#BadHaircut #HaircutHelp #MensHair

Alright guys welcome back to the legal gentleman YouTube channel the hunter gratis today, we've got Joe in the jet. Now me and Joe have just had a chat and the winning to occur. Wasn'T you chef for a haircut yeah so and switch here, so this is Joe's story, told me, so we went in two weeks ago for haircuts, guess for a skin fade and I what what he said was - or you said you know where to do on Joe Bought isomerizing my job said was that it wasn't happy with it because it wasn't particularly blended in to your liking or to how well you think it could've look what the done was they shaved it really high on this side. So, as you can see, he's got a very kind of it's. It'S really really high up to the round of the head there and it's just basically you've just been left, so basically not blended in so. But this side has, as you can see, it's got a bit of a blend on it so says what we've got now. I'Ve got this quick sort of asymmetric haircuts that isn't really gon na balance for jump. Now the thing is the Joe as long as he wants to grow is here as long. This isn't gon na help him or fortunately, when you've got such an age. Symmetric haircut going on you've got two sides, that's totally uneven. I mean, if I I just pick it up with my comb or even general I'll, just dip your fingers might be easy to see. These are that side ends and there's a that side on. So, as you can see, it's a really big asymmetry going on there. Now, when you go in a hair comes out, you want to balance it because it grows out balanced and it grows out easier, the style so, even though, today we'll just what we'll do with Jones, what I was thinking was is we'll give them a skin Fadel. Oh, you did you don't have to highlight the last one. Do she wanted quite low? Okay? If that's because, let me start building weak through here and now when you're growing here comes out and you want to grow it out and you don't really have an angle because a lot of guys, I was trying to tell guys, have an angle. It'S so much easier for me to cut its awards that goal, and it's also easier when actually Joe, for example, it's got this image days. I won't look like I want me here to look like that and obviously based on hair texture type, whatever, which I get as close as possible, for what it helps to do is it gives them something training towards without girl cutting it off, because I know I'm The same when I grow my hair, I get sir about I don't know three months and I'm like man, I just look stupid, so I'm gon na get it cut short. But if I've got that end goal in mind, I've got a barber. Who knows what we end goal is I can just text them. I won't come in here god, I'm gon na shave it off I'm gon na cut short. Should I not do that, or should I do that you know, and then that way I think the balance work tightly, but what I'll do today is. I want to try and connect the sides and that's going to be a bit of an ass well by keeping that skin fade below. I want to try and keep all of this length. 3. I don't want to go over that at all, because I'll what you want to do is when you're growing out as well. You wanna start building weight through these corners because that way, you start to balance the top, so the tops got some way to fall into, whereas it just look like a top heaven haircut so just hear hear nothing else now. That'S what I want to try and do for Josephine, it's gon na be another challenge just because of how high this is now. I know if you wasn't in previous videos or if you're, just a first-time viewer. What I always say is when I'm working through the through the what we call it the round of the head here so where the comb, so you go comb on straight like that, and let me go to the top of the head like that. There'S the round of the head, where it sits on that kind of a the angle where alright, so what I was trying to is, I do a horseshoe section at the round of the head. So allow me a point here to bind the top in all right. What I've always said in that most of the past videos is, I always try and leave an off length, but I can pick through me fingers through here. That way. I know I can always connect the top in, so I can bring it into my fingers there. This lens, underneath I can connect it there, myself, not no matter what length it is, but most most of the time any most vehicles on top you can do. I haven't got that length through my fingers here. So I'm worried that if you look at this side, if I try and connect this I'd need a bit of length just about getting me fingers to bring this down and connect, I reckon it might be ok cause. I don't over got a guide about a slight guide through a thing as there as well. So that's what I want trying to. I want to try and find that points isolate the fringe spin that across leave his fringe longer and just try and connect this into it. It'S got some sort of balance to it. So that's! The aim today is what I wan na do and just go through the top and just make sure it's kind of even I, like I did say to jar trying keepers want to at length on the top as a camp, but I'd really like to just balance. It for you, I know it might - you might go shorter, but sometimes taking that length off yeah well actually grow out better. All right then trying to grow out this now because you'll end up just it would just keep doing this and then it'll get really long. This side and really short anymore balance throughout mainly you know if you gain oh goals like say three months time or Foreman's, son you'll get to a point where you'll be stuck and you'll end up getting quite a lot off, whereas I would do it now, you're Paying for