Look who's back! It's BluMaan Ben! I've not featured him on the channel for a little while, so we had to take the opportunity to shoot a haircut with him while in Vancouver. In this video we look at Ryan Reynolds hairstyle, and attempt to replicate it. Ryan Reynolds is a great source of inspiration for fall if you're getting a haircut. No, it's okay Ben, don't be sad! We'Re gon na fix you up and make you look real pretty all right, so I got ta get this out of the way. This is by far the most ghetto haircut location that has ever been on the channel. We'Re actually filming in the Bluemont office in Vancouver and the office is a great place for the team, but isn't quite set up for filming. So, yes, the location is a bit ghetto, but Dylan is our hairdresser today and he's won a couple of hairdressing Awards in Vancouver, so he's pretty legit. As for the cut we're taking inspiration from one of Ben's favorite actors right now, Ryan, Reynolds and hey, there's the bloomin office Ben came in with about six inches on top and we're taking this down to about three inches, which is the shortest Ben, has ever gotten His haircut as for the sides, Ryan Reynolds up resort, so we're trimming it down a bit, but not down to the skin yep like I said this is a very ghetto haircut, video, that's a Windex spray cap inside a cup of water, but hey it works like I mentioned earlier there's a lot of length that needs to go. Reynolds can often be seen with a bed head style cliff, but it's usually not that long. The fringe is going to be cut down to about three inches. Next up, Dylan is performing a popular thinning technique, basically cutting out the bulk in sections. This way the hair is lighter and can achieve more volume, but no more length is being taken out now. Dylan is drying. The hair and we'll continue with some dried cutting haircut is finished time for the styling starting out with a bit of sea salt spray for some lightweight texture, then, in with the original by bloom on for added, hold and control. Blow-Drying short hair is a fairly simple task. Dillon is simply drying it down with no specific direction and as it gets drier, he begins to build volume with his fingers and a brush. It'S pretty basic and simple, and for Ben's, thinner, hair, tight, finishing off with one more round of original by bloomin to set the style in place hold a long. On that note, the cut is finished.

I also noticed that when finishing the styling, the hairdresser smoothed some Original onto Ben's eyebrows, which I have found really does add a "pop" to the finished look - good idea!
