Hi, I'm with Kim Todd with Haier dreams today and we've got some questions about their wigs, so take it away Kim. Well, we kind of don't like them to be called wigs. It'S absolutely not a wig. It'S a volume plus piece. It'S our system called volume plus and in within that is three different pieces based on the end users need so what would make the volume plus series different than a wig I like to refer to it as a wig alternative and the fact that it's a permanent Piece that will be with you for four to six months. So it's a part of you not a way they're going to take off at night and put on a mannequin head. So it's a permanent piece that lasts four to six months. It'S bonded in by the hair that the client has from a very gentle system. It'S a breathable netting that is used. So, unlike a wig, it's breathable, it gives it a more natural look and a natural feel because it's made out of real human hair. Can you tell us what the the three different pieces are and what the difference is between those pieces? Our micro lines, piece is a piece that is is on a by a bonding ring. It gets permanently attached by a bonding ring and it has a lot of hair, so it'd be for someone that has a trouble area on the crown of their head or has a larger area, and those can also be custom. So if I had a problem area on this side, it could be made, so it would cover that area to it. So if it wasn't just right here yeah it could be a custom piece made. So a stylist at that point would take a sketch of the clients, head dimensions and every think that, because they're all these pieces are handmade in Europe, so they're all custom made and they're unique. That'S the micro links, correct micro lines and there is that all three are they all three considered micro lines or two, the other ones called a High Line's. It'S the same concept as micro lines. It'S the same bonding system, but it's less hair. So maybe somebody that just needs to power up or look a little bit that doesn't actually necessarily have a bald spot or a very thinning area could benefit from high lines. So you've mentioned the micro line and the High Line. What'S the third volume piece, it's called top hair and it is what it sounds it sits. On top of the hair, I like to call my Snookie bump, because if you put it here, it's gon na give you a lot of volume. It has a lot of hair, it has more hair than the High Line's piece, but it's not a round piece. It'S more! It'S thinner! It'S longer, so it can cover someone, that's thinning right here, but it is the only clip and piece that we offer. However, it can be used for a more permanent option if the client doesn't want to take it off and on every night. You can also turn it the other way and have it made for bangs. So I have a piece that I just push my hair back here and I can have blonde bangs for the night. Take it off and not have the commitment of that anymore. So it's really great used for editorial. Some fashion. Look stuff like that, but the top hair piece is a very unique piece as well. Do you guys target any certain type of demographic with these volume pieces, or is it just for anybody for anyone that has a you know, a hair loss or thinning problem that surpasses us being able to fix that with extensions, so that could range from a young Woman, a young girl that maybe has had a medical condition in the past where she's lost some hair or she picks her hair. I'Ve seen some cases of that or to a mature, older woman. That'S amazing! I have to say that hair dream seems to really put the the needs of their client first in terms of extensions and the volume pieces. I think that's really really beautiful awesome. Thank you. Cheers

Luna: Omg... Do you know if there's a place in Portugal where I can do this? I've had alopecia for years and I always thought extensions wouldn't work (not enough hair to support them) and wigs are too much trouble. This sounds perfect!

Cee Gee: The guy needs to learn how to properly knot a tie. Sorry dude. Good luck next time. Try a double Windsor knot buddy. You'll look like a pro