pleasure now, prevention / cure a kind of idea. I think, might be a good idea today: yeah, alright, so yeah. What I'll do is want to give it a wash and condition, and then I'm gon na start with the skin fade back and sides. Let'S get that base to that kind of hair. Go done, let's get what he wants today done, so your skin fade low and then that way we can went through the top and we can kind of wear section by section, not my usual, all right, I'm quite lucky because I picked my own timings. So I can pick either one an hour: 45 minutes half an hour, whereas you know I've worked in places many times in the past, where that isn't the case. So it's kind of hard to get to have that conversation when you might stuff, like you know three, four, five people waiting for you in your shop and you know it is hard to take that much time off. You know I mean so understandable, okay, so I've just AM shampoo conditions. Okay! Now I can really really see what were do what we need to do today. Now, if you look at Joan's clothes plan on the top it almost it's quite a lot of air space. Here, which has been taken quite short, and it almost grows almost like this angle over that way, so that's always goes like that, so I'm gon na obviously still wait. They'Re not gon na take too much at the top. What it's just good to know when it grows out? You know if Jo becomes one of my clients, then I'll, remember how his hair grows and I'll be able to work with that throughout the space of or the course of what we're going to do with the top, for example. So I just combed it all out. I'M gon na start with my zero line straightaway, I'm not needing to do the two, because, if the length I want to keep a CH, I want to wake the zero in to this length. So I'm gon na start my zero and then wake or things of this one. I think the skin will be good over here and they're more graduates or because that way I've got a decent blend of area to to leave. The first stop here is where some using my austere, don't drop this down as well. Look, it's very visual when you're doing the line like this, you just make sure you're looking in the mirror, using the mirror to match the lines or just to the even symmetrical fade. This temple here well I'll do by just sharpening off this. It just sharpens the failures. What I really show shows to fade off a lot, the more just bite detail on that temple area. I'M gon na cut into his hairline just going to detail a temple working, my Mini Coopers, Oh in semi, zero! Just sharpen off this temple area just strengthen this hairline a bit more reach make a fade kind of pop, a lot more as well just working that off and off into the minis. Here we go now, I'm going to do is I'm start working off into the? What is there basically, what is that blend and just try and go over that a lot, but it's also why trying again, once I am worthless about here and trying to leave them a majority this month here as well? Alright, so I'm going down for my one and a half into that, Sarah, I'm just making Sean, come on open it off at the points of imagining there's a two there, for example. So I'm waking up to a nice rocking motion making sure the clip is going in and then coming off. There'S no way down the lever, it's like it down, so the one that one guard off open and blade leave it down working up into where my one finished kind of keep as much of them through this round of the hair as possible. She'S in the corner of my house door, any of the darker areas that I see, then we go that starting to blend down nicely. So what we've done is to keep the length through here, I'm just working down. You see yourself in the mirror, they're, nice and low for you, but just starting to get that transition into Li and to kind of be able to balance that's hot bounce as well all right, maybe open off into that one seemed a consistent movement to the Clipper They'Re using different mini clippers on this, because these aren't, as short as my other ones, so this is these are just right in between my triple zero Haas, the blade and the wall and hero's so they're, just right in the middle in between there. That'S why I need is not just to go over a little gap between the the minis and the Clippers just gon na go slightly over that and just to make sure that it's all there for me work it into that lengths and it's using a size. 1 comb and that's my thinner, peeresses just to make sure we're working there, one in Funland, as you can see, as I'm waking up and off not all comes through the code cause I'm lookin to maintain that length. So in the time of us doing the clip away from Sophos truck okay. Now that's good, because I want to see exactly how this is gon na fall. Judge me see if I stain that towards you lien see very heavy through the fringe sort of mind. Breaking that up a little bit and just making sure evidence level all the way across okay, so we can leave Malin to the fringe, want to make sure. But I want make sure the fringe is. The same length is actually a little bit longer. Sorry in the back bit here it just doesn't look like it is so I'm gon na do this dry because again, this is a such a visual way of doing it. When you, then you cut it wet as they say you cut it blind. So I'm really wanting to make sure that this sitting rights, like I'm looking at this now, if I pull this fringe straight up, announce, there's a little section behind nice. You can see when I pull up back, there's the fringe and there's second eye. So I want to make sure that's level alright, so I'm gon na cut this similar point cause it one of very few ends of it so on a very harsh angle, to keep it sold a little bit of