Hello and welcome back i'm sarah and welcome back to sarah tv. Today'S video is going to be a little bit different because i thought it's time to share with you my hair care, routine people that already follow me know that i bleach and dye my hair. A lot and my natural hair color is almost black. It'S dark brown. I need a lot of bleach to get them that bright. Of course, many people say this girl hates her hair she's completely destroying her hair, but i have a different perspective on that, because hair is actually already dead. I figured out some ways to keep my hair still strong, healthy and shiny. I don't know how you want to keep something healthy that is already dead and before we begin don't forget to subscribe my channel. This would support me a lot and yep. Let'S go so a little roundup what's going to happen today. Is i'm going to talk about my hair care routine, how i keep them healthy and shiny, how i prevent them from falling off? Of course, how often i do bleach my hair and how long i've been growing it out since i had my bust cut yeah, but before we begin disclaimer, i'm not a hair care professional everything i'm going to tell you is what i experienced and experimented with over The years so i'm just sharing with you what i've learned over the past few years since i die and bleached my hair a lot first off. I had my bus card last year and summer summer 2020. After that i autumn 2020. Since then, i've been growing. My hair out - i just had one haircut one month ago, and this is how long my hair has grown since then. I know my hair grows pretty fast or it just seems like they grow really fast because they're just thick - and i just have a lot - that's why i also have no problem to bleach them or lose some hair, because i just have so many hair. It'S no big deal for me to lose some of them. You know next thing. I bleach my roots at least once a month. Last time at the hairdresser there was a little a little a little hot session. I would say, because we just not only bleached my roots, we also bleached in the length yeah. This made my hair a little bit more dry so because of all the bleaching, i do surprise surprise. I have a very dry skype skin. That'S why i use it's one of the classic products for dandruff dry, scalp, skin i use head and shoulder. I'Ve tried so many anti-dandruff hair shampoos out, and they are just the best every time i use this. My hair feels super soft after i use it. They also have a special one only for dyed hair, but i like to try them all out all what they have and i use the one with coconut and argan oil, which keeps my hair hydrated yeah. Everybody is telling you if you want to have a healthy hair care, routine use, argan oil, coconut oil, and i already have it here in my head and showed us shampoo. Of course it's like that. If you start using head and shoulders, you only can use this hair shampoo. That'S why i use this 15 years now and i also try to use others anti-dandruff shampoos, but they all didn't work for me like head and shoulders. I truly trust them yeah i mean i don't use super expensive products and i don't use a lot for my hair cap. I don't like to put tons of products in my hair because my hair has to take a lot already. So that's why i just try to keep it minimal in my hair care routine. I don't just use a shampoo. I also use a conditioner and the conditioner is my all time: favorite conditioner, it's a balea conditioner, which only costs me 70 cents at my drugstore. I also use it to dye my hair with, but this one every time when i my hair, is super dry after i bleach them. I use this one and they feel i don't say that they are, but they feel healthy again and they don't break off that easily because they are not that dry anymore. I also use hair oil because i mean, of course my hair is super dry and i have to keep them hydrated as much as i can, but not at oily, pure almond oil. You can actually. You also use it for your skin, which i do, and it says traditionally used for skin and hair, also ideal for frying and baking and roasting yeah. I wanted to tell you a little bit about almond oil and what it does for your hair, because most of the people i know are using coconut oil and argan oil for the hair care, almond oil supplies, hair and scalp with moisture and prevents split ends and Dandruff, the problem i told you before and with oil you can get an extra shine for your hair. Okay almond oil is actually characterized by its fatty acids, which forms a protective layer around your hair which protect it from damaging environmental influences, which i can tell you. It'S just true: it's not just that almond oil also contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. I only can recommend using almond oil for your hair care about my hair wash routine. I try to wash my hair as seldom as possible, because every time i wash my hair, i lose some of my hair color and that's what i'm trying to prevent and because they are so dry. I try to let the natural oil keep them healthy and moisturized, but i mean i do wash my hair at least two times two three times a week, but if i use some styling products, i have to wash them every time. I have those products in my hair and i don't like to blow dry. My hair, i mean my hair is naturally straight and they somehow don't tangle a lot. That'S why i actually don't need to blow dry them a lot if i blow dry them. I only use the lukewarm or the cold air when i wash my hair, i like to use lukewarm water, then i put on my shampoo, the shampoo. I only put it on my scalp because head and shoulders is only for your scalp. After that i put on the conditioner. I use actually tiny little bits and put them all over. My hair leave it in for about five minutes, and then i wash it out after that. I um press my hair dry actually with the usual towel, but i heard it's better to use an old cotton shirt which i'm going to try out in the future. My hair are pretty damaged because my hair needed yeah and for styling i try to use as less products as possible. I don't use a flat iron. I don't use a curling iron. I don't use a lot of heat for styling, because i i try to avoid heat as much from my hair as possible, because, on the other hand, when i bleach and dye them, they have so much to take. So i want to prevent it. On the other hand, so i just try to avoid using heat for my hair styling and i think if you see it like a flat or iron for your hair, this destroys your hair even more, instead of just bleaching them once or twice a month, and these Are the tips i just can give you what i do for myself. As i said, i only use. I actually only use three products for my hair care routine. I try to keep it simple and, of course, cheap. I hope you get a lot of information for yourself. I hope this was in kind a little bit, educational, at least, because i really tried to give you the best tips and um. This video is not sponsored. Nobody sent me the products that i use these products. I just recommend you uh products that i using for years after my own experience and my own experiments and as i said what i told you today doesn't mean that this works for everybody. As i told you in the beginning, hair skin and nails are genetics, and it doesn't mean that what i'm telling you is the the secret advice for healthy hair for everyone, yeah anyways. I hope you enjoyed my video. I hope you get a lot of information from it. Please don't forget to subscribe my channel and follow me on my instagram and i can't wait to see you next time. Thank you so much for watching. Thank you so much for your attention. I wish you a great week bye, you

Bruce Franklin: I did enjoy your video. I also have naturally dark brown hair and bleach the roots once every 3 months.I still struggle with damaged and broken hair, but I do blow dry and use a root boost product and my hair is weaker as I've gotten older. I will try the oil that you recommend. I am getting a little shorter haircut Friday which will help.I find your videos interesting and entertaining. I hope your view numbers go back up to where they were before your long break, because you deserve a bigger audience.

Jonathan Nightfire: I use Garnier Fructis for my shampoo. I don’t use any heat because it will damage my hair so for me I use a comb to dry my hair.

paul sijnja: Hi sara, nice video n ideas of looking afta ur hair,i use a karatine shampoo n conditioner n also argon oil treatments.nice 2 ur hair is a nice lenght now.p/p

EricB256: Dann duftest Du ja immer nach Mandeln. Das ist süß :-) Wenn ich das dauernd riechen würde, dann würde ich wahrscheinlich irgendwann Lust dazu bekommen, einen Kuchen zu backen. Magst Du Mandelkuchen? ;-) Washing 2 to 3 times a week sounds good. Balea is underrated indeed. Oops, I dropped into English. Warum nur? ;-)

SusyMity: Warum sprichst du immer englisch?
