In this foundation course you will learn all the technical aspects of the trade using a mannequin.

After you complete course 1 we recommend that you work on models and friends over a few weeks period to build up your speed and knowledge.

Then to perfect your skills you enroll for the advanced intensive course 2 which teaches you how to work on more difficult style heads, like layered bobs and blending awkward colours.

In this essential advanced course you will learn to perfect your craft and understand the finer details of hair extensions while working on your model.

So what we're going to do is we're going to start the class by sectioning on on the dummy head, so we're going to start with Jill who's. My student today and Jill is going to start the sectioning. What we're going to do today, Jill is we're going to start by sectioning the clients hair on top, so that way we can get the to make it very tight to get the first part of the sectioning out of the way. So this is called section one. Yes, but keep everything like a square? Yes, okay, I do a little bit more into the center of the year. Yeah. That'S very good. Take it very tight, so we have one two, three, four, five, six sections and, as you can see, the hair is lifted up. Nice and tight before we go with the bottom part of the section. Every part of this section has to be completely clean and what I mean by that is: there's no hairs coming from the top or the bottom or the sides interfering with this line, starting our extensions yeah. That'S enough: it's not about spraying the hair to create a resin on the hair. It'S just about enough to get rid of all the tiny little hairs very nice. Now we're going to put the top remember that the extension has a little death to this, and that's the part you put under the clients own hair, with her extension, three quarters of an inch down the hairline, very good, lift it up. You'Ve got the tension, lift it up. I put the gun under now. Take your fingers out of the way, so you don't burn your pillow fingers. Otherwise, you won't be able to finish the heads can remember. We said we're going to do ten, but keep going no under the goes under echoes, keep it down and roll roll roll roll roll roll roll fast. That'S good! Good luck with the roll go now again! That'S very nice! So remember it's about! You got one! Two! Three four: five, six, seven, eight nine ten and then the role goes from under and again Jill has this platter, which is really good? It'S already moving down with the clients heads at three-quarters of an inch down the hairline put the remember to hold it up. A little bit more when you get there with your other hand, yes, but go right up to higher higher, because otherwise you're going to left there's going to be a lot of loose hair. If you don't hold the extension just about that much you see that 2/4. There'S an inch down the extension here. Put it under, with the left hand, take the clip away, leave the hair down three quarters of an inch put the gun under. Take it down now roll and remember roll from the top you've got to see your fingers. If you see the back of your hand, you know that it's not the correct way to do it. You'Ve got to see the fingers now. Jill can actually look at her extension, which is really nice and she's. Looking at that, as you can see, am I making a mistake with that roll because she's, in full view of her extension all the time so now that's line three. We'Re finished well done here. We'Re finished line three: okay,

G: This woman knows what she's doing! I've been making wigs and extensions for years, would love to train under her some day. Think I could learn a lot. <3 I'm too far away, but who knows. :)

Karlito Johnson: Wow it looks pretty, it sounds easy to do, but I'm always worried about learning because I think I can not do it. Thank you for these wonderful experiences.
