Oh, hey guys welcome back to my Channel today I have a special video for you, I'm finally bringing you guys a highly requested video, my hair care routine. Yes, a lot of people have been asking me how I keep my hair very healthy. Looking a lot of people have been commenting that my hair looked very healthy and they wanted to know how I take care of it today. I will be doing that for you guys, I honestly don't know where to start or start yeah, let's just go straight into it. I'Ll show you the shampoo that I use, and this is what I've been using these days. I'M attica lemongrass this smells bomb. I'Ve got the volumizing shampoo, because my hair, I have so much hair that always just like droops down now, it's all flat, because I've been wearing a hat. I always like having volume in my hair, so I got the volumizing shampoo and this is actually silicon and sulfate free I've researched online and they were always recommending that I stay clear from products that have silicon and selphie. Silicon is almost like rubber and plastic. It gives only the illusion of shine guide and it is a sealant against water, and even air lacan will also weigh down the hair. So for people like me who have a lot of hair, you do not want to use products like that, and what time I will make it very lifeless, dull and Limp, and basically silicon is so strong that it it creates a barrier over your hair later due To the lack of moisture and the lack of nutrients to her hair is going to break down and become thinned out, and you do not want that. I guess so, but sulfate sulfate is responsible for the soap be lather that you get in shampoos. I'Ll be very honest, I love that feeling because I just feel like my hair is getting thoroughly washed, but it can even strip out and the oils that you need in your hair for it to be and stay healthy. It can also be the cause of weakened and fragile hair get a shampoo. It doesn't have to be this one, but get a shampoo that has no silicone and sulfates and guys. I don't have a conditioner for you guys because I actually finished the bottle, but it was the same one from this brand and the same line as well so check out that one I'll try to link it all down below so yeah. That'S also a silicon and selfie free and the next product, I usually after shampooing I go not to the conditioner but to a hair treatment, and this is the one I've been using for such a long time. This is the Shiseido Tsubaki hair treatment. Everything is in Japanese right now because I got this one in Japan, but they also sell it in all of y'all, pretty sure you can get internationally as well, but just I've been using this for such a long time. What I do is before conditioner. I just put this treatment on for about like five to ten minutes, and then I wash it out. I do not use hot water to rinse out my hair. I heard that it actually strips moisture from your hair and it could be damaging as well if it gets too hot. I used this before conditioner because I was recommended by my hairstylist at when you use treatment after conditioner. It doesn't absorb because the conditioner basically builds like fortress over your hair, so always use treatment before conditioner guys. I'Ve been researching about this product and I found that I've been using it wrong. So I've been using it every single day, but I read, and it was only recommended to use once a week and I only use a little bit like this much and then I basically just go through the bottom part. What maybe that's why I've? I do have very healthy hair because I've been using this product every single day. I don't know it worked for me, so I'm gon na continue using it every day. So yeah after when I come out, I try it. I use this biosilk look therapy just finish. Using a bottle, so I have this one here, so it's brand new did it open it yet, but I always have these I'm stocked up in my cabinet, because it is a product that I always use this product and this product I always have stocked up in My cabinet, this product could get super sticky, so I usually like a tiny bit like this much and then I put it on the bottom ends of my hair first and then I woke up and then with the remaining. I just like go this area. I think it's important to dry your hair after you put this on, because it just releases more of the tangles and a tangle is there and you're drawing and make it even more dry. You could actually rip your hair and damage it while drying it. I believe that going through with like a hair as sense aren't oil or whatever that can untie those tangles in your hair. Before you dry, your hair is crucial, and in the summer I make sure to protect my hair with this chlorines mango oil, nutrition and UV protection, dry and Sun exposed hair. Yes, and it smells so good. I bought this mostly because it just felt so good. I love the scent of mingle okay, so after this I put in waves, so ceramic irons are the best because it prevents frizz and you need to always stay around 200 degrees or less is even better for your hair and you want a good product. You want a good iron, want, a good, high-quality one that you know will maintain the temperature. You don't want it to overheat, so that you're like curling first at like 200 degrees, but then later it can get overheated and it could