My First Hair Extensions +Tutorial!

Jeru on today's video I'm going to be showing you guys, basically, my everyday kind of hair look, but I'm also going to be including extensions from Bellamy extensions, maybe using my new cortex professional 4:1 curling wand. You guys know I love curling wands. I do not like curling irons, because the clamp is just a no-no for me. I think I pretty much forgot how to use a curling iron like an actual crow, the curling iron, but anyway. So this is it it's. Basically, this is the 1 in 1/4 inch top. So this is what it looks like and then the glove which I don't use, which I probably should use because I've heard myself a couple times and then it comes with like before different lines. If you can see them the largest one is a 1 and 1/2 inch wand, and then this is the second to largest the thinnest. One is going to be like that Remington one that I used to use. So it's going to be this thin and then it also comes with another one. So actually that's the second thing one. This is the fitness one right here which will give you like a nice, really small spiral, curl, and this is going to give you more of a wave and then this is just going to give you a nice beachy wave. So if you guys want to see more tutorials with this thing, I will happily do it and let me know down below and I'll do that for you it's actually relatively cheap. I don't want to keep talking about it, but it is relatively cheap for everything that you get in it I'll leave the link down below for it, as well as for the extensions and any products that I use on my hair like keep protected and stuff. As always, but anyway, so why don't we just get right into the tutorial here? I pasting on the cake. You are smell like it or play, see: ok, so starting off we're going to be using our thermal shine spray, which is also heat protectant, which is awesome, and I'm going to be spraying that all throughout my hair making sure to focus on and the ends of. My hair, the most I love the face I make when I spray he protected in my hair. I do not look like I'm enjoying it at all, after that, I'm going to make sure to comb the product through with a brush or a comb, whatever you prefer and as you can see the more I comb it through the more you can see that shine. Does that heat protectant leaves which is really nice? Next, I'm going to section off my hair and I section off the top and the bottom half so I'm just going to focus on the bottom half right now, I'm going to curl that, with my one and 1/4 inch curling wand. So now that we're done with the bottom section about here we're going to move on to the top half and we're just going to want to curl it, and then after that we'll apply our extensions okay. So now I'm done with one side of my hair and I'm just gon na do the other side and in seconds it's magically done. Just because it's easier for me and I apply my heat protectant and I comb through and then I just pin them in my hair, which is already curled, but you can do it your way you can put them in first and then curl them with your hair. You can do, however, you want, but I felt like this was also a good way to show you guys the thickness of the hair and just how it looks. I don't wear them everyday and I will wear them on certain occasions and I won't wear them for like all day. I won't wear them for more than like eight hours at the most. I guess, but so right now, I'm just coming in through there's. Hardly any knots if there is knowledge, like I said, you're gon na - want to lie it on a flat surface and go really easy with them, because they're very delicate - and they are - I mean extensions - are expensive. So you aren't gon na want to make sure you take good care of it. So now mine is combed nicely through and I'm just going to go ahead and recur LUP. So you guys can see how that looks. Okay, so now here I have one. I believe it's called a weft of hair um. I don't use I've, never used hair extensions before until this until I got these and I do love them but, like I said, I think this is called the web. So this is just one piece of it that I usually I think it's the longest part or the longest layer of hair, and it's already curled, I already curled it it's just I. This is real human hair. So it's kind of weird, but the thing I like about these, though - and I was really astounded by it - is because, although I've never used hair extensions on my own, I have to work. I have worked with them before on other people, and I have felt the texture of that hair and a while. It feels really soft and smooth, and it's like oh my gosh. This hair feels amazing. It is really thin or the hair that I have felt before the extensions. They were much thinner than this, which is why these were surprising to me because they are the thickness level of them is really nice. They match my hair, texture and color perfectly. I think I don't know what kind of color these are I'll leave the color below. I believe this is color number two, I'm in case you're wondering it's like a nice dark brown, almost black looking, but it has a little kind of like undertones of like a nice brown in there. So it looks like our camera, but if you look at them closely in light, they do show up a nice dark brown. So it's not like a total of jet-black but anyway, so they have the little clips in them and all you do is just put them in your hair section, the hair off and clip them in. As you go to be honest, I don't use them all. I don't use all of the wefts that comes with. I literally only use two just to add length to my hair, because that's all I want, because my hair already has so much volume and there's already so much of it that I don't want like this big big thing of hair. It'S part, my hair with my hands like this and then I'll just clip the top section up here. You can see with a clip these clips here and these little clips are from Sally's Beauty Supply in case you're wondering but yes, okay, so I'll make sure to clip that out of the way go ahead and clip it into my hair. So - and I would do my perfectly because I have so much hair - that the extensions won't show through any time so and then variant just like that so okay. So I realized that the one that I put in earlier it's a little high up. So I'm going to put the next one and kind of low so that my hair can be a little longer than it normally is. I'M holding my head over and I'm just gon na pop right in here and make sure they feel not too tight and not too loose just looking right in between okay. So that's how that's gon na look so they're in and then I'm just going right here down and then bring it forward. So now, you're gon na have some hair that you're gon na wan na curl. So I'm gon na go ahead and curl it and then I'll be right back okay, and this is how it looks with just two wets in my hair. As you can see, my hair is much longer now, I'm an ace curl, so you won't be able to see the true length, but it does go past. I trust, and it is much fuller. It feels much fuller. I can keep going and keep adding to the top, and my hair is just gon na get fuller from this top area. Okay, you guys. So that was my tutorial and everything on how I get my hair. The way that I get it or the way that I wear it in most of my videos, which is like these nice kind of wavy curls loose curls. However, you want to call it, but this is kind of my go-to look.
