Review: Headkandy Hair Extensions 20-22 Inch Manhattan Highlights

Hi guys um I'm getting doing a review of my head sandy-haired sentence. Finally, I've had them for, like a month and a half, I've actually filmed this video twice already the first time there was too many things i forgot the second time the video was like 22 minutes long, which is way too much time. I honestly do not even know how i can talk for that long um, so we're gon na get this mess started right away. I'M going to go over well quickly, how you can go about chipping the best hair extensions for you how to know what company to go to the kind of process that I went through to get these. And then I'm going to go through shipments. And I'm going to go through quality and show you the actual extensions um, so I forgot hed kandi through though, like many many many searches. I did oh, my no. I ordered them for my birthday, which was in September, but I literally spent all someone trying to find the right kind from me. So I looked at hello, gorgeous rapunzel Rapunzel, foxy locks, hed kandi. I think there's no, what I'm forgetting! I can't remember um and had candy had a combination of great reviews in completely different apartments. People love the quality, people love the colors, the variety of blades people who love the customer service and how fast the extensions got to them. So it really just seems like people were raving about hed kandi from completely different perspectives, and we added up together to be like an amazing company. So that's why I went with hed kandi. They also give you a lot of weight for their hair. I think of 180 grams for the 22 22 22 inch extensions, which are the ones that i got and then the variety of color is enormous. My hair highlighted, so I really needed extensions that kind of captured my hair color. So it didn't look fake and weird because they don't point out the extensor that people can tell that they're like super fake because of the colors don't match and then in addition to that, they had really really um different lanes. They had 18 to 20 22 22. They had 14 to 16 and then 24-26 with 22 24, something ridiculously long ones um. These are the second longest one and they were the ones I'm the most appropriate for me, because I didn't crazy long extensions. But then I wanted something that was still longer than my hair, so the full head set from hed kandi will add both length and width bulk. If you want to just add bulk to your hair, then you don't need to get the whole set. You can order single wefts from hed kandi or just go to sallys and pick up something or less. But if you want to add length, you're better off getting the whole effect, because it's really difficult to add length just adding with one or two bucks. Because you look like you, have a mullet, it's not balanced out and people can tell because you'll help with weird angles in the back, so go for the full set or a fuller set. If you want to add weight and volume um shipping for me was really long because they ordered it in September and that's 100 cain't Irene hit, and these are coming from the UK so tons of like delivery. Um then, he's were affected by this, so I don't get my to like to happens later, but many people get them within a week or week and a half so um. If you need them quickly, i would suggest wording from hed kandi, just because I know a lot of people have gotten their extensions really really really quickly. So this is the thing that I really wanted to know and no one has said anything about in their reviews. So find the right extension leads for you cuz, it's kind of a crapshoot. If you don't know, you want to measure from, like your fear level like to the center of your head, get a tape, measure and hold the beginning there and just let pull it down. So the 20s will forward on 24, 2204 22. Balls 26 will fall for the number 26 12, so that gives you the most um, the closest guess, to the actual race that your hair will interview with the extensions so use that to measure these on me, I'm five foot three and peace fall to, like my Men back, which is actually like pretty long and then there's so much book you'll see it's a lot, a lot, a lot of hair. So if you're shorter, I would suggest going about almost you want something super super dramatic, then maybe both the 26 fitting on that may go to your butt and that might be might not be able to move as well in it um. Another thing that's really good about the company is color matching is one of the most difficult things to do when you're getting extensions, because it's hard to tell even compare your hair color to the color swatch if they have one website, if you send hand candy a Picture of your hair, or, if you which is so freaking weird but people do it, I guess and they accept it. But that's really strange to me: they'll find the extensions that they think matches your hair and, like ninety-nine percent of the time they get it completely right as an actually never heard of anyone who's like oh, they matched you to this color and it to work. People are always incredibly happy about, and then inside this box you get this thing which, when you first said it has like a plastic bag on it that have that has the actual extensions in it and then um extra clips