What'S up guys, my name is joe, and today i'm chopping it down. If you saw my last video of our salon, space reveal, you probably know where this cut is headed, but if you're a little confused as to why we're getting a haircut in such an empty space. That'S because we are in the official future home of a newco salon. The building is completely bare bones right now, with lots of renovation to come down the line, and if you want to hear all about our plans, we have for our upcoming salon and why you should be interested. Even if you don't get a chance to visit check out my previous video, which i'll have linked down below and in the upper right hand corner today, we've got a new stylus, getting featured going by the name. Ori he's someone i've known for a little while behind the scenes, but this is the first time that he's given me a cut, and i got ta say getting a cup by someone for the first time, plus the fact that there are no mirrors to see the Progress is a little scary, but i've heard good things about ori, so man's got my trust. Oriya also messes, with photography and other creative outlets, so be sure to check out his work in the description down below. I already know for sure that this is one of those controversial cuts, but here's the good news. I'Ve reached the point where i'm simply doing what i want to do with my hair. I'Ve spent too long trying to balance feedback from people on the internet. When it comes to my hairstyle like joe, you got ta change it up. It always looks the same or no wait joe go back to your old style. This new one looks terrible. Well if there's one thing, i've learned, i'm not here to please everyone and if i never experimented, my style would just start feeling so stale. You know. I realized that the mullet has a love-hate relationship and if that's something that bothered me, then i wouldn't do it. So you know, if you don't like it, take it up with the manager or just don't get it, but if you're able to remain a little open-minded, you might be able to appreciate the switch up. My goal has always been to provide different angles of hair inspiration. My finished hairstyle definitely had mixed reactions on my last video, but to those who thought the cut looked great and was down with the change, i appreciate you and for those who simply hate it. That'S totally fine. I'M just doing me right now and i for one like it, also a shout out to ori who told me halfway through the cut that this is the first time that he's ever cut a mullet. Man just went straight in and pulled off a cut. He hadn't done before so respect because uh well, it worked. This is the second mullet that i've gotten, but it's very different to the first. The first time around my finished result was much longer on top and my hair swooped more backwards. This time i wanted something a little bit more edgy a little bit more textured and a style that i could wear forward and honestly, something that wouldn't take so long to style in the mornings with the right side done. This brings me to a question for you guys. Are you at a point where you found the hairstyle that you like, and you plan on rocking for the foreseeable future, or do you like switching it up every few months and trying out different, looks also? What is the most out there hairstyle that you've ever gotten, i'm curious to hear: let's open up a discussion down below, so we can all see what our hairy plans are. Personally, this is definitely the most out there hairstyle i've had, and i am fully embracing that right now the back is a little too molded, so ori is cutting it down and thinning it out a little to keep it from looking overly sloppy. I hope that this illustrates the point that a mullet doesn't have to look completely messy. I know some people will just never be into it and that's fine, but the point is it is possible to have a more refined take on a mullet, at least as refined as a mullet can be and guys. Podkriznik: I'm going to be honest - I don't like it, I personally would never get it, but ALL power to you for rocking it. It's your hair, do whatever you want :) I did prefer the older hairstyles from you, rocked them myself as well, but I recently switched to a shorter french crop and I'm gonna stick with it just because it requires little to no effort to style!
Big Mac: Honestly, kinda digging that look, looks unique and out-there but also very nice :) remember earlier this year i was froeing the top of my hair out for about 8 months so i could have a man bun with short sides, looked so good but then cut it short and more neat. Gunna try grow it out again though

Blake M: I rocked the undercut with short-long on top for most of my high school years. Once I graduated, I started experimenting, mainly with longer hair. Also just started using Blumaan products for the first time in a while, and it's helped control the mane!!

Dinohuntr: I love switching things up from time to time. That’s the nice thing about hair, it always grows back and you can go back to what you like. Not sure I will ever go back to a mullet. I left that thing in the 80s.
JM Climacosa: before covid, i like to get a haircut every 3 months and i finally decided to grow it out march 2020 but i got really tired of it because it's an undercut. got a short haircut november 2020. now i have a long haircut past shoulder length, sometimes i really love it and sometimes i hate it because my shower and drying my hair takes forever. i don't use blowdryer btw.
T Z: Glad to finally see men's hairstyles changing again for the new decade! I always felt the 2010's men's hairstyles did not have an identity and was just a continuation of the 2000's hairstyles.
xeta: i like to change up my hairstyle every few month currently i have something simular to that hairstyle that Rikki had in your vid but in really bright red colour, but i've had a longer platinum hair for a year before this and before that i had a full blown mohawk and when i was younger i used to have a mullet once too (i rocked it like Anakin in sw2 with a bigger tail and a smaller braided tail on the side) and i've had a really anime-like hairstyle before simular to Q from Bungou Stray Dogs (parting in the middle right side silver/white and the left side was compleatly black) and i've also had a long side sweept look like skrillex's hair. and im planing to do this in the future as well i'm really enjoying to switch up things and besides my hair i also have a really eclectic style in general so i think this is who i am. btw great vid finally not the same hairstyle over and over again i really appriciate that you finally deciding not to care and rock what you really want keep it up bro :)
Ronalds Varna: I will always change my hair, starting with color and ending with the cut, but now you got me hooked with the mullet, i'm thinking that i will get a mullet and grow it out to a mullet man bun. I have had, blue hair, pink ,grey multiple times and blond and, i love every cut i have had, but i like to experiment with my hair so much, and i dont care what others think.
