Don't forget to S U B C R I B E !

Don'T know what we gon na do or how we gon na do this. This looks horrible, [, Laughter, ]! Well, hey y'all! Welcome back to my channel, it's your girl, kyra sean. So today's video is brought to you by why wigs they've kind of sent me another unit to review for you guys it is also sipping slay and my number one girl has made her way back into the fray. Y'All listen, my blueberry joint is right here. I was saving her, but my mama came last week for my birthday and she went on and cracked her open. So you know here we go with sipping up this joint right here. Y'All i've been waiting all week to sip on this joint. Let me see. Let me see: listen for today's video. I will be showing you guys, a new method that i'm trying on my channel as well as on my natural hair i'll be styling this you part unit with a no leave out method. Okay, when i say no leave out that means, none of my ends of my natural hair are out now a little disclaimer. I did find this method on youtube. It is not something that i made up myself due to this being my first time trying this method. It'S not perfected. Okay! So don't try to come to me in the comments about girl. I can see this and that listen. I know. Okay, but again we working on it. Okay, it's my first time give me a little give me a little slap just a little bit: okay, we're trying this together. So if you want to see how i installed and style this unit make sure you stay tuned for that, as always, if you're new to the channel make sure you go ahead and subscribe and hit that notification bell, so you don't miss anything else. Coming up also give this video a thumbs up. If you want to see more videos like this in the future, let's go okay, so none of my hair is going to be out now my print, my hair is really tight because i did not twist it down. After i washed it, i kind of let her air dry overnight, so the cap that i had on kind of you know packed my hair down, but that's okay, because we don't need any of this out. So all i'm going to do is kind of pull it back to the side like this and then i'm going to put on my wig cap. I say i know i had it on my desk, so i'm about to start real early can't find nothing but not today, not today we got it going okay, so i'm gon na pull this over all of my hair like this, i think so i think that's All we need for this right there. I think, we'll see how long this part is. I don't think it's it's not it's not super long, but we'll see. Okay, so we are featuring a u-part kinky shape wig from y wigs um. I think i work with them before. If i did it was like a year or two ago now i have seen some videos of other youtubers using this method to get their. U parts together, so i'm going to show you um what that actual method? Is it's like a crochet type of method? You know on my hair, so, as you can see, it does come with these little. You know attachments here to keep the u parts together. All you do is cut that off. Okay, i used to think that was something before i knew what you parts were. I would just be like how are they blending those little straps into their hair like dang it kai this one, don't want to come off all the way. Now you can wear this um as, like you know, a little half wig in the back or, like you know, open it a little bit wider to give you know more of you know, hair on the side. You can also do a little l situation. Wait. That'S not that's not ill. What'S that i'm going the wrong way. No, i don't want to go there like like this. I'M i'm i'll figure it out like that. Okay, you do something like that. If you want to, depending on how much hair you want to leave out again, like i said, i'm not leaving none out, so you know we're going to do what we need to do to get this joint together. Okay, now it does come with the clips. All the way around and the combs on the side, it's a lot of security in this joint. However, i'm not really a fan of the clips just because i feel like on my natural hair. They just pull out. They even be pulling the hairs out on the actual wig, so i'm just not i'm not a fan of those, but for the purpose of this video i will use them um, but any other time. I would just bobby pin this down. Let'S see how long this part is on mwah, i think it's gon na be too long. Yes, i don't need that, like i'm gon na put mine like here. So this part goes all the way back here and that's not gon na work for me because my hair is, you know, a little thin so how we gon na do this, why wigs huh? How are we gon na? Do this all right? So what i'm gon na do? I'M gon na put my initial one, okay, so to make this crochet little situation work, i'm gon na put it as close as i can to the part without touching the part okay, so i'm gon na put it right there and right there. I'M gon na put the other ones right here, so let me clip this down. Let me clip that down like that. Let me clip these ones down and down use the combs over here on this side. Now again, this looks horrible, [ Laughter ], because my wig cap is showing and because you know my hair is thinner right there. I don't know what we're going to do. Y'All. I don't know what we're going to do or how we're going to do this, but we're going to try to figure out we're going to try to figure it out. Okay, i'm going to try to move this wig cap back okay, so you can definitely see my thin hair up there, but we want to try to fill that in with you know some of our products. This joint is pretty secure on my dome, if i must say so, myself like she on there so for this part, you're going to need a crochet needle, it's the same crochet needle you use when you do your crochet, so the latch hook situation you want to Make sure the needle is going towards the actual the actual track? Okay, so i'm just going to pull it through my hair, like this pull it through my hair like that, and then i'm going to grab some of the wig nope. That'S not what i want to do, pull it all the way. Through there we go okay and grab some of the wig close it up and pull the wig through like such okay, and i'm gon na place it back over like this. If i can get it all through there, goodness, okay, like that, see what i did see the see how it covered it. So that's what i want to do so, i'm gon na do the same thing all the way around again pull it through my hair grab. Some of the wig not a lot, you know not a lot grab some of the wig and make sure this hair is out the way grab, some of the wig close it up, put it on pull it on through and then flip it back over. This is probably the longest part of this process. The rest of it is pretty obviously pretty easy. Now, with all things me, trial and error is the way to go okay. It is easy to grab a little bit of the hair that you want to uh crochet over, to make sure that you know is good to go. I'M not going to grab all of that one just a little piece, all right so again: loop it in there close up the hook and then pull it on through, and then i'm going to take my edge brush