Also I wanna say this video is SOOOOOOOOOO over due! like four years late lol but thanks for sticking with me and ill make more videos !!!!

Hey, what's up guys in this video, I'm gon na show you how I do my military hair bun. This is a daily routine for me here, I'm showing you the length of my hair to show you that you can have long hair in the military and it's manageable. It'S just a little bit more time-consuming here, I'm just brushing through making sure all the knots are out. This part here is the most time-consuming part for me because of the length of my hair, so I went ahead and just fast forward it a little bit overall. This bun took me a solid ten minutes, nothing more so just so. You guys have an idea here. I'M just gon na go ahead and start with the part. I normally do it on my left side. So for the purpose of the video, I'm gon na go ahead and just do it on the left, but I definitely recommend - and I personally try to switch it up throughout the week. So I do left here and there. So I give my hairline a break and it just doesn't reside too much and also my hair will start thinning out, and it's just you know, giving it a break throughout the week. So now that I got my part ready to go, I'm gon na go ahead and just section my hair to my desired look. I guess I'm gon na go ahead and just put my hair in a quick ponytail. I say quick because I'm gon na redo that point. Oh, this is just to hold everything in place. I can put the gel and comb it one more time I'm using got to be glued gel. This is definitely one of my favorite gels to use, especially when I want to hold something in place for a long time. There is no white residue or anything on it, although I definitely recommend to use a gel with no alcohol in it for a daily routine. So, on daily basis definitely switch it up to something less harsh for your hair, so you don't lose too much or your hair doesn't thin out here, I'm just going over and with a soft bristle brush, putting everything in place and going over with my hand. Here. I'M doing the final ponytail oh goes flying when you're rushing here, I'm just putting it in my final ponytail, okay. So now that I am satisfied by the way everything is coming along and the way it looks so with that being said, I went ahead and just to that ponytail try to not make that too tight on your head. No, my baby's gon na finish the tutorial or you guys know: okay, so yeah you don't want random headaches throughout the day, so try not to make that ponytail too tight here. You just see me putting my mesh bun and you're gon na see me separate. My hair in two sections and just completely cover that over that bun use a comb to evenly spread that hair out and put a little bit of gel to hold that in place with two hair ties. Okay, you see mama okay, anyways, alright, so now that you have that hair nice and spread out, you can see how polished and clean that looks so we're moving on to the braid. So I'm gon na go over that section of the hair with a brush. Make sure there's no knots in it, which they're not the ones, we're good to go. We'Re gon na pull it over water. In my hand, we're gon na put some water and a little bit of gel and we're gon na go ahead, and just do that. Braid. All the way down this part and pushing the hair in the beginning is the most time-consuming part. So if you're, quick at braiding - and this is gon na - be a breeze, if you're like me and you struggle and you just you know, kind of slow and you know practice, you might want to plan ahead and wake up a little earlier or just you know, Do a twist twisty instead of this hair style, have you're pressing on time. I can show you guys how to do like a little twist button instead of the whole sock bun. Next, if you like, or the braid twist, there's just faster hair styles, especially you have such long hair like this, it's more convenient at times, but I had that extra 20 minutes. So I'm going to do the exact same thing on the other side. So I'm going to go ahead and just fast-forward through that. For the sake of this video and for the sake of my baby, not letting me speak so with the remaining gel, I have in my hand, from the other section, I'm gon na go ahead and spread it all over. My hair make sure I'm not missing any parts and I'm definitely gon na fix that little hair sitting right there. So the more you do this, the faster you become, and it's just gon na become kind of like repetition. So it's gon na be faster. It might look like a lot, but it's not and it's definitely worth it you're, just gon na look like squared away all day - and here this is like my favorite part, because this is where I see everything come together. I'M just gon na twist both sections opposite direction and tuck in the rest of my hair, because the length of my hair, I don't really need to put bobby pins, but I do recommend it. If you have to pick your hair or your hair is not long enough just to hold on here, I'm gon na use, floss and just gon na tuck in the rest of my baby hairs underneath my bun, and that just makes the whole hair look perfect and Shout out to my girl angel for teaching me that last part there I've been using that since Copas chorus, that's pretty much it guys. Let me know if you like the video give it a thumbs up subscribe. If you guys have any suggestions for future videos. Let me know, I know it's been 3 years since my last video, but overall thanks for watching

Ride The Teacups: As a male with no hair routine to speak of, I found this really fascinating to watch & learn from! Thank you for serving.

Geo Rock Nerd: Wish I would’ve known this technique in my army days! I just twisted my hair into a knot at the nape of my neck and stuck a hair fork in it - boring! And it often came undone especially during pt! This is a very sharp-looking and elegant solution, well done!

Katelyn Wiley: You completely blew my mind with that floss trick!

Ronald Luther: I'm a 51 year old male and for some reason I found this video to be most impressive. Now I finally realized how much effort and time these ladies put into their long hair to look respectable. Great content!

Sabinka: You're an absolute doll. Thanks for the explanation about how to use the bun thingie. That's exactly what I was looking for but I stuck around the rest of the time just to see what you did. Your hair is really pretty and so are you! Thank you for your service too! Be blessed and safe :)

Miss Music: Such a beautiful Queen!!! You know I recently happened to come across one of those hair things and I wondering what the heck to do with it and you just showed me what to do with it. Cuz I've been wrapping my hair without one lately. But since I have that little squishy bun thing that you have too, now I can bring extra volume to my bun after watching this video. Thank you Queen!!! I was wondering how to use it LOL I almost had it down pat, but you did show me how to utilize it properly. And what exactly to do with the end pieces. Lol I'm so late on hair styles these days, shame on me..

Rain101010: As someone who has the same length of hair as you, I find this very useful! Thank you!