go up to like 300-400. Then the rest of your hair is going to get damaged so get a good product guys it's gon na save you money in the future. From you know, hair treatments, you know at salons, they're, so expensive also link the one that I'm using down below. So you can check out that one and same goes for drying your hair as well, make sure you maintain a good temperature. While you are drying your hair, and I recommend that you use your dryer in a certain distance, not too close, because you can also damage your scalp by overheating and drying it, and what I usually do is I go back and forth from like hot and cold Airs so I switch up every like you know, 30 seconds and I make sure my hair can get like a breather plus thick tips just too hot, while you're just like heating up yourself. You know that was good. What I love more than orange juice is vitamin C and then C, I'm actually a very abbot taker of vitamin C. I promote it to all my friends tell them about how I can boost your metabolism boost your immune system. I could probably both that I haven't been catching a cold in the winter, because I literally take vitamin C. I take it whenever I feel my immune system like kind of breaking down on me. Maybe I feel it because it's fighting off the germs, unlike a virus, that's entered my body, so I get kind of feeling myself, gettin retired. That'S when I immediately take vitamin C. I usually take this around. That'S why it so small I bought this in Japan and I'm pretty sure we can get this in other places, but any type of vitamin C. I think I've actually researched it because I just got curious and it actually even helps with skin and hair. So vitamin C helps to grow and shrink than hair because it helps to build collagen and collagen is very important to into our hair growth and maintaining the strength of hair. It'S also good for skin. So that's one of my tricks that I've, I didn't even know about, and I was doing it I feel like inner beauty - is also very important or even more take vitamin C. I think I'm gon na share with you is these coconut oil in the top one? I found these in Japan, so I'm in Italy, kados they're very convenient because they just come in these little pills and you just drink it with water. My mom has been a Abid taker of coconut oil and she always stresses the benefits of coconut oil. Even to put it in here, use it as a natural treatment. I recommend that you heat it up, so that it's not a solid form anymore and then buy it to your hair and then rinse rinse it out with shampoo rather than putting it on my mom. Always trusts me to take it and it was just the nastiest thing honestly. I can't stand a taste of coconut oil in my mouth, it's just, and so I thought this was like the perfect way that I would take it. I'M just gon na share with you briefly: the benefits of coconut oil eating coconut oil can help. You lose weight, boost your metabolism and it gives you more energy throughout the day. So I'm assuming that you would eat less and you would crave less junk food. They can improve memory and concentration. Any coconut oil can naturally whiten your teeth. So those of you that want one teeth check it out. It removes excess bacteria and it reduces plaque. Buildup can also improve cardiovascular health, hinder the growth of cancer cells. Well, there's just so much, but let's just go straight to the point. Because of this video is about hair. It can help you grow healthier, hair, skin and mill, mani acids naturally present and coconut oil nourish and moisturize from the inside out. Not only that, but these same fats increase your body's ability to absorb vitamins A and E which are essential for skin, hair and nail health growth. Coconut oil is amazing not just because it has my name in it Coco, it's just everything it's like gold, so you guys need to get on this. I would recommend - probably it just has this strong scent this I yeah it's so much easier to take I'll. Try to find links and link it down below. Let'S all do this together. Next is what I routinely take, so this is red ginseng and it comes in these little packets that are very convenient to take around. I usually take this with me on shoots right. There'S a water draining sound, I'm back guys! Sorry for that. But yes this! I take this on a daily basis. Red ginseng is also amazing for skin hair and health. It prevents aging improves complexion at Toms, the skin fights against skin diseases. If her hair benefits increases hair growth and it prevents hair loss, I hope you guys liked this video. If you guys do try any of my tips. Let me know if it's working for you guys and let me know some of your guys's tip for good and healthy hair. I love to hear from you guys, and you guys all know that I always read every single one of your comments. I'Ll see you guys in the next one, then oh and also leave any requests that you guys want to see in the future bye. I was actually getting ready to take off all my makeup and sleep, but I just got really thirsty. So I wanted to remind you guys, drink a lot of water too. It'S the most important thing, keep yourself always hydrated, because if you're dehydrated and even your hair, it's going to be as well always make sure to drink a lot of water. Okay, fine for real! Now