here and just brush that hair down like that. Just to kind of flatten it a little bit so that is how we are looking so far. Okay, now we're here to the point where i'm on the struggle bus, okay, so i'm going to try a little flip over situation. So i'm going to do is take a little piece of hair, i'm going to flip it forward, i'm going to pin it on the back side, weave it in a little bit, i'm going to place that pin going backwards into the track. Okay. So that is how we are looking right now. Obviously, you can see obviously my thinning hair right there, but we're going to try to fill that in with some uh topic. Once we're done, this side will be a little bit easier because i am right-handed again go towards the track. Take it all through close it up, bring the hair on through and make sure i'm not grabbing hair. That'S already done, don't forget to brush okay, so that is how that is looking right now. This is a lot of kinky straight hair. However, it's not like super thick. This is, i believe, 22 inches. As always, all my specs for my unit will be down below. So you guys can check it out for yourself, as well as any coupon codes that i may have nothing crazy. Y'All know how i feel about kinky straight textures. I love them for me, so you know nothing much to say about that. Listen are we doing it? Y'All are we doing it y'all? I didn't cut my glasses on the whole time, just to make sure i can see i'm going to use some of my topic - hair, fibers, hair building fibers up here on the top, because you can see that part is way too. You know wide up in there, so i'm gon na put some right there. Look at that, okay right here, right up in there and just touch it up along there, like that, i'm gon na use my comb just to make sure all that's. You know good to go and everything. Let me top some of that with some hair spray: okay, okay! So now i'm using my blow dryer on high heat to kind of you know blend this all together. Okay, use some edge control right here in the front just to push them fly. Aways back like this, i'm not really worried about my sides, because i can't really see those. So you know there's that okay, i'm going to take my black eyeliner pencil and i'm just going to color some of this in right. There topic is not going to stick to anything that is not really hair. Okay, it needs some type of hair fibers. Okay, in a little bit right there, the parts that the fibers mixed - i don't want to pack my hair, you know the fibers, so i just want to kind of shade that in a little bit i'm hoping this looks pretty good on camera. If it doesn't, then you know whatever i mean it's already done now and nobody should be on top of my head like this. Besides my man, okay and he ain't home, so, okay back up! Okay! So that's how we're looking right there? Okay, it's pretty flat around! I'M gon na bobby pin the sides over here just to make sure they don't lift up, because you know the wind is still blowing okay, we're not trying to get clocked out here in these streets. Okay, i mean - maybe you want to, but not i now for these ends are a little scraggly, so i am going to trim them up to even them out. You can see what i'm doing now, i'm going to do to straighten this hair. Is i'm going to go through it with my blow dryer on high heat, just kind of press through it a little bit not too much, because i wanted to kind of be like a natural. You know a natural look, okay and i do want to brighten up my parting space just a little bit. So i'm going to use my l'oreal powder in the color neutral. I think it's what it is. No in the color n8 cappuccino cappuccino. Oh i'm thirsty! I'M just gon na brighten up that part of space, just a tad like that. Nothing crazy! Just a little bit just a little bit, i'm gon na put some makeup on real, quick and then we'll come back and finish up the styling for this unit. Okay, be back [ Applause, ], okay, so now that the makeup is all on and pretty much good to go, i need to put some curls in this unit. Now i was going to rock her um straight, which you know she's still cute straight, but i just had to be a little extra today and just put some long curls in her nothing, crazy, um, very, very loose, very big sections. I just want to put some movement in the hair is all so if you need to wear the glove for this little wand. Curler joint, then definitely do that i'll be burning my little fingerprints right off, but you know it is what it is. I don't feel like wearing that glove, that glove made me feel like o.j, something i don't like that. I can feel that heat on my ear. Let me not burn my ears. That would be horrible and i was going to comb that out again. I want it to be loose, like you know, very effortless type of wavy. Look. Let me just fix this one. It'S going the wrong way. Okay, just brushing for smoothness. I don't have no black hairspray or nothing to like get my grades right. I don't think. Let'S try this uh mascara. I don't know if that's gon na work. I think it did. Oh okay, okay, so this is how we're looking now. What are we thinking again? I can't lose my glasses on, so i can see what i'm looking at, because y'all know. I'M blind all right, so i must say it doesn't look bad. Obviously you can see the knots but for the like the process, i feel like for my first time. I think it looks you know as good as it's gon na look for my first time. You know what i'm saying like it's, not i'm. It'S not gon na get no better than this. Obviously there are things that i want to. You know. Try next time to you, know kind of make this more seamless, but i think for my first time, especially with the hair loss that i have in my parting space, i think i was able to work it. You know, for the most part, now up close and personal when you all up in here, you're, going to see all this okay, but when you're a little bit further back. Okay, you won't see nothing okay and that's what i want. Okay, that's what i want. I don't really care about the up close and personal because ain't nobody gon na, be in my space. Okay, six feet is still where i need you to be. Okay, the hair to me is very manageable. It'S very soft, um y'all know. I love me a kinky straight unit anyway, so you know there's that i think this came out really pretty what y'all think what y'all think huh are. We are we on the same page? Are we are we here we might be on to something? Okay, i feel, like i'm gon na, try this again. Let me know what you have used before for your u-parts as well as if you would try any methods that i showed you in this video today. Okay, shout out one more time, the wild wings for sending me this unit. I really appreciate it. I will put the direct link, my specs and any coupon codes i have for this unit down below, so you guys want to check it out. You can don't forget to like comment subscribe and share this video also smash that notification bell, so you don't miss anything else coming up. I love you guys so much, and i will see you next time. Bye,