bronze element to it is right: it's not going Too far in and breaking of all because it's you spot that's kind of fine texture, so I want to make sure that we're keeping it quite solid, but I don't want because it's who born neither so this is the compromise. So as we get here, this is kind of all right length through here. That'S okay, that's! Okay! That'S a little bit there! We go! Why getting the same this side right up, there's that little limped on! Of course, I'm just making sure we even this out, we bring this master recession. Could I lent thats hanging over this the beauty level little hands this, that you have a little fingers like an a/c help you on this? Oh God, the only time these hit little hands never come in handy well, tell you now this side is where we're going to start taking more length off, see this guide. There'S that length 4 million. As you can see now it starts to level out a little bit towards this back bit, so I think it's put back, don't cause if it's secret doing it. That'S fine! This the side, that's gon na, be really long as where the overhang is. Ok, so think about the recession, points and usually not guide there. Some sort of connection there. Now I'm going to go over that scissor over comb as well so sitting through my largest scissor with us integrators, go start working through this just trying to let that saw fit in there just check it as best the connection as I possibly can it's not as A palliative, more awakening to the crown as well again like we said we gon na, take a little bit of length off or just enough that still balances. Now I need to sort the shrimp out as well. So, as you see this sign of his fringe, a little left put the finger where that finishes there. So where that finish, is there see it's quite off as well? So I want to match that up with lock, okay. So, let's take a section through here a little bit of an angle there, so the club after this Asafa layer is fringing nicely and take away any little bit of excellent. That doesn't need to be there who's cutting this close. So I starting to balance out nicely just working freehand, you know break this friend your pipe we put into it, help fill this out, let the section behind it as well just point put into it who's a lot more balanced on. Can, I think, that's all. We need to do really cause you're trying to grow this out on me, so I want try and minimal kind of take minimum length of the top. We just try and connect both sides, which is very easier for Joe to style as it grows out. So I didn't want to take too much length off, because I want to leave you a better length on the top, but I just do my best to balance both sides - all right, let's gon na see before you put anything in this limb. I just want to turn the camera to you a little bit so, as you can see now, it's still Freddy from heavy. Well, that's nice position to bring it up and over. As you see I've connected in both sides, so he hasn't got that heavy overhang. No know about you, but that looks much better, so I put a little bit the Regal gentleman left playing this. I think I dry matte finish for your hair. It'S great and a little just give a lot of I still see as well father day, so I will use that for you, so you're, just gon na use a little arm like again a pea-sized amount of this. You soon awake it through my hands through the fingers as well will pop right in so start to go on below them more clear. Let me go going still working through start off on the back to the front. It all the way through there and what overload and this hair than any product while doing, is just giving it a little bit and boost to create this sort of natural finish. For and just not limiting you to having to win it owns alongside the frames and stuff all over, the back could be quite nice little bit more loose than well natural as well yeah cool thanks, though, to recap, and as we you know, the heck, what the Start was a little bit age. Symmetric one side was higher than you there beside we've, blended it higher than the other as well. So Jill wants to go to the top outs. He doesn't have an end goal yet, which is fine, but it wasn't kind of happy with the way it was cooked. So what I did was I gave him a haircut. That was nobody to think well, I'll, see easier just by balancing the whole top really and that will again if it's balanced, that'll go out the same page, the same length and also granting the same style as well from what was cousin now just something to grow. In likeness of a side part right at the battle, and that's not to give a bit of longevity, this is well hopefully, with it being even and growing out sees it, he'll be less likely to put ashore for as long we will actually go through with his Intentions and and then we just don't elope a relevant science to fresh, and this will pop and get me getting officer already fresh haircut is led to be like this more when he left the shop, give it a quick low as well. So I didn't take anything off here and just cuz. I wanted to keep that as heavy as possible just to balance they say, but as it grows out for also thinking ahead. If I go too high here, then what he's gon na be left with is just very heavy top where he start with balance the size we edit. The tops are almost gon na have somewhere for it to sit into as long kind of balance as well. So yeah we did that I am and then the stand will be a gentleman. My plain good, through his hair, tight, okay, a little bit of a finer texture. So it works to get a bit more. The thicker feel and pick a boost to the hairs off, and it's also pliable as well so yeah that was it happy yeah go bear that thanks guys