Joan Kim: Coco’s hair is seriously so long and perfect

Amy Sakakibara: Unnie, can you make one video about facial skincare too? I admire how flawless your skin is! ♥

beaglechen: Make sure to not over heat the coconut oil or else it'll loose all the benefits. Melt it like how u should melt chocolate, by putting it in a bowl and melt it over a hot pot of water

imnaabongss: That “drink water!” outro was so cute, I was just about to drink water at that exact moment Thank you for this video, now Coco and cocopuffs will all have healthy hair

Anisa Ali: One thing that has really helped my hair is to stop shampooing regularly. I shampoo my hair around 3-4 times a month and my hair has been way softer and healthier since. I regularly condition my hair though - like a lot lol. My hair is naturally curly (in curly terms it's 3b) so some people who don't have my hair texture may find it ludicrous to not regularly shampoo but it's much better considering curly hair is generally thicker, courser and naturally on the dry side so too much shampoo isn't good at all.

meijo: I recommend using melted coconut oil, vitamin E oil, and Tea tree oil. Mix those together, apply to hair, wait 30-45 minutes, shampoo it off. Has sooooo many benefits

Junmyeon's Forehead: Lol I had to watch this video twice cause I realized by the end that I was only admiring your earrings the first time and missed what you said. They look so lit!

Vending Machine: koreans are so perfect from their hair, skin, body, you’ll never see that in america

Joys: I was feeling down lately and your videos really helped me in staying positive and happy!!! Thank you, Coco!

SunnyUnnie: I found that apple cider vinegar rinses also work great to strengthen hair. I use two tablespoons of acv in 500ml of warm water and rinse my hair with it after shampooing. Use conditioner after to make the smell go away though ^^

Kishin Jack: the best part about vit C is that is really hard to have an overdosis since you eliminate it via urine, actually i liked that you are promoting vit c, loved ! also help to burn fat...so... has a lot of benefits :D (so funny that Coco can not stand the flavor of coco hehe)

Grace Lum: *Hahaha omg same!! I kept using my hair treatment everyday too! But I only needed to put it once a week but I only put it in the end of my hair too! I guess it’s kinda like if you used it on you whole head then your scalp can get oily quick! Btw a really big tip that’s very affective that a learned maybe two years ago?¿ is that you reverse the order: conditioner then shampoo!! Apparently it’s actually the correct and proper way to be washing your hair because when you leave shampoo in too long on your scalp it can weigh it down but when you put shampoo as a last step it THROUGHLY cleans your hair properly! Hope some ppl see this just cause at least for me I found a bigger difference doing this in order to reduce oily scalp or in general other hair probs like the texture of my hair and the gloss of it I guess?¿*

Hanoody: first time coming here .. but girl you're accent is so charming <3 & really loved your style & makeup too ! simple yet fascinating :) & thank you for your tips , for me as an Arab, my grandma always used to put olive oil on my hair since i was a child , so olive oil is so important to us , coconut oil & almond oil are good too :) if i may ask, do you use a hair dryer to straighten your hair even if it's already straight?

surbhi thapa: this is very first video of your's which I ever watched. though its already 2020 but still, I really wanted to convey to you is that your videos are really something it hooked me up to this channel and I watched every second of the video without skipping. obviously your advices are also great. thank you for creating such a great content.

neni: I love the intro! I love your earrings! And I love how informative your videos are! My mum is an avid taker of vitamin C. She always encourages me to take it as well but as someone who doesn't like taking medicines, I always forget(?) to take it I'm gonna start taking it consistently from today. I've never eaten coconut oil but I do put it (or almond oil) in my hair and it sure is really good for the hair. I'm not sure if I'm gonna start eating it tho Aloevera is also really good for the hair. Apply it and leave it for as long as you want, you can even leave it over night and then rinse it off with shampoo. Thank you for this video, Coco. It was really helpful! Let's all do this together! ❤

Nora Avelar: I was looking for a real blogger not just some person trying to promote brands they will get a benefit from. I love the explanations on the products, the researchs you did and also the vitamin c, water and and coconut oil benefits. That was a real video. Thank you!