Kie RaShon: Take down: *It took less than 5min to remove and only because the dang comb got caught in my natural hair. Because I didnt braid my hair down, when I removed clips and lifted unit the hair slips out with a little effort. The neater you do the install, the easier it is to remove.* Happy Sip n Slay Wigbaes! Sorry about the background music. I forgot to lower it in final edit. * Did we do something with this joint?* I mean it came out ok for my first time. How do you rock your u-part? Leave out? No leave out? Let's chat below!

MsLightfoot: Listen! This may be a game changer for those of us who CANNOT get the hang of lacefronts! Love this look!

Shining Star: U got patience cause baby I would of pulled some leaveout out and kept it pushing

TheHeartsandCake90: You did that sis! For real this looks good. Ain’t nobody gone be that close to scalp lol I love a kinky straight wig. This is looking holiday ready

Shanika Macon: OMG!!!!!! So, I watched your videos throughout my pregnancy. My baby TOTALLY smirked as soon as she heard your voice just now!!!!!

Nerissa: Menopause has given me a thinning spot exactly where yours is located. I've seen this method on curly hair but never kinky straight. Thank you for this video and for giving me a new project for the weekend!! Great job...bless you!!

DrayaFitxo: The work of the Lord! Saving this to my hair playlist!

Daie H: I like what you did. I always use mascara. I tried the black edge gel and hunni I looked like Jermaine Jackson! Now I color my skin with the grey and it works but only lasts a week because I love oiling my scalp. I want to get this but no middle part for me. Must try that side part you were trying to do LOL

Sophie Chanelle: You got it together sis! I've been wanting to try this method for a while but not with the u parts that I have (straight and body wave). This kinky texture was perfect for it. When I don't want to have leave out with my u-parts, I usually just throw on a hat or beanie with it and keep it moving. Great concept!