for the extensions but I'll get to That in a second and then you also get a booklet that teaches you how to wash your extensions, how to dye them. If you need to have a style them, and it shows you, this is the best part of the entire thing. It also take told you how to store them. It has a diagram that tells you where to place each extension on your edge, which is the most helpful thing especially being number on headaches of hair extensions before which I had it. So the head, kd hair extensions, come with ten pieces and it's like a pretty significant amount of pieces. I can't you don't even know what to do with these ten half the time so having anymore, I would literally just go insane um what this package comes with. The like outside piece, it comes with one hair extension wrapped in a bag, and what that lets me do is it lets? You hold the piece up to your hair. I am order mine don't match um just test to see if the color is correct and then also to see if the length is like the appropriate length for you. Well, you may decide. Oh no, that's way to her. Oh my gosh they're too long ones. I thought they were going to be the colors wrong and if that's the case, what they allow you to do with this is you can take it out of the packaging you're not allowed to style it wear it. If it doesn't that you want it um, they won't take it back, but if you've seen this piece, you can actually take it out and like play with it and like clip in your hair, see this one. If it doesn't, you can sum the whole thing back and ask for a different color. However, the rest of the hair extensions are in their own bag, with a with a security feel once that seal is broken, you can all turn the mac anymore, so they really like make sure that you're happy with your extent. The reason i'm doing this video now is because this was closer than my hair color in the summer kind of one. I order them my hair's getting darker now my highlights are growing out and it's not the same color anymore, so i'm about to die them, but i wanted to show you the accurate color that they come in um. This is Manhattan, highlights it's like super blonde um, which is like the color. My hair was the stupid. What is in the way? That'S the color um, so I'm going to die them, but I was afraid that if I died them and then I did the review beautiful color were they and I'd be like well. I was his box of Revlon, so I wanted to show you that real color that 10 pieces I'm going to go through the pieces really quickly. First of all, this is the bulk of the hair with this is all there together. This itself is one in a half times the density of like my hair, like this, is all my hair like it's nothing. This is all this hair. It'S like, like I said, with one and a half times like what I actually have on my head. When I was born with, which is sad, um, the first piece and like it, shows you how to put them in I'm just going to go through them really quickly, so you can like see, even if you don't have a full set you can. We get an idea of like, what's in a whole set if you were kind of in a um scratch like scrap one up together like going salad, you can really fast, which totally you might not be that idea. So here's the first piece this goes at the lowest part of your head. This has two clips and the clips are really special because they have teeth so you can like grab onto your hair and then, when you grab onto it like blocks so they're, just like smack you clipped and they walk. So you, like wine them up snap them and they'll, be walk into your hair. They have the teeth to grab on and then also the bar underneath. Do you see that, like silicone tube, that's really important, because it protects your hair from the tension that um the extensions will put on your hair on? It also prevents it from breaking these clips. For my experience are really good. The only club that I have that doesn't hold and it won't snap when there's my hair in it this bottom one it will smell on its own, but once I like tuck it into my hair. While I try to snap it, it won't stay shut. That'S the only problem. I'Ve heard of people having with one or two puts on their set that don't work but again um the hair extensions come with three extra clips, so you can seal them in with the exceptional about one thing, the clips are pretty outstanding. You don't need to tease your hair fell into stand. I know um, a lot of people will tease on the roots of their hair, where they put in the extension you don't have to for these. I guess you can, but you don't need to. Is the point. That'S how well the clips work and now, if you think about your head, it's kind of like an oval, so the bottom is like the narrowest, which is why this one is only two piece: two Clips it's like about two and a half or three inches wide. So that I'll go on the bottom and then, as your head gets wider you'll notice that the second piece - and these are own number and they correlate to the diagram in the book - so they'll all work. So you know what about them. This is the second piece. It'S the same layout um. It has like the three Clips you snap them close, but it's three pieces because your head gets wider. This is about like four inches wide, but again, that's there. That'S like that. The one that's the