S Bee: Stuck with the world's most uneven haircut right now. Wish other stylists cared bout their job, & took pride in their work, like you do!!

ManuLOL: These videos are actual class, I genuinely feel like a mature adult watching this. He has such good knowledge about his trade and gives off really good vibes.

The Real Skin Fadey: Every week I’m astounded by Dan’s work. A perfectly balanced cut, and this is the difference between a fast, money-making barber and a true passionate, professional artist like Dan. I’m glad he came to you and was able to receive a good haircut that will grow out for his eventual style. Brilliant as always, thanks Dan and Liam for the videos as always !

Zain: Who else tried a random barber and they did you so dirty

Garrett Meadows: Sadly, many barbers see a head of hair just as money. They don't give a damn about the person. Dan is a class act among barbers. Top drawer.

buzz mcbuzzed: Fantastic haircut! His hair looks do good like this, he should really consider NOT growing it out longer and keep it just like this!

karthik Velu: Dan is amazing at his job. Love watching Dan at work.

Shaharyar Atique: His previous barber must be furious watching this!

LIVERNIL753: Another excellent video from a Barber that clearly cares about his clients. Some solace at the moment in not being able to go the Barbers.

Hassan Lund: Great content as usual Liam. I’ve learnt so much already from the insanely talented Mr Dan Gregory. He’s a joy to watch! Question. Can we get an id on that tool pouch he’s wearing on his waist?

Josh Mortimore: This exact same thing always happens to me! It’s so annoying, always have to shave my hair off down to a 6 to let it all grow back even again

KARA GÜN: I loved your professionalism bro. Keep it up.

PhD Flopper: i got my hair cut recently and now it’s long in the front and short in the back. before i sorta had a bowl cut split in the middle and now it’s pointy in the back and falling into my eyebrows in the front. never again i was so mad

My mom said you can stay for dinner: *You get those cheap 5quid "barbers" that aren't qualified that basically just hack and cut and finish in 5minutes and you end up with an uneven haircut. You get what you pay for*

Winners Barbers: Hi Dan, what foil shaver do you use?

Uk5 G2: This is exactly what my barber done to me last time i had a haircut. That was the final straw done with that place. All they can do is skin fades.

Nick Stevenson: Too many barbers who don’t know what there doing, shave up the sides high as possible as less hair to blend after and cut that crown right off. If you want anyone to fix a cut it’s Dan, great Barber

Zee: Every Barber should watch this, too many can't blend skin fade

Bob Ross: You can tell it was absolutely hacked to bits on top with the thinning scissors

Ciclopea2: So that's the secret to Dan's brilliance, his little hands! LOL fantastic, Joe gave me Michael Fassbender vibes at the end :)

Hien Vo: excellent video, thank you very much

Daniel Thompson: I'd probably just fix it myself with some scissors, mind you I know some people are uneasy about cutting their own hair at all.

alexis Delarosa: On top of my hair, A small patch is smaller than the rest of my hair, what should I do

Joshua Martinez: I just feel like this is what I do to my sons. Lol

Kai Fox: There is about 12 barbershops in the village I live in every month I have to change barbers cause they all never listen to what I want doing and just start hacking away at my hair. Every barber around here only knows how to do one haircut

Esther Stanton: This has happened to my baby boy .. I'm so upset to be honest. He looks awful looks like a bowl on his head

laurence Love: I've watched all the videos but never an entire video I always skip to the end to see the great results

fannindan1: Haircut as usual is excellent. Not sure fading is appropriate for someone with that many head blemishes.

ATM: This barbers that good his cuts should be illegal man is unbelievablely talented!!

Rock59 T: Best fix haircut tutorial great job cool vid

Mark Wagner: It looked like the guy cut it with the intention of wearing it parted on the side I’ve always had to tell my barber to blend each side I’m Not a fan of square sides on me so I also tell them to round the top

Gail Brault: Nice job!

glohithia glohithia: Why you dont use the 0,5 guard for blend?

Mike Dask: Could you tell me the name/brand of the shaver you used on the video? Thank you in advance!

GApeech08: Guy, uncrunch your face! He's fixing your hair.

Dmitriy Bobrov: Thank you for your lessons

user account: My problem is my barber fully thinned my hair out. All I asked was for him to clean up the bottom edges of my hair. Thinned it To the point where I can see lots of parts in my hair when usually I have very thick curly hair. Do I have to wait for it to completely grow out?

Lynn Samuel: What blade did you bald out with?

Alexis Cruz: My haircut was literally the same as his in the beginning, one side blended, the other not

Danial Raja: Wow!!! That is amazing. Where are you based. My barber ruins my fade too. I want to have the same hair style.

Impulsive Dan: That is one cool haircut

Sileas Martin: Can you please do a buzzcut Transformation video because i couldn’t find any of them on your Channel