TheReal1_p3: Chile my nerves was bad this whole video watching the struggle but it definitely came out very cute! Ok Kie you got it together!!!

cowgirlbebop14: Kie, I must tell you that I went out and bought this exact wig and have tried this method twice now. I'm still getting the hang of it too, but I think it's a method worth mastering. My hair is very short & thin in the front, and I'm afraid that flat ironing my hair to blend with a u part is going to make it worse. This is such a cool alternative that I hope I can make work for me. Thanks for the tip!

Haus of R.Lateish: Oh wow! This is very creative. Especially for natural hair girls. No pressing and stressing when it revert. Makeup on point as always mama.

LaTonya Clark: I had an idea a couple years ago about lace being around the upart to make the area flat and more blendable for people like me with fine hair or for no leave-out and I think a company has done it. Clearly I should have created something lol. But I love how you made this work

sade watkins: "That Glove make me feel like Oj Simpson and ion' like dat" Literally Laughing lmaoooooooooooo

Kellee Mcfadden: Yes I use mascara for my grays when needed. I love it. You didn’t that and thank you for showing us exactly how the first time trying this method may be a little struggle. Nothing to bad. It’s super cute.

JenoviaRealle: This looks amazing! A definite alternative to frontal or closures!

AMichelle: Ive done this with a curly half wig. The Key is Me turned me on to this. Great job! I may attempt it this with kinky straight hair for bday in 2 weeks. #libraseason

Christine Zapata: I love this texture and happy sip and slay to you sis!!! You killed it per usual I would definitely rock this during the holidays giving me rich mommy vibes

petrulin godfrey: Hi Kie! I’m happy you and family are doing great. Thanks so much for sharing this method. I have a U part wig, didn’t know how to style it. My hair is a bit thin at the top too. Great job

Keek ABoo: Yessssss! This look is beautiful! You just changed it all for me with this technique. Thank you

Jessie FAIRLEY: Sis you did a great job, looks very natural and that’s a great alternative for me with super fine hair. I need volume more than length. So that a win win for me. I love it !!! Thank You for sharing

Beverly Johns: Hi Kie, you did an amazing install This looks good on you! Blessings

Ms. Von: You look amazing❣You did a great job on this unit

Ms. Michelle Agalte: For this to be ur first time you did GREAT. I've never seen this method before. This did come out very pretty. I've usually just sponge rolled my hair at the u-part and blended it. I like this method better. GOOD JOB CUTENESS! ❤

Tina Adams: I absolutely love your energy. So glad you’re feeling better. I’m gonna try this method with my upart. My question is how do you keep from damaging your hair when taking the crochet out??? Any input you may have is much appreciated. Peace & Blessings dear!

T Jax: I like the end result. I have always wanted to try a u-part but have a similar challenge of thinning in the crown area. You made it work and it looks GOOD! ❤️

ANECIA WATSON: Your laugh is Amazing I have a goofy cackle and my 4 year old nephew told me today my laugh is funny Then he started laughing at me! Laughter is everything! I love this video❤️

bb: Love this look on you! I bought a u-part recently and I will definitely use this method. Thanks for sharing this method!

Talea Montgomery: Thank you thank you thank you! You just don't know how much I needed this video! You're such a beautiful person, inside and out!

Aja Infinity Tate: Happy Friday Kie! ☕ I'd never seen the technique you used, but I'd try it! I actually tried a method mary k bella used, by teasing your natural hair at the root and teasing a small portion of the u part wig. #ItWorks

Donita Marie: This was a nice outcome. The hair looks really soft. Love the final look

Uzo: Looks beautiful Kie!!. How was the removal process? I'm so tender headed lol

KIMBO BEADS: You did amazing n brought hope considering what yah working with. I’m worse and feel great about this process . Great freakin job!!

