DON'T FORGET TO LIVE YOUR EXTRA LIFE!

Why hello boys? Are you in need of a gay best friend to tell you how usually wearing your hair? Have you been wearing your hair the same for years and you to change? Are you concerned? If you cut your hair, it won't put it on well lucky for you, I'm here for you today, to give you some major major, life-changing hair advice. So after you watch this video you're gon na know exactly what your face shape is and what haircut will look? The best for you all right, so, of course, let's figure out what face shape. You have first up, we have habla. This is what an oblong face looks like, and that usually means that your face is longer than it is wide. So your face is just this way. Instead of this way, a correct angle get rid of the edges, that's not long face, and next we have an oval and oval is exactly what it sounds like it's an oval. This is what elbow looks like. If you have an oval face, you have an oval face. An oval face is a bit skinnier than an oblong face and has no harsh edges. A diamond face has a strong jaw and angular cheekbones, as you see here in this lovely diagram hello. So your jaw is gon na go pointing this way and your cheekbones are gon na, go pointing outwards and back in as you're, not really gon na have a fully diamond face, but they're really just talking about this area from here to here. It goes out and back in, like a duck, a round-faced is equal in length and width. You know where a circle looks like. If your face looks like a circle, you have a round face. If you have a round face, your face tends to be a little bit more full than the average person and you have barely any angles to your face. So it's very full all around with no sharp edges, no strong, jawline or anything like that, and the opposite of round is gon na, be a square which brings us to our next face shape. A square is gon na, be very, very, very angular. All right, you're gon na have that very sharp jawline. Everything is going to be very equal on both sides very wide, but also very sharp. This also tends to be the most masculine looking station and the triangle face shape, which is slowly almost a little bit more masculine and then and the square face. It has very, very prominent jaw that is even wider than the cheekbone. So if your jawline protrudes further than your cheekbones, you probably have a triangular face, shape all right now that you successfully figured out your face, shape, congratulations and if you didn't figure it out re-watch the beginning of this video look in a mirror, you'll figure it out. Now we know your face shape, we can move on to what haircut will look best for your face shape now? What is the goal? What are we trying to get done here? So whenever you ask somebody what the best haircut is for your face shape when you are a male, typically they're, giving you advice on how to make your hair look the most square, it could possibly look. That is because a square face shape is the most masculine face, shape and the most desirable or men. So in this next part, I'm gon na tell you how you can make yourself look the most masculine as possible, with the correct haircuts to take away the bad features and bring the good forward. So if you are not trying to look as masculine as possible, this might not be the best video for you and by no means do you have to look masculine. If you are a male, you can look feminine, you can be androgynous and beautiful, and if you're trying to make your face shape, look more feminine and then maybe you should have it to all my other video, where I explain what is the best face shape for Females he's still with the are male. You want to look more feminine head to that video and you'll see, because I do not mean to say that if you're a guy, the only way you can wear your hair is to make yourself look more masculine. But if your goal is to look at masculine and powerful and handsome as possible of a Newcomb's right, please - and let's finally get in to the part where I tell you what a haircut will look the best for our patient. Let'S do it hold on sorry. I know I interrupted you while you're watching my video, but I have one thing to say today for you: it's sponsored by great stuff, thank you and if you like what I do, you're gon na know what a staple this part. If you didn't already know what green check is, USDA certified organic company and green shop can hook you up, no matter what your diet, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, keto, whiskey, terian, gluten free and let's get a cook in. Io did myself again, if you guys would like $ 50 off. Yes, six dollars off your first green traffic box head to green chef, Don us and backslash of Brad mondo, again green chef dye, you add backslash Brad, mondo it'll also be linked down below in description box. I got a girl all right. Well, I'm gon na continue to stuff my face off-camera and you can continue watching my video, so the oblong face like we talked about before, is longer or other than wider, and it is basically a rectangle without the edges on it. So, what's an oblong face in order to make it look more square, we want to take down on the length of the face we're gon na bring from here and to here. So how do we do that you're asking? Well, I'm glad you asked me you can always do a side. Swept bangs situation like this. You can do a full fringe like this. You can do is sort of bulk life. You wan na be really trendy or if you are not here for the bang situation like I recommend, then you can always rock a shorter haircut that way you're not bringing any bulk up here. So a pompadour like what I have right now on my head is gon na add to the length of your head so you're, trying to make this part as flat as possible. So generally, you want to keep your hair length as short as possible. What you have an oblong face that way: you're not bringing any more attention - and you know, Adam link to your already longer face. If you have an oblong face, I would definitely not recommend having a full beard or anything like that. That'S just gon na add to the weight of your face and make it look even longer than it already looks. So you want some facial hair just to not too thick a little scruff moment. So add a bang or keep your hair short. If you have an oblong face now on two ovals, this is noble face. If you forgot already when Nova looks like, I know it's a hard one and if you an oval face our goal is to make you look a little bit more angular with the type area that you get. So I usually recommend to male client with an old face to get a fade because a fade like this one here very short on the side, and you have that little pompadour moment going on that top. Usually it's gon na make your face. Look more angular because it's gon na keep that really sharp buzz cut on that side