Hair Care Routine For Soft, Shiny, Blonde Hair!

Hey guys, it's destiny and today i'm doing a hair care routine video. I recently did how i style my hair and i got a lot of requests to do a hair care routine. All the products i use and stuff like that. So that is what i'm doing today before i get started. I need to show you this tiny little baby, that's sitting on my lap right now. My friend kaelin is visiting from maryland and she found this little baby girl, cat and she's, taking her back to maryland. Her name is lucy and i just had to show her because she is the cutest tiniest little thing i've ever seen. So shampooing is the first step of course, so i only shampoo my hair twice a week, sometimes only once a week. If i use a lot of dry shampoo that week look at this little cutie - oh my goodness, oh my goodness hi. So i will typically wash my hair on wednesday and sunday and i use a different shampoo. So i will either use a purple shampoo or a normal shampoo, and i alternate them, of course, if i wash my hair twice a week one time i do this and the other time i do this and you don't want to use purple shampoo all the time Because your hair will turn grayish purple, but if you're blonde, it really keeps your hair, nice and bright, but the hair salon. What i get done is a full head of highlights with a root shadow, so my hair grows out more. Naturally, these are the two shampoos. I'M using at the moment my purple shampoo is finola, no yellow shampoo, and this is all over tik tok. Also, my hair stylist recommended this one because i just ran out of my last one and yeah. It'S just a classic purple shampoo purple shampoos are very, very drying, just a little warning and then my normal shampoo is olaplex, and this is just olaplex number four bond maintenance. Shampoo then, the conditioner that i always use it's way lower than the shampoo, because i always use this one and i use a lot of conditioner. This is the olaplex number five bond maintenance, conditioner, then, as a hair treatment. You actually do this before you wash your hair before you shampoo, but you do have to apply it to wet hair. This is olaplex number three. If you're going to get one olaplex product, i think you should get this one. It is so good. It repairs your hair so well. I only use this when i use the olaplex shampoo, not the purple shampoo, because the purple shampoo is so drying that honestly, it just strips this product out and it makes it like you didn't, even use it. So i don't see a reason to use it when i use the super drying purple shampoo, pretty much what you do with this product. Is you get in the shower? You wet your hair like you're gon na wash it, and then you apply this all over and you leave it on for, like 10 minutes a lot of the times, i will work out while it's in my hair, because that's like an hour or a little bit Less, but it's a long time and there's no limit of how long you can leave it on you can sleep in it if you really want, but i just do up to an hour, usually i don't do longer than that. But the minimum is 10 minutes and you just leave it soak in your hair like a conditioner treatment, and then you rinse it, and then you apply your shampoo and normal conditioner. This makes your hair so soft and shiny. It really repairs your hair. Olaplex is the only brand. I know that actually repairs your hair. Most products will maintain your hair if it's already healthy, but if it's damaged they won't help that, but this actually does help that. So i think that's why olaplex number three is the best it repairs and strengthens all hair types. After my shower, i use the olaplex number three bond smoother. This is a leave-in reparative, styling cream reduces frizz nourishes and protects, so this is pretty much just a leave-in conditioner product, it's a little cream product and i just rub it through my hands and rub it through wet hair, and i don't brush my hair when it's Wet after the shower at all the only times i brush my hair are before i shower when my hair is dry, and then i also brush it when i have olaplex number three in and when i have olaplex number five, my typical conditioner. I always use this product, it's the ooey dad i don't know this is spelled o-u-i-d-a-d and it's for girls with curly hair, but i honestly think you could use it even if you don't have curly hair. I didn't used to use this until i moved to miami, and the humidity here is ridiculous, that my hair just gets frizzy and gross if i don't use this product. So this is the advanced climate control, anti-frizz nanotechnology, heat and humidity gel. So it pretty much just blocks your hair from humidity and if you live in a humid area, this is the product like. This is the only one i've ever tried that actually works and then, before heat styling, my hair, i used the dry bar prep rally, prime and prep detangler, so i just use it as a heat protectant, but it also is a detangler. So that probably helps make my hair shiny and like this as well. So that's what i use before blow drying, curling or straightening my hair and then after my hair is styled and honestly pretty much every day. I use this product, it's the last olaplex product. It'S number seven, it's just a hair oil actually did not put it in my hair today. So i'm going to put it in right now i just put a little bit in my hair. A little goes, a long way rub it through and then brush it through. Your hair with your hands - and you can see that shine already added to my hair. It makes your hair look so healthy and nice, and the very last product that i use is dry. Shampoo dry shampoo is a savior, and this one is really cheap from ulta and it's a really really good one. Honestly, one of the best i've ever tried, probably the best. I have ever tried it's the hask brand and i have the one that is charcoal with citrus, and this is a purifying dry shampoo with a long, lasting oil absorption so yeah. I really like this one. I got it on sale at ulta just recently for only four dollars, but the full price is eight dollars. So, as you saw in this video, i do use very high quality salon level, hair products on my hair and that's how you keep your hair, healthy and shiny. I used to use drugstore products and i thought my hair looked fine, but my hair never looked as healthy as this, and my hair was never as bleached and damaged as it would be right now. So yeah i really like these products. It'S what keeps my hair nice and healthy also, my hair grows really quickly, because i do take a multivitamin that has biotin in it.