Krystal El: What i have noticed thay all the koreans has really smoth hair u so lucky guys u soooo lucky

Nicole Rorije: We almost have the same Hair Care Routine I used to work in a shop where you can get professional hairproducts, they gave me Biosilk and now I can't live without it It is perfect for my curly hair and it protects my hair really good. I'm pretty curious abt the Tsubaki hair treatment tho

alyu_ starlight6: OMG THIS REALLY INSPIRED ME TO BE HEALTHY! Now my mom and dad don't have to nagg me to take my vitamin C! Thanks Coco

Danielle: I have really brittle hair because of a health condition I have so I'll 100% be trying some of these tips! Thanks :D could we maybe get a video about your diet/workout routines? That'd be interesting for me c:

Lily: I like that you’ve given some more natural options than most !!!!!! Thank you! Loved your video.

Chiiiaaaaa: Hi Coco! I am a new subscriber! I felt so educated after watching this video on the importance of taking care of your hair! Also, I have a question. I searched up the aromatica shampoo online and there’s one that’s dry scalp free and my scalp is pretty dry. Do you recommend that product too or is the lemon aromatica shampoo just as good? Thank youuuu

Forever Chetna: Thanks for those tips coco, always love your videos and back here we oil our hair overnight and then was, condition and later on put some mist and serum onto it, also I keep them more healthy by not using any drying equipment and air drying after which I comb from the bottom to top! Also do a routine for regular life care as well, like how do you maintain that lovely self of your skin and lifestyle ^^ 화이팅!

Sou haila: Let's resurrect our hair from the death! I really needed these tips. So thankful I found your channel❤️❤️

ME LA V: Rilaccoco, you have great taste in music Everything you're using is working for you, because your hair and skin look beautifully radiant. Like how you hold product still for us to read. Loved your inner beauty, personality, English, and style. % great video.

Cindy Cordero: I really liked the tips. I used to take coconut oil a few years back without knowing all the benefits. I just took it 'cause my mom told me to try it with her. But knowing now all that you mentioned, I think I'll give I another try for my healths sake

21LDB: Thank you for the tips!! They are so helpful I will definitely try out the mango oil! ❤️

Gina Serrano: OMG!!! I was wondering if you’d make something like this and here we have it thank you Coco Love from Colombia Ps. I love your earrings

talisage: Queen of listening to fan requests and healthy hair ♥️

EMI V: My favorite hair care tip: use a leave in conditioner, and don't brush when its wet if you can. Also, not using heating but letting it dry by itself in an old t-shirt really helped against the frizz. Andd try to change your pillowcase the same day as you wash your hair, else it will get dirty again, making your hair greasier and getting you to breakout more often

farahfatinah: Coco! This isn't related to the video (i watched it obv ) but i just want to wish you and Sori GOODLUCK and ALL THE BEST for the comeback! Cannot wait for Mi Amor

Zeite Chongsothem: No wonder your hair is so flawless! I love you, Coco! Please release a new music soon! Love from India! ❤❤❤

cat gurl187: Thank you so much for this video I learned things that I didn’t know but now that I know these things I will do my best to include it in my routine

ash: hi coco thank you for this video! i needed this as i noticed light brown streaks in my hair (have not dyed my hair before) and it looks dry and damaged... i will try out your recommendations and hope for healthier hair in the future :") also your voice is really soothing :)

Elisa Sancho: Thanks for this video, I want to take Vitamin E, but they say it can make you in general more hairy, and I'm not about that life. lol I'm going to look up some of the supplements you said instead. I also used biosilk for a long time, but I forgot about it!! It was my favorite product! The only downside is how expensive it is for such a small amount, but it does such a good job so I don't mind. omg.

Pau: I have been taking biotin and vitamin E for the last 6 months and have noticed a big difference in my hair. Highly recommend!!