and then the length on the top. So that's gon na make a square shape on your head, like this. It'S gon na trick the eye when it looks up here and sees the angles that this part down here is more angular also, but if a really tight fade to pompadour situation like this is not your style, then you can also rock a haircut like this. Just make sure that the sides are slicked back as much as possible to give you that more angular feel on the side, and then you can style the top as square as possible, like I would consider this was square because it has that sort of flat surface Over here and then it's a bit angular on the sides, so I hope that makes sense to you. So a little recap for the oval face. I recommend doing a really sharp fade on this side to a pompadour or keeping your length like so and slicking the sides back and having the top styled in sort of a square formation. Alright, that is, for you, oval people out there, and that is how you should wearing her hair. If you want to look more masculine, alright, moving on to the diamond face shape so for a diamond face, we're trying to add width to the jawline and you're like Brad, how do you possibly do that with a haircut with a men's haircut? Well, there's not really an easy way to do a haircut, but there is an easy way to do that with facial hair. So if you can grow a beard, if you have a diamond face, a beard would look amazing and then go to a barber and get that beard trimmed into a nice square shape that will make you look a lot more masculine and very handsome. So hair cut wise. You can pretty much pull off anything because we're not trying to add length or take away link from the head shape. Your head shape is already quite nice. You just want to add link to your jaw lines, but you can sort of trick. The eye, by doing again a more angular haircut, you can even do sort of a fauxhawk situation diamond thing shape. I think, looks so good with long hair. You might not pair up long, hair and masculinity. All the time go. You have a diamond face and you want to add length down here. You have longer hair that maybe he sits at your jawline. It'S gon na bring a lot more link to your jaw and a lot more attention and make your jaw like a lot sharper and more masculine. So I do think that with a diamond face shape, longer hair looks so so good. You can also you a brush back moment, but this one's only really changeable. If you grow kind of a beard and get it lined up nicely to make it look more square on your jawline, but otherwise I need a diamond face. Shape is really really on men. I consider my face a diamond, so I brought every hairstyle in the world, so you would diamond. You were in love more around face just like before we're trying to add more angles to the face, so I recommend best-case scenario: if you're willing to do any haircut, I would do a skin phantom on the sides, which looks like this to a pompadour, a short Pompadour on the top that way, it's going to give you the most angles possible for your face shape. So, if you're getting rid of all that hair on the side and to me perfectly straight up and then you're getting that sort of boxy feel with the pompadour haircut on the top, you can even blow dry it out and add some hairspray to really keep it. In that boxy shape that way, your face would have a lot more definition. It'Ll make you look so much more masculine and just really handsome. I have seen a lot of guys with round face shapes, get this haircut and it really really changes them, not saying you should do it, but you should probably do it if you're wrong face alright, but if you do not want to skin fade and you have A round face, then I would definitely recommend just having a really really short on the sides. I sure, as possible, that you're comfortable with and just making him very angular tell your barber or your hair stylist to make it very angular on the sides and then squarish mom talk alright, so that is a round face shape a square face, like I said before, Is the most desirable face shape for a man just because it's very very masculine, so you have squared face? You can rock a lot of things. You can do a buzz cut. Let'S cut look so damn hot on guys with square faces. So do the square face get that buds that going come on? Do it anything pompadour looks great. You can also do more trendy haircuts like a textured comb-over do bangs, you can do a side-swept or you can do sort of a generic Crewcuts. Anything like that will work great for your face shape because you already do have disciple face shape. The only thing I would say to stay away from is things that make a lot a lot of volume up here, and if we look that this is already a lot of volume for me, if I want any higher than this, my face shape would just look A lot longer and not good, so just stay away from that other than that you're all good. You could do literally any haircut. Try something trendy try something new, there's a lot of things you could do all right and, lastly, the triangle face shape this one right here for this one I would generally say to stay away from a facial hair or just too much facial, hair or anything past. The length of like a centimeter, well, your jaw is already past your cheekbones, you don't to add any more length on it or it's gon na look really wacky and just like off this shape and weird. So this face shapes perfect for a nice length, a little bit grown out haircut that ends kind of around your ears and meets at your cheekbone. Is that way your cheekbones look a little bit more prominent and wide that way meet up with your jaw line. It makes your face look all around more square. This is kind of a picture of what I'm talking about. I would not recommend doing a buzz cut or anything really sure with this haircut, because it's gon na accentuate the fact that this part of your head is smaller, and this part your head, is way bigger. I would off balance your wide jaw with a little bit more of a mid length haircut or a bit of a longer haircuts ending at the cheekbone, so mid length haircuts. Really any of them are perfect, but just nothing too too short and no beard hair, preferably, and we're done so. I hope you guys learned what your face shape is and what haircut would go best for your face shape. I have said face shape probably 3 billion times in this video, and I want to never say it ever again and if you've ever considered coloring your hair and then lucky for you. I have a whole video that tells you what color would go best with your skin tone. So if you want to see that video, it is linked below for you of course, and that is all for today, don't forget to follow me on my social medias, a prime on my way, see the ugly link below for you and thank you so much for Watching don't forget to live your extra life and I will see we all accept peace.

