Sisterlocks Nighttime Rountine: Bedtime Hair Care Grwm-Sisterlocks Maintenance With 4C Hair!

So this is pretty much next day here, hey guys! What'S up it's your girl, Mario Lakai, coming to you with another video on my sister lux, I recently started documenting my journey last year over basically how I'm going from a 4c loose natural to a locked natural. So what I'm gon na be doing in tonight's video is a sister locs nighttime routine. I don't know how long I'm gon na keep this routine I'll, probably switch it up, because if you know me - and I like to try different things and switch stuff up all the time, but for right now just to get into the habit of creating a pattern That I do something with myself in my hair at night, just gon na go ahead and keep the really simple, though basically, let's just go ahead and get into it something else. I really like to do this makeup, my own concoction, so what I'm gon na go ahead and construct is a mixture of oils I'm gon na be putting into my hair, and I know you're thinking like wait a minute when you have cysts relax you're not supposed To put any products in your hair, but if you've been here long enough, you know I do not follow that rule. As I said, I'm 4c natural, if you've seen any of my Instagram posts. You will see me with big hair you'll. See me with shuang in here. Basically, the way my hair looks depends on how much moisture is within my hair. If there's no moisture, it's gon na shrink up, it goes well. It'S gon na look very short course. I prefer my hair when it looks moisturized or what it is actually moisturized, because that's when it has a lot of body, that's when he has length retention, but for the most part, I'm just gon na go ahead and get into this routine. Because I feel, like I'm rambling too much Shh too much so basically all day, I haven't really done anything to my hair. I'Ve had it up in this sort of it looks like a hypo, but it's just really. I had this little bang on there. This is how I've had my hair all day and it's pretty much gon na be how I have my hair when I get ready to go to bed, but before I go to bed. I just want to go ahead and take care of my hair. Now, after having a baby, I don't know like it feels a bit drier than what it was before. I had a baby. So that's really a concern of mine right now, which is why I want to go ahead and start a routine or routines for my hair. So we didn't catch. My last video I uploaded what I'm eating in a day in order to start being healthy from the inside out. I'M gon na go ahead and link that in the card, so you guys can go ahead and check that out. But basically, I do feel like in order for my skin and my nails and my hair to be healthy. It'S really gon na depend on what I'm eating, not really what I'm playing in there as far as products, but you know that's the second part. The second round, so we have this oil that you get from Walmart, it's the Africa's best oil. It'S basically a her oil. I have this much left in there. So what I'm gon na do is go ahead and use this bottle to go ahead and construct a little mixture of oils. Aren'T gon na be using at night to keep my hair moisturized and protected so the first oil that I'm gon na be mixing in there. It'S just gon na be this Jamaican black, castor oil y'all are gon na get tired of me and Jamaican black, castor oil. This is a staple for me in my natural hair routine. I don't know why. I guess because it promotes thick healthy hair and that's just what I'm used to having is thick to my healthy hair, so I just can't get rid of this oil or this product just to let y'all know that it's real real. This is another Jamaican black, castor oil and andwell hold up got another Jamaican black, castor oil, so I'm good with the oil boy the rest of the year. When it comes to this, I should not have to buy another oil or the entire year 2020. Like I really shouldn't, unless I'm just doing the most, I also really like this oil. The wild rose oil use this a lot. When I was a loose natural, though I went ahead and got those oils, and once I tried it, I've just not been able to stop using it know what I'm gon na do is I'm just gon na take this ring, so in mine, Jamaican black, castor oil. You see is really only a little bit in there, so what I'm gon na do is just go ahead. Oh looks like I have something on here that needs to come off, so it doesn't seem like that. Much and then up from there, I'm just gon na take some tea tree oil and I'm gon na pour that in there as well, not the whole bottle just all right. I think that is definitely enough. Couldn'T give a shake shake shake shake and then from there. I'M just gon na go ahead and section my hair and for the most part, the only thing that I have in this bottle is a spotter. You got oil in it before so it looks a little bit cloudy and dirty gon na spring up roots. Then the strands, so you see how much my hair is starting to a crack starting to fall a little bit, and I know you're thinking you're about to go to bed, don't put too much water in your heater. But trust me before I can even hit the pillow it's gon na be dry like it's gon na dry it I wish my hair did retain moisture a little bit better, but it is what it is like even gon na touch. It still feels pretty dry. Just gon na give it one more spray. So now I'm just gon na take the oil and I'm just gon na go ahead and try to get it on as most of each strand as I can, and you can't really see what I bought in my hand. But you will know that it was enough based on how glazed my fingers looked definitely going to start at the ends of my hair, because that's where it gets the dries first and then from there start at the roots a little bit. Basically, I'm just gon na work this into my hair as good as I can being gentle and then just where's dry. I'M just gon na go back in with a few more sprays of water and then go ahead and rub the product to where the oil, through some more they've done with outside, and I'm just going to do the same thing on this side, see the shrinkage it'd, Be real, alright, and that is pretty much all I'm gon na do swear, wait a minute. I lied, I'm going to go ahead and take a few drops of the oil comes out really fast and that I took that little paper off and I'm gon na take care of them. Edges got ta. Take those edges here out the ones in the bag, but the ones in the front. We need to make sure they straight and not that I have much will my games now. I just feel a massage you. Let'S go i'ma, go ahead and do a 360, so you guys can see what the back of my hair looks like now. I do want to start doing like a little bit a little on my scalp, but I'm not gon na do that tonight by tomorrow is gon na be back dry and I'm gon na have to do this all over again. Now, I'm not gon na go to sleep with my hair, like this, I'm just gon na put it right back into the type of and that's kind of typically my go-to hairstyle, and I am just around the house. I don't want no hair touching me. I don't want no hair in my face, so I just go ahead and do this. This is usually how it'll start off, especially after putting any type of moisture in it. It will start off like this rain. This is how it looks in the back excuse that kitchen. I know it's rubbed back there. This is how it'll start off, and then by the morning it's just gon na shrink up with me putting on my body, which I've started wearing again, thank God for little small steps. So basically that is it. This is how I go to bed and it'll start to shrink up and it'll start to do his own thing, and so in the morning when I take it off, it'll be like that fluff that you guys seen in the beginning of the video.