Valizander: This was my go to hairstyle when I was AD USMC. Very good video for ladies who are new to the corps.

Noob: I tried it today and it was perfect thank you !

Clint Wilber: If I had to do this everyday I'd shave my head. Impressive.

Meee Lah! TV: This video was FLAWLESS and the use of floss was genius

Johnathan Scott: She makes that shirt look good. She is amazing for doing this everyday. There were days that I just rolled out of bed or straight from the shower to ACUs. No muss, no fuss. Hats off to her!

Cuisine Culture: She is really a great mother, great soldier, great youtuber!!!!!! Its soooo inspiring that she can manage all, and we are lazy to even get the bottle near by

Minty Luvhole: Ahh I'm so happy to see a successful woman such as yourself. Great motivation for me to get busy.

Mrs. Anita M. Clas: Great tutorial. My hair was that long when I went to basic. Some girls opted to cut theirs’ I would french braid it and after folding my braid I would tuck it between the scalp and the braided hair from under. That donut like contraption wasn’t around back then. What I do want to share is that all those products and the tight wet hair can really take a toll on your scalp. Nowadays I suffer from a crusty psoriasis that flares up ever so often. So let your hair and scalp rest as much as you can especially in the evenings when you’re off. Just sayin. BTW You brought back memories. Thanks

Probable Cat: Thank you! Best tutorial I've seen with the mesh bun. I might even be able to use mine now lol

BB: Everyone: looking at how she does her hair Me: HOW TF IS HER BODY SO NICE

Lieu Le Huynh Nga: this is so cool! If only I had the ability to change the length of my hair at will so I can do stuff like this to it while still having the freedom of a pixie cut

Phillip Redfern: I always wondered how you ladies squared your hair when it was long. My sister just shortened hers for her career so I never got to see this stuff. Stumbled across this and had to watch! I thank you for the video and thank you for your service ma'am! God bless!

x.emma.booth.x: You are not only stunning but your hair is gorgeous and you explain everything really clearly. Great video.

Viki Pazdur: This was amazing to watch! Thank you for your service. ☺

Brandon Garner: I'm a dad with a beautiful daughter. I'm so showing this video to her because I admire your strength and dedication. Your such a role model to young women. God bless you and your child

Holli D**: Awesome bun! Thank you for your service!

Melissa: Omg floss for baby hairs!!! Freaking brilliant! Definitely going to try that!

The Adventures of Genie: This looks so nice now I have to try this! I mean the outfit and the bun looks so good I know people aren't a really big fan of this type of style aka the camouflage outfit but I really m.j like it and the bun looks like it will take time but it's so worth it!

Akash Sarker: Beautiful and super healthy . Loved this video

Aida F.: WOW!! The epitomy of a GORGEOUS, STRONG woman!! God bless you and your ADORABLE baby and thank you for your service Ms. Lady!!

Heather Cortes: She is so freaking cute. I'll share this with my daughter who wants to go to mechanic classes. I can say from experience that there is nothing worse than hair in your eyes or oil in your hair when under a freaking car. My hair is short, red and thin. My daughter got her dad's hair. It's long, dark, heavy and thick.

Sam Carpenter: So far so good, excellent choices! And yes you are Absolutely Gorgeous! Keep up the great work young lady And thank you for your service!

First name Last name: Really cool! Thanks for the tutorial. Do you have any tips on how to take it down/out without ripping the hair? That’s my biggest problem.

( lost basically half of mine from friggen dye. Didnt realize it was getting so thin until one day I went to put my hair up for drill and I only needed one elastic ... not 3 :( And damn I wish I was naturally gorgeous. From an Army vet to you : keep up the good hard work in USMC life and momma life

Kid Icarus: Uprising: I would never wear my hair in any kind of bun (except if it were the space buns/pigtail buns), but you did a good job on this tutorial, darling

Danielle Benton: thank you!! I'm going to use this hairstyle for clinicals!

K Wyne: My hair is short, I can't even do it but is so satisfying to see you doing it

Denise Venezuela: Wow, the hair is beautiful! The uniform is so improved! I wish the uniforms were like yours when I was in the Army. You look like a woman compared to back in the day when us girls had to wear the same uniform as the men. Thanks for showing us the bun. It's super cute.

Damian Ramos: Completely beautiful!!

Bri: Always been jealous of female marine hair buns and with my long thick hair I’m struggling to have it look so nice and perfect. This video definitely helps out and I’m gonna try this out!!

mahdi islam: Firstly I am a guy, secondly it never ceases to amaze me when a girl goes in to an army, I am not saying this to make men better then women , it's just that 90% or 98% of women never go to the army and the few who do go to the army are very bold and brave women, I mean it's the army we are talking about, thank you and your other male and female friends for serving the country, we need more people like you who are willing to put their lives in the line for the greater good, and lastly nice long hair and the bun is perfection. Scarlet *: Now that my hair grew out I might try this would you recomend another hair tie after tucking the braids or just bobby pins? Im afraid the braids might untuck

It's a Carol B thing: It looks beautiful and very professional. I used to work with a girl who had incredibly thick, long hair and she used to use one of those donuts. I always wondered how she got her hair around it so evenly, so thank you for solving that mystery!!

Tommy Nalef: You go girl, get your bun on!

Anni C: I never used that many produkts on my hair. I would use konditioner to thin my hair. Yes I would use mousse to keep my hair in place. But the bun was not that much time konsuming. I never used that donut either. Thank you for the upload! Your baby is adorable!

John RedCorn: Thanks devi! Getting ideas for my daughter's hair.

Bel Rose: I tried this but I have really thick hair and it is not as long as yours. My braids turned out to be frizzy so I didn't know what to do with my hair after I put the bun thing in. With your hair it looks so beautiful and sleek!!