most different out of this entire set is the third piece which is triple lifted, which essentially means it's like three up with 33 clip wide pieces were sewn together, like it has this messy thing, which none of the other ones have, and it's Like three layers of extensions, woven together like you'll notice, how dense it is you like can't see my face, I mustn't do that um, but if I were to take a piece that was basically as why this is number four you can might kind of see through It like it's a lot less dense, you mean so it's like three of these layers on top of each other, this with my favorite piece, because it really sort of transformed the whole look. So that's the third one and then from there they start to get narrower here again is for it's still three clips, but it's not as wide as the third piece and then those four pieces are the only pieces that go on the back of your head. When you get to five and six, they start to go on the slides to give you layers and kind of take away from that mo look. I was talking about before. If you only put pizzas in the back so there's 506 is the exact same thing, and then you go to the other side of the head. There, seven, which is B again, these four pieces are identical and then 9 and 10 are just inch wide pieces. A lot of people don't even use these I do on occasion, but where I'll put them is see, they're just an inch wide they're one clip where I'll put them is. If my hair spread on this site, because my hair is typically part on the fly, I don't put it on the side that has more hair, because for me my hair is so thin that, even if I section out like a large piece of here like this, When I clip in the thing and put my hair over it, you'll still might be able to see the club's just because my hair is super thin mm late, so um, hopefully when I died these that my own ate some of the problem. But if again, so what I want to say again is that the reason mine don't match is my ordering issue. I did not consult anyone want to pick to the color and, if I had they would have told you that this is too light pretty much. For my hair and then when I got the like sample piece that was like, are you sure you want this? You know you can always like return it. It was so close to my birthday. I didn't think i was gon na get in time. Cuz, I'm waited so long for the initial package. I was like no, no, I want it um, so it's literally my fault. They like tribe, like toys when I was just like gnats mine and again it really totally - is fine. I'M going to die them and see how that works out, you're technically always supposed to die down two shades darker than their color, and that's, if you gather knowledge shouldn't they have a special set for dying. I don't know what it's called, but it like indicates that it's for dying on, if your hair's like a special color or something and that's to say, you used to die, not these, but again I lose soup. Oh no surprises. How creepy is that these rocks are dying, but I'm gon na do it and I'll? Let you guys know how it works if it doesn't work i'll, absolutely tell usabout all people room your sentiment that night. This is real human hair, so you can wash it you can dye it um. You can curl it straighten it blow dry it all that good stuff. So you can treat it like your hair, except you want to treat it so much better than your hair. It will curl and straighten a lot faster than your own hair, so you careful when you're using styling tools. In addition, when you're combing, you don't want to be rough with it, because I'm like your hair, it won't grow back. So that's something you want to keep in mind: oh ho, my roommates really like them, because they're so soft they're, like the quality of them, is incredible, but on my dad's man, oh nothing, I killed it. I feel bad um so treat from wow, because once they're learning they'll be ruined, they don't feel like Barbie hear someone's calling like horsehair. They do not. They feel so nice. They feel so much like more realistic than Barbie. Here. There'S a coating on them. A coke King, because people think I'm saying coding or coding when I say coke came like the coding um, so there's a coating on them and when you first use a straightening iron ore corner, it kind of like burns off and your room will smell funky for, Like an hour so um once it's what's the coding, like kind of like burns off, there's no more smell, and then after that they're fine and it doesn't even stick in the hair. It'S just something to be alarmed out. Al are aware of because, if it happens to go for gallon, think that you're ruining your extensions because you're not, I think it's just something that happens. They don't really weigh on your hair. Oh I put them in my own hair. I put them in my roommate pinner and she said they were fine, so we both agreed on that um. Overall, the product is really great, so I really recommend buying them. But if you really want to do research - which again I did so, I think everyone should um. You can also look at foxy locks, whole gorgeous and rapunzel Rapunzel I'll make pretty good extension. Obviously, don't have anything to compare these two because I'm most physically had other ones, but for first set, I feel like I really hit the jab get. You have any questions.