Kili Mi: Hey Brad, thank you for the informative video. I think I have an oval face but.. my hairline is rounded. Like, it's a perfect arc. And it really really doesn't look good with whatever I tried before. Could you do a video on different hairline shapes in men and what hairstyle to choose?

MamaMOB: I’m so happy my son got my square face! It’s not the most feminine but I love it on both of us!

Moondustangel: This is so good to see. I've often wondered more about men's hair. You should do a video where you react to male celebrities hairstyles. It would be awesome. Stay special.

Solenn: As a non-binary trans masc person (assigned girl at birth for short), this is like sooooo useful wow And I'm a square so I'm reallly happy :3 Thanks you so much for your videos Brad !

Marco Romero: This is probably the most sensible video I've ever seen when it comes to proper haircuts for men. Gracias Brad! Love ya man!☺ And by the way, would a long hair (like a long girly hair) look nice on a round shaped face? Mine is round and I have a straight hair. Thanks in advance buddy!

jack purdue: Hey brad! could you do a video dedicated to curly —not wavy, curly—hair please!!! i’d love to see some hairstyles for curly hair for different face shapes and hairstyles

Montse Landa: Loved this video! I'm a lady barber and your tips are really good! You should do more videos for guys!! Btw...I love you so much I've following you for about a year now and all your videos are really cool

Sebastian Wagner: This is kind of an old video, but i am curious: I have a very round face and grew a beard the past few months, shaping it to sort of elongate my face ( i am pretty sagisfied with it, actually). But i have no idea about what haircut would go with it or about the balance between hair and beard. Any thoughts on that?

