)

Pip: Your pixie rocks. I've been cutting my own hair for years now. Trying to grow it back to as long as I had it te first time I had it cut (bum length). But I'll give myself a trim or add in a few layers.

Jessica Aurand: I like both styles on you. As you said if you get sick of the length you can always cut it and it will always grow back if you change your mind. I used to cut my own hair I haven't in a long time (besides shaving my undercut, I haven't cut the top lengths). I have really wavy thick course hair and it's a lot to take care of (hence the undercut). Even with the undercut I still look like I have a full head of hair if my hair is down... I have been thinking about bringing back my inverted cut. I miss it.

Miharu97: I love the pixie cut, i think you're really cute with that, way more than with the bob

Rachael: I had the same hair problems with my quarantine pixie. I let mine go a little longer than yours so it was getting real mullety. I took the clippers to it. Number 8 and then trimmed the front/sides. I was scared but it actually came out pretty good! Hairline definitely the hardest part!!

Jasenka Bognar: Please, keep the pixie hair! This looks sooo great on you! And this color is also beautiful :D

Nancy Abrica: Thank you !!! Now I know how to cut the bulky part of my hair !! It came out way better your way ☺️

L M: I love your channel so much!! You are such an inspiration ♥️

Felisha Martinez: It looks beautiful! I wish I could cut my own hair into a pixie. I forced myself to let my pixie grow out because it was expensive to get it cut every few months.

Destielatemypie: I love the pixi cut on you. You have a gorgeous facial bone structure and that cut just makes you look serene, elf-like and just really, really pretty. :)

Haha: wow that is the best self haircut I've ever seen! Great job!

Taylor Brooke: I love you're hair, it fits you so well!
