Hi, I'm Daniel Rob, hair stylist from Los Angeles, California, and today, I'm going to show you how to cut hair with electrical Clippers. Now for this process, you want to start with clean dry hair. I find that best to work on the items you will need are a comb Clippers and multiple sized guards. I like to use these small Clippers. You can also get Clippers that are much larger, but I find the smaller version to be more comfortable in my hand and more easy to use all Clippers come with guides or guards, and what these do is measure for you, the length that you want, the hair To be cut, so you don't have to figure that out on your own, just by putting these guards onto the Clippers that will actually measure the hair for you and do half the job for you. So what you want to do very simply once you put your guard on, is to turn the Clippers on there's a little button on the side here, and you just push that up. As you see it's a very simple process and, like I said before, when you put a guide on the end of the Clippers, it does the measuring for you. So you can see the difference between the area that I've cut and the area that still needs to be cut. So now I'm going to move from the back part of my models head to the side, I'm going to use the same technique that I was using for the back on the sides, I'm going to follow the contour of his head very simple process. Now, when using clippers to do a haircut, you want to make sure that you are thorough getting every haircut so sometimes only going in one direction with the Clippers isn't an up, so you sometimes you have to work horizontally, then vertically and back and forth until you Feel that you've Clippard off all the hair that you wanted to remove I'll, show you what I mean so at this point, I'm almost finished with my clipper cut. I just want to do the finishing work, so I've taken the guard off the Clippers and I'm going to clean up my models sideburn and around his ear.