VF Goditachyyy: Im gonna do it. I have a diamond shape and I’m gonna grow out my hair and finally give the god given gift of having perfect facial hair since the age 14 a chance. Many people told me but i never did it, but now i will

Marizza Aguirre: Can you do a video on haircuts based on hair texture/type ie curly, wavy etc. because not everyone can do some of the recommended haircut because their hair type won’t allow it. Thanks Brad you’re the best! LYEL

Candice Hogg: Thank you for the advice I have short hair and a round face and I have been struggling to find a short hair style that’s suits my face I have been doing it short of the side and long on top but not in a square way it’s been more wavy or round than square so I will be sure to let my next hairdresser know and try a skin fade too I have never heard of it but it looks fun to try it out. I prefer the masculine haircuts with the edgy look to it :)

Samantha Kyriacou: Binge watching brad mondo videos is pretty much what I do all the time Love you brad !!!!!!! ❤️❤️

N Allardyce: Brad with that huge heart and amazing talent for bringing out the extra beautiful side of others <3

Martin Garcia Caro: I thought having a diamond shaped face would be kinda hard until I started growing a square stuble and a moustache, now I can vary a lot with my haircut without any of then making me look weird.

Marissa Cote: I would love to hear your recommendations for flattering haircuts for men with a receding hairline!

Amira: Do a tutorial on how to trim shoulder length / long hair at home! We can’t afford haircuts right now so I attempted it myself because I had about 8cm of dead ends and it came out uneven. Now I have a very uneven cut and can’t get it fixed by a professional

Gio Needs Help: Jokes on you I look like a garbage can no matter how I cut my hair

Odo Rodriguez: i wear my hair long and when i want to look especialy masculine i braid woodworking tools and knives into it complementing my burbon/ pinewood -shavings shampoo and a couple squirts of machine oil for the beard works everytime

Sophie: I’m a girl so this doesn’t apply but I always watch your videos so I may as well. I’m getting the bi haircut for 2019 because I’m coming out for the new year! I’ve always had super long hair but want short hair.

Alexandrea Castle: Thats whats so scary about getting your hair cut. I am so greatful for you and all your amazing professional skills. You are FIRE!

Desiree Rosen: Brad, once again you save me I feel like I am very very confident with all sorts of girl haircuts, long short buzzed, etc. GUY haircuts however, OOF. Thank you sm!!!

Michelina Artist: Yes! Love that what you recommended is a style I've already rocked and feel great in.

feitocomfruta: Oddly enough, I have the right hairstyle for my round face, except I have very fine but dense hair that I’ve grown out to a wolf’s tail. So I have a TON of length to play with on top, but my hair ends up pulled back since it just looks thin and stringy down.

Jes Abella: I’ve read a lot in the internet saying the oval face does pretty much any hairstyle justice coz it’s symmetrical and well-proportioned.

Maria: Please, Brad, make a video about short haircuts for women depending on the faceshape!!! Feminine short haircuts!

Rusty Shackleford: This could also work for girls thinking of a pixie cut/short haircut

Lawrence Simte: hey brad, I've got a seven head with an oval face, what type of hairstyle do you recommend? Mostly, I keep the early Justin Bieber hairstyle (from his "Baby" days) because it helps hide my seven head and looks okay-ish. However, I am tired of keeping up with this. Would value your suggestions!

RD FM: Trans men who need to figure out how to look more masculine check ✌

Nana: i got round face, so pixie hair with let's say a longer "quiff" I found it to be the best option for me, also representing my "sexy patato/androgynious" face xD also putting blue <3. all hail our sister Queen who can pull all the colours

Timetravelinfool: Love this. I'm nonbinary so this was very informative. Thank you!

Mrs. Will: My husband has a similar hair style to what you suggested for round faces. When he started cutting it much shorter on the sides, longer on the top, and combing it to the side and back...FINE.

Virgil Nolwen: Hello Brad ! Thank you very much for this video. It is very useful, as I am a trans man. I actually totally shaved my hair (around mid-November) and as far as it grows back, it looks really masculine. But I still want to have a neat haircut, so your video was just in time ! Thank you again, love you ♥

Monkey Monk: I got a round face and ever since I started getting skin fades I’ve been considered much more attractive by women

shriya ツ゚ rana: I need to send this to all the boys in my school

Crispy C: So I’m a 24 year old male.. I’ve been greying pretty fast the last couple years.. do I go for a youthful style or go for something a older gentleman would get???? Any opinions would be appreciated

DukeABQ: As a masc-presenting nb person with a more feminine face, this vid is super useful. Thanks Brad!