Coco Chi: I love your hair sm, it looks so perfect Stay beautiful inside and out Coco—nut hehe kidding, love you Coco ❤️

I admire so much how koreans take care of the body, of course, by love, I follow the Korean steps for everything too. Since my childhood I have asian behaviors and it all developed for love to South Korea. Please, keep up posting amazing videos for us and for people who love and have you as inspirations. ❤️

Tamamo Ai: thank you for the tips i didnt know i should start with treatment before conditioner. I'll try to invest on one.. The aromatica your using is not currently available in our country but we have the green one instead not that lemongrass..

Hong Pham: Dear.. i jumped from the skincare video to this one :D I'm so impressed by the content, thank you so much!! <3

eat me for breakfast: my hair is soooo unhealthy and i stopped treating it about YEARS. i just use shampoo and i regret damaging my hair. i really like the video and it will help me ALOT. THANK YOU :3

Ish Bersy: What a pretty healthy hair!! ♥️♥️♥️

L a n n i e: Loved the video, so I might as well just add some of my own little hair-hacks here :D I once read that if you shampoo only the top part of your hair and not your lengths, it will clean your hair jus as well but prevent your lengths from drying out (a bunch of shampoos tend to dry your hair out a bit - that's how they get rid of all the dirt and the oily roots so it's necessary I guess). Been doing this for the past month and my lengths look healthier :) Also, if you have a ton of split ends but you don't want your hair to be cut shorter, there are ways to only cut off the split ends and keep your length. Search turtorials for it (there are plenty on youtube) or ask your hairdresser - but get rid of those split ends! They only get worse if you ignore them. And last, but not least: you can substitute dry shampoo with baby powder. Works just as well, if not better, and is less damaging.

Tati Joy: How do you keep your skin clear when you have bangs? Because I have been struggling with like small bumps and pimples on my forehead. And yes I have bangs. Maybe can you give tips or make a video about it?

banana muffin: tip: take biotin tablets everyday, they help with hair growth. also if you switch your normal hairbrush to a wooden hairbrush or boar bristle hairbrush it wouldn't be as harsh on your hair and it will reduce static

Shwetha Shalom: WHY DID I NOT COME ACROSS YOU EARLIER I WOULD BE FLIPPING MY HEALTHY HAIR RN–

a Singh: The shampoo is okay tsubaki treatment has: Dimethicone sodium benzoate menthylparaben so that means it has silicones and paraben :) Silk therapy: Dimethiconol Linalool that means it has silicones.. Mango oil: the mango oil has ISODODECANE that means Mineral Oil.. mineral oils are not good for our scalp

kismet pabiona: Her eyes. She KINDA look like Momo from Twice yiee

luveclue: Thank you for your tips! You’re a lovely person!

Lost Star: >Find the right shampoo and conditioner for your hair. Avoid products that have silicone and sulfate. >Use hair treatment before conditioner. Apply on middle until the tips of your hair. Do not apply on scalp unless you want a greasy ass scalp. >Use hair serum after washing your hair. >Use hair protecting products such as smthn that has UV in it(esp during summer) or spray before drying your hair. Bonus: when ironing your hair do not go beyond 200°C to prevent further damage. >Vitamin C- doesnt only boost your immune system but also does wonder hair and skin! >Coconut oil- a well known hair product that doesnt only help with hair growth but also adds moisture to your hair(and skin). Can be used as a hair mask and makeup remover. Red Ginseng- increases hair growth and prevents hair loss along eith some skin benefits. Hope you guys find these helpful! I put it here so I can take notes while listening to the video.

Tess: I love you so much coco your new intro is amazing omg but I also kinda miss your old iconic one?? Anyways, loved your video *as usual*

Olive Oil: I have been use a silicone conditioner for a long time without knowing anything, and my hair has been so dry and frizzy and now i see why !! I'm trying to make it healthy again, thank you for this video ♥️

Beomgyu Choi: Coconut oil is a beauty bomb. Apply to your hairs , your skin, your nails, it works amazing. I only use coconut oil on my body, no lotion nothing, just coconut oil or olive oil.
