PB Banana Overnight Oats recipe:

- 1/3 cup of oats

- honey ( drizzle to your desired sweetness)

- 1/2 smashed banana

- 1 tablespoon of PB or any nut butter of your choice

- Pour almond milk until it covers all the oats

- I didn't but you could also add chia seeds, flax seeds, or top with any nuts, fruits.

Hello - everyone i'm like out of breath right now, because i was moving the cars because my roommate was blocking me in and she was sleeping, so i didn't want to wake her up and ask her to move it, so i just did it by myself. Let me tell you it's a lot of work because we live on a hill and stupid me decided to park my car all the way up on the hill, but it's okay um, but yeah. So we it's 4 38 um. I just i went to the gym at like three o'clock, so i got back um a little while ago or like 20 minutes ago, and now we are going to go to the market real, quick, also, the stain needs to go um, but we're gon na go To the market, real, quick and um get just like a couple ingredients that i need to make dinner tonight. I'M gon na make this like um tomato spinach like lemon pasta, um one of my friends sonia. She put it on her um story and she sent me the recipe and it looks so good. So we're gon na make that little pasta tonight and i'm thinking maybe like a little side. Salad, um but yeah. So we're gon na go to calfresh right now and get what we need. Cal fresh is like the market here in slo, so i'm there all the time. I literally go there. Probably three four times a week, i'm not even kidding it's like one of my favorite places. Okay, so let's hit the road. This is a good a day. Yes, i need to start the rebuilding of life, the roads that they open are many when the and i want to do a little mini grocery haul um. So i just got like a few things just like for dinner and like some things that i needed, i got these gluten-free peanut butter cookies. I'Ve tried the chocolate chip, but i love this brand, the immaculate so yummy um. I got parmesan cheese for the pasta, heavy cream um, possibly for the pasta or just to have um to make something else. This week i got some eggs, um large pasta, shells and rigatoni cucumber onion. I got some olive oil baby, spinach mini tomatoes um. These are from my roommate zoe and then i got a sourdough loaf, so little grocery haul and we're gon na start to cook dinner soon and put this all away, i'm crying legit tears from the onion. I don't know how people do this so so i also made a little side, salad and basically just brought up with tomatoes, also like olive oil, pepper and garlic sauce in the fridge, hello, okay, so i, why is it so zoomed in okay? So i just made dinner: i've literally been just laying here on my phone on tick tock um for like the past, like 20 minutes um, but dinner was 10 out of 10., so good i'll link the recipe down below because it was so easy. It was literally all one pot and i added some chicken to it, which was so yummy and i didn't even like eat my salad with my dinner. I ate it before because i was when i was cooking my dinner because i was so hungry so 10. Out of 10. again i'll link the recipe um, but i also just wanted to show you guys my new little room decor, so i've always had like this white dresser. I just have this like white dresser from ikea, and it holds like all my clothes, but i dusted my dresser today and i added these photos on the wall and basically they're just like some disposable photos that i've had, and i they've just like been in an Envelope and i haven't done anything with them, but i just wanted to show you my dresser. I think it looks so cute and adds like a little something to the whole look but yeah, i'm really happy with this. As you can tell love my dresser, she looks really cute now um for the rest of night. We need to put back on my sheets. I washed my sheets today and i also washed my comforter, but that's still in the dryer. So let me put on my sheets, just like i'm literally just in my workout clothes still, but get that done. Get the bed all nice and then we're gon na hop in the shower and do skincare, because you girl, you girl, needs some some skin care help. Okay, no, but actually my skin's doing pretty well, it's just. We need a little prep night. We need to do a little jade rolling and some gua sha. Maybe a little face mask if we're feeling a little crazy do. Do. I just wanted to show you guys real, quick what i use to brush out my hair after the shower. I go in with the olaplex number six, and this is just a bond smoother. So basically, my hair is like all naughty from the shower, but i take well yeah. I take a dime size portion of this. A little goes a long way not like about that much and i focus it like at the ends of my hair and like definitely underneath my hair, because i just want to focus it on the parts that are a little bit more damaged. Okay. So after i put this cream in, i go in with this keratin spray and basically it's just like more of a detangler and after i put that stuff in my hair, brushes out so much nicer, and it just makes my hair feel super like, even if i Just let it air dry super smooth. It makes my hair a little just like less frizzy. Moving on to um the skincare that i've been loving um. I used this in my first video you guys probably saw it was like me doing my makeup really fast, but i've been loving, the tula brand. Basically, i have their moisturizer and then this is their eye brightener and i also use their cult classic cleanser, which i love. I really do love this skincare brand. I'Ve been using them for a while um, probably like a couple months now, and i feel like it's really made a difference in my skin, so i just do the moisturizer. I found that my skin is the best when i don't like put all the crazy stuff on it. So i just like to stick to like the basics of moisturizer eye cream and then i'll do like a face mask here and there. But this is what i have been loving recently. This eye brightener is literally the best thing ever then, of course finish everything off with the lineage lip mask. That is supposed to be fresh at night when you're sleeping, but i apply it at all times of the day. It'S so good. I, like my my lips, are never chopped it's the best thing ever we're looking fresh, we're feeling fresh. So i just made my overnight oats super easy just in this little like mason jar and you just let them sit overnight and they're so good in the morning with like fresh berries, um, even like crushed up almonds, chia seeds, maybe even more slices of banana. But this has been one of my go-to's lately. It keeps me so full and it's literally so good. It tastes like a dessert. It'S currently 11 30 at night um i've just been chilling laying in bed. I was actually editing. Well, i just finished editing um a video i filmed a week in my life, which should actually be up by the time that this video is up um, but i just finished editing that did all the music i'm still like getting in the hang of the whole Editing thing, but it actually isn't that hard um, it's actually kind of fun. I like love, making like a little story story line out of all of it um but yeah i'll link that video down below, so you guys can all watch it um and yeah. It'S 11 30. I um just brush my teeth and i think that i'm going to end off this video right here um. This was just like a little nighttime, routine vlog um, it's a sunday. So today was like a little bit of a reset day. All day. Long so it was nice to just like come home after the gym cook dinner. Do my skincare take a nice shower, i'm in a clean bed with nice, clean sheets uh. Thank you so much for watching this video.
