Hey everyone welcome back to a new video if you're new to my channel. My name is Taylor and it's been months and I'm so sorry. If you've been looking forward to seeing my videos, I have been on the struggle bus lately. Let me tell you working full-time going to school full-time. I had no business making youtube videos - okay, I just did it. It wasn't in my future, but now it is summer. Ok, it is summer now and I feel like I can like breathe a little bit. So I thought I would make a video today kind of talking about and reviewing some of the extensions and we've typed things that I've used in the past and what I can think now and just kind of give you guys some pros and cons if you're looking Into buying extensions - or you know something to make your hair longer and more fuller, I hope this video can help you because man, let me tell you, I have been around the block with this hair. Okay, these hair extensions. These wigs I've been around the block. A couple times so, what kind of person would I be if I did not share my hair knowledge with y'all? So, let's get into today's video, I started wearing extensions, probably when I was 16, so maybe like a sophomore in high school, you got them from Sally's. My mom bought them for me and I'll post a little picture over here, showing you guys like what the extensions looked like like what box they come in because as of right now, I do not remember the brand. All I know is that I got them from Sally's, so that was the first set of extensions that I had ever bought. They were let me rephrase that that my mother bought bless you mom for putting up with my hair excessiveness. They were about 125 dollars at the time, but that was the first set that I ever got and I actually still have to set to this day every single set that I've ever gotten. I still have okay, it's kind of gross, it's kind of excessive, but it is what it is. Okay, I still have them, I'm not proud of it. I just don't know what to do with them, so they're just hanging out for a while, but since I have them I mean it's perfect for the video I have two of them, I'm not sure where the other ones went whenever my parents were moving things in And out of storage, they had me go through some of my boxes and I found my extensions from high school in there. So what did I do? Oh, my gosh memories like it was like a keepsake, so I took them and now they're here and they look like this. They look kind of jet-black at first, but it's really just a dark brown I'll, just like put one in my hair, for you guys real quick. I don't put extensions in like this when I'm actually doing it. So please don't judge me. Okay! Oh my gosh! That'S one in and I cut these in high school. I don't know why I thought I was a cosmetologist, so this is my real hair. This is the extension I just dyed my hair recently to match my new extension but mind you. My hair naturally is like an ashy Brown and in high school. It was an ashy Brown and I got these. Why? Why do you ask? Did I buy extensions that were like ten shades darker than my natural hair color? I don't know, but I wore them and I rocked them, and I thought I was good. So that's all that matters. Okay, if you don't wonder like make that full-on, like commitment of buying two hundred three hundred dollar extensions Sally's, is the way to go. I'Ve had these for years. Obviously I'm 22 now so it's been a hot minute and they've lasted a really time. I'Ve had a set of extensions for a year and these look and feel better than the ones I've had for a year girl, Sally you're, doing it. The only reason why I don't buy from Sally's anymore is because I think they stopped selling at 18 inches. The sellings was to get more of a longer length selection. If that makes sense, I would definitely go to Sally's and buy them. So that was my first set that I ever got my second set of hair extensions that I got was also from Sally's this time. I got a lighter shade because that one was too dark, but they were still too dark. I ended up going to Walmart and buying box dye and dined in okay you're, not supposed to put bucks hair dye on your hair anyway, and I put them on my extensions 10/10. Don'T recommend tintin, we'll never do it again. Okay, it really ruined them pretty much immediately. I will show you them anyway, and these were from years ago. I still have them. They'Ve been laying around crumpled up in a box, so good quality hair, just don't put box dye on them. Okay, so the next set of hair extensions that I bought - I bought them about a year ago and I bought them on an online site called Zala orsela, not really sure they came in this box, and let me tell you, I love this box. I still have this box because I use it for like everyday things. It'S great, I probably like the box more than I like the hair. These are the extensions that I got from Zala the quality of these like when I first got them. I wasn't that impressed like they weren't very soft feeling they didn't have that luxurious, feel that the ones from Sally's did it's not like. They felt terrible. They just didn't feel as nice. I mean I bought them. I was where them, regardless and even with not putting that much heat on them. The ends just got really gross really fast. I just wasn't that impressed. This is my real hair. That'S the extension! It gives me a pretty good length, but, as you can see, even if I had all of them in they look very stringy and fine at the end, and it just was getting too gross. I decided it's time for some new ones. These were, I think, a hundred and eighty dollars they were having like a summer sale or something, and so I got a really good deal on them. That was the third set that I got, but they got to the point where they were gross and I didn't want to wear them anymore, so yo girl decided to buy a wig. This has been in my car, so it looks like I'm dead animal. This is the wig it's synthetic, but you can still put heat on it. You can't put like a ton in heat, there's, like a certain amount that you can put on. I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money on a wig, because I never worn one before I had no idea how to put one on. I was like I'm gon na look like a crazy lady walking in these streets like no, so I wanted to buy something that was cheap but still looked good. I went to this site called lit unicorns a lot of their wigs on. There is very, like festival, rave type, wigs, very colorful, but they do have a couple. Not very many, I want to say, like maybe three or four of like natural hair colors. That site is always having sales like constantly like this was supposed to be a hundred and twenty, and I got it for ninety, so I still spent quite a bit of money on this gross stuff going on for $ 90, like you get what you pay for. I'Ve worn it like quite a bit of times. It just gets really hot, like really fast like if you're gon na go out to the club, don't wear a wig okay to the girls who wear wigs every day. I salute you because this is a frickin mop. Okay, like God, please don't judge me but like just picture all of this hair and you're in the club, some guys trying to dance on you and your hair's flying everywhere and you're sweating, and it's just so uncomfortable. You want to leave yep, that's what the wig is. Wigs, I think, are gon na become more of a routine in doing my tearing stuff, I just have to get more comfortable with like wearing them and maintaining them, because, obviously I do that great of a job that was the next set of non extensions, but a Wig, so I got a wig, it's really annoying to have to like put on a wig every day and fix it, and I feel, like extensions for me, are just a lot easier. I have more experience with them, and so that's why I ordered this set that I just got like three days ago from irresistible meat and it's an online company too, and this is what it came in. I wasn't impressed by their packaging, but it is what it is. These are 28 inches. I believe I got the longest and like the heaviest, you could get there's nine eight or nine pieces in this set these extensions. I also got them on sale y'all in the sale Queen all right so out of the four extensions that I've gotten irresistible me has my favorite so far, and I'm not sponsored or anything by any of these companies. I wish your girl will be rolling in the money. I have a lot of people asking me about my hair when they see something different. Like a would you to your hair, how to get your hair so long girl, my hair, doesn't grow it like refuses. It'S like boycotting me, but it doesn't want to grow anymore. So extensions are my go-to for that, and so I wanted to give you guys my honest opinion and feedback about the extensions that I've tried. So if you're looking into buying or making an investment and hair extensions, then maybe I could help y'all out so that is it. I hope you guys enjoyed today's video if you did make sure you give it a big thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe. So you never miss any new content that I'll be putting out more frequently because it's been a while. I hope you have a really great day and I will see you in the next video bye