Summer Hernandez: My husband has a square face and has always had a buzz cut, and according to this video he needs to keep it! Damn! I had wanted him to grow it out and experiment for once in his life but ooooo now I’m re-into it hahahah.

Sustainable Sierra: Hey Brad, I know this isn't really your focus but would you be willing to do a video about clothing and facial hair styles for bald men according to their face shape? My man started losing his hair years ago and decided he'd rather be bald than balding. I do most of his clothing shopping but the style struggle is real.

Anthony Luna: I have a square face shape and I have loved all of the hair styles that you mention in the video

Daemon Skycloak: Thank you for not giving the BS answer for oval faces. Everywhere I look for styles based on face shape they all say “oooooh oval are you any haircut you may wear” in their best pompous accent. I’m tired of that bs. Thank you for a real answer.

Kay Xiong: Can we all just take a quick minute to appreciate his backdrop lol or green screen? I love how it gives personal salon vibes.

Hamstergirl: I literally just finished the girls one!!!! Love you brad!!!!

Lorin Savage: I've always wanted a fringe but my hairdresser said that my face was too round. Could you make a video helping with that? X

Another_One: I keep it buzzed but I feel like my face is still a bit feminine and since I still wear “women’s clothes” I feel using this tip will hopefully balance things out. I want people to straight up think I’m a dude in a dress

Connor Smith: This is really helpful, im trans and obviously cuz i was born female i have a round face and ive had a bad past of making my face look fatter with bad haircut choices

Nat The Idoit: Hi I'm currently a female with gender dysphoria and my first steps towards being a guy I see is a hair cut so thanks Brad this was helpful

Ghostly Neighbour: Me, a trans man, really appreciates this video because now I can finally get a haircut that makes me look more masculine

Screenload: That was really helpful, thank you!

Megumi’s eyelash: I’m a girl but I can’t miss a brady’s vid

Sarah Crum: My almost 8 year old saw this as we were scrolling through YouTube. He'll be obsessing over what his face shape is as much as he begs me to buy XMondo (we need to use the shampoo we already have before buying it)!

KJ: As a hairstylist, do you prefer pictures over videos when someone shows you a reference to how they want their haircut?? Asking cuz soon to get a haircut, but I have a video instead of a picture, and I'm not sure if hairstylists ever liked getting videos by a client as a reference, if ever have gotten one

Anthony Deluca: On an aside, your hair is looking great today

Sala Tino: I’ve seen many videos about this, but you are the best! You really helped me

Rabail Jehan: Brad: Showing us every face Me: Comparing it with and analyzing Brad's face shape every time

Dubstepic DJ: You are looking sharp as a knife Brad. Love the colors and also the comedy!!

Glittr Sprinklez: My boyfriend has such a unique face shape that it's so hard to find a haircut that works for him. He basically has a superman face which seems to be a mix between diamond and square.

MrCml88: This is very informative, thank you

Marisu: I have a personal peeve with face shape categories because none of them completely work for me. The closest shape for me would be a 'round' face, except my face isn't evenly shaped, because it's significantly and noticeably wider than it is longer, along with having a very large and neotenous head in general. I feel like styles meant for complementing round face shapes don't always suit my actual head shape because of this and I also feel left out of these kinds of discussions. If anyone could suggest advice for my own face shape based on this information, then feel free. (I'm a lady though.) Oh, and despite the angle seen in my profile photo, it is very rounded around the edges when viewed from the front, but it is more like a sideways oval shape than anything else.

I Like Turtles: this actually is pretty good, I've been thinking about getting a haircut, as someone with dysphoria--

Raichu Bunny: My boyfriend is rocking a Jesus style long hair and beard combo (i love beards <3) and he claims he looks bad with short hair. I sort of wonder if he's right but I'll never know because he refuses to cut it shorter than shoulder length! I wonder if Brad would like my bf's hair. It took me a while to like it because it's never been my favorite style on a guy but I love him anyway.