Tarasa Jackson: Hey Kie, Happy Sip and Slay Day! I thought you did a good job, especially for a first timer on the U wig. I never tried one before. I have a spot that's thin due to taking medication. I did see a wig that wasn't as wide as the U wig on Ms Naturally Mary channel. It was really nice. I have several people that I follow. Overall it turned out pretty good! Thanks ☺️

The Curly Conundrum: Lol this my first time watching your videos and I love your energy. I love your personality and how engaging you are

Shanice Harris: This is genius!! I can't really do lace front because I have psoriasis along my hairline so I try stick to half wigs and u-parts. For u-parts I usually just do a knotless crochet with closest matching hair to it in the parting area and around the hairline.

Candi: This is such a clever idea, thank you for sharing the process of learning the technique

Melly M: *Starts googling different upart wigs I can try this with* This was game changing, thanks for sharing!

Monique Langford: Girl I love you !! I know I’m always in for some new content on your page your the bomb girl

Michelle Bediako: I think you did greatlooks really good and not having to leave out your hair is definitely a plus if your hair doesn’t match the unit. Good job

Theresa Madison: Kie you did a fantastic job as usual!!!! Keep up the good work!

Spring Copeland: Hey sis...you did it!!! I mean you DIDit..it looks beautiful, natural.you covered the all the bases and WOW!! Love you and this unit..i am in awe of you..first time..i cant tell❤❤

Ugonwa Obasi: Ms Kie! Hello beautiful queen. You are serving up these gorgeous natural looks. Great job on your first try. I'm happy to hear you really enjoyed your birthday. I hope in your new year and new season God continues to abundantly bless you and your entire family.❤

lneal2800: Happy Friday! Kie ayye! Here for another sip and slay! love the new method i will have to try this! Keep them coming you doing the dang thang!

Lealah Rae: You have been putting out bangin videos sis!!! I have never seen this method. You just put me on. Thanks somuch and that TreySongz READY album is tuff

Marjorie b: Lol..Kie.. the first time I saw a u-part wig and those bands I wondered the same thing.. Great job seeing it was your first time..but you slay at everything you try. How was the removal of the wig?

Jena Johnson: Sis you be too hard on yourself cause you did a good job! Your just the type of person who pays attention to details but it’s okay Kie! You did it, you did it! I love this kinky unit vibe tho!

Charmaine Naomi: I want to try this! Absolutely gorgeous and very natural looking. I can't get the hang of making my frontals and lace fronts looking natural. I think this will be better for me to try.

Michelé Alexander: Hey Kie! Honestly, you did that really well and you look gorgeous ❤. You gave me some really good ideas to do with mine.

Mona Chinn: Wow!!! You did a great job. I think it looks natural. You covered the u -part well

Patrice KENDRICK: Guurrrrlll, what you done did!!? I'm trying this TODAY! I have a whole u-part wig I never used because it was right over my thin hair area. Instantly subscribed! How have I not known about your channel. Literal lifesaver. Bless you!

MyOwn DayOne: Love this latch hook method for u parts and clipins !!!

Ra's Way: One time for the style, the creativeness of crotcheting the part, the makeup, and that trey playing!!!! Yes ma’am!!!

Leticia C: Awww the gray really makes it look natural Happy Friday

D’v{eye}ne_: I love it Kie!

Thea Woody: Ok Kie, you pulled it together nicely, I may sayshe came out good cause girl I was a little scared in the beginningbut as for me, I haven't done a u part in sooooo long, I use to make my own, do my braid pattern & sew it to my braids in the front, tap it in 2 palaces at the nape with my leave out & tht was it. The method you used is a bit stressful for my, I don't have tht kind of patience no more

chanel joop: Very, very nice! Yes I will try this, but add 2 anchor braids by the part! Thank you so much for sharing!

njmommie: You have one of THEEEEEEE BEST Personalities I have ever known. You make my soul smile Sis. I only know 3 other ppl that can do that . God bless your heart.I tell everyone about your channel lol. Just realized I was never a subbie! Unacceptable

Jerita Walker: Looks good! I wanna know what that take down was like since it's crocheted into your hair

Sonya Edwards-Lewis: Love it!!!❤❤❤ You did a fantastic job...I just taught me a new method on wearing a u part wig!!

Dira Boddie: Honestly this method is very creative. Just takes a little time to get use to it but it’s very beginner friendly. The hair itself is gorgeous

Candi: Great idea to use eyeliner, I’ve used wax sticks and mascara, but this is new to me