Hakuna Matava: I have known for a while now that I have an oval face shape. Unfortunately, I can't let go of my spiky hair. I am working on trying to transition to something different though, so I will try something like you recommended

Leo PRG: I have a round shaped face with short jaw bone and I get it that I should keep the volume of my hair on the top while keeping it short on sides to mimic the oval shape. BUT I would like to try more 90's longer hair style, what haircut should I go for?

Wonder Bread: I realized the other day that I’m going to be 18 in 6 months and not once in my life have I ever gotten a real haircut... I usually just have my mom put in a ponytail and chop it all off every couple years (I donate my hair). I think that’s something I should probably do lol.

Alexis Shines: I was here before you had 1 million subs. I'm so proud of how far you've come!

Mary Jane: i have a square face <3 just found you and joanna and was instantly inspired, life changing inspired

lsuarez: Would be nice to see advices for people with receding hairlines and/or curly

insertnamehere: do you think you could make one for people who want to appear more androgynous? i haven't really seen anyone do it, it'd be super cool to see!

Allie Francis: You’re hair looks amazing sis

Megan Phillips: Omg I literally just finished watching the video about girls' face shape earlier today.

Drop Haruspici: 1:15 "you're not really gonna have a full diamond face shape" *Me: hold my plastic surgeon*

YingYien Zhu: Loved how you edited this video!

Andrew Dennison Bïersacke III: So true with us with a diamond facial shape. One reason why I prefer have long layers instead of short layers.

The Boss: I absolutely love you and your videos Brad but noticed how little views these type of videos get along with your makeover videos. This is probably due to these concepts being done so, so many times before, even though your videos are amazing you'll never win because it's been done so many times. Adding some 'tea' to existing concepts such as 'client horror stories' or what youtubers hair you'd love to fix would in my opinion gain more clicks. Just an observation though, I'll still be watching everything you put out!

Amy Davidson: Such a big fan of yours! I would love for you to do my hair ❤️

Ash Dinero: What about curly hair for men? What hairstyles would look Good with each face shape?

Jo Jo: Brad, could you please do a video on what short haircut to do for women? I have no idea what to do with myself

Little Flower: All I’m seeing is ... “IIIII WANT IT THAT WAAAAY” We need to have a talk Brad this hair is boyband ready

pikachuiswatchingyou: I have a square face (used to be round), and my issue is that my forehead is big. Usually, a square face has a smaller forehead than the jaw. My proportion is a REAL square. I like to go blonde so it blends with my skin color (it erases the hairline), or have a skin fade with bangs (short or long) to reduce the size of my forehead.

Kam3l: I'm a straight dude that puts minimal effort into my hair because I like my messy look I currently have but damn this video helped me

Jordan Hunter: I'm trans and this is really helpful for picking my haircut

Kaleen Pruitt: “If your face looks like a circle, you have a round face”

Fremchand: me as oblong: maybe i should just grow a beard instead of bangs. brad: don’t grow beards. me: thanks, brad.

T Wellbrook: i watched 10 minutes of the other one just to figure out it was for females now i’m here

The potato playz 1202: Thank you so much for the tips!!

Crysta Brown: Hey Brad! Any ideas for cute guys military cuts?? Or any tips on convincing your husband to spend more than 10$ on a haircut?

Sha MD Sayeed Ahamed: can we get a 2020 edition of this please!

amber nicolle: My boyfriend has had the same haircut since he was five, so guesssss who's finally getting a new hairstyle for 2019

mralex070: Could you do long hair for oblong men? More width to the sides and weight of the hair will reduce the height at the top?

iloveny22: Can you do this video again just considering more long hair styles and curly hair?

Hans Bjorgman: Brad's hair looks really good in this video. He's like a young, trendy Santa Claus or Jack Frost.

Thog VII: To be honest with you, the first few sentences described my situation perfectly.
