I just want to show you how it is looking like this is how it came straight out. The package, like they curled in everything - i don't know if i'm gon na leave it curl. To be honest because i do want to. I was already intending on curling. It but i want to cut it my way, so i don't know if i'm gon na blow dry it and then curl it. How i wanted to curl it or just tweak the curls. I don't know yet, but it's this honey bun. I feel like it's coming off very brassy on camera because it is brown, but it seems a bit more like if you look at the top. It looks a little bit more like ash bone ish a little bit and then it gets more honey. Is this ombre? I don't know, but it's cute, i might leave the curls but um yeah. I just got to go ahead and reach the knot, so i'm going to glitch the knots real, quick and then i'mma bleach it. I probably should not i'm gon na plug it and then we're gon na install it again so yeah being that i'm gon na be doing an updo, i'm gon na take the plugin all the way back so y'all know how i plug skid plug skip. I'M gon na take it. Let me zoom in so y'all can see a little bit better and i'm gon na take the plucking and i'm gon na go all the way back with it like this. So i want a long line of plug and therefore, when i push all the hair back and you can see through the hair, it's gon na look like you - can see the scalp through the hair and give it a more realistic. Look. So here's a demonstration see that took it all the way back and then once i finished plugging - and i put this here over this and then i'll customize the front you're gon na see the illusion that i'm trying to give so once you're finished. It should look something like this. You see how the hairline is very, very, very plucked like a lot of space, yeah girl, this is plug plug, so this is what so. This is what it's going to look like when you're finished, and this is what it's giving you see. How if i was to comb it up, you see the effect as it had that it has. You can still see the scalp and it doesn't look like it's folding or anything like that, but it looks like how a normal ponytail would look if you do it on natural hair. So that's what we aim it for right. Now it's going to look so cute when i finish curling it, and then i didn't plug it that much in the front right here, because i just didn't find it was necessary. I did pluck it don't get me wrong, like you can see through it, but i didn't pluck it too much, because i still wanted to create a realistic hairline and it's not super plucked here. So pluck it and then od pluck it like it. Just doesn't do that usually it's more thicker towards the top of the head. So that's what it's giving so now we're gon na put this betty. So i did not want to um glue down my cap today. So what i'm gon na do? One of my favorite techniques to use is to use a powder that's way darker than my skin and put it on this part. This part is really thick, so that's gon na be the first part to show through um your lace, so i'm just gon na tap. It a few times and then i'm just going to apply it. This will do is just help the cat be less detectable through the lace, because if you try to make it your skin tone, it's not going to get that dark, because it's not a darker tone into your skin tone. So you're, just gon na essentially have mad of the concealer or foundation or powder that you're using it's just gon na be a build up. It'S not really gon na do anything. So i'm taking a good amount too, like i'm trying to make these lines disappear. Something like that and then for the rest, you can use your concealer if you want, or you can just use the same one that you're using right now. So this is a technique i started doing a little while ago, especially with this method, because every single time i tried to put my color um foundation or concealer, it just would always just still look funny. So yeah being that i got a darker cap. This should definitely work out good. I think i'm gon na put a cat forward to a little bit, even though i already got it in my hair. It'S just i feel like i need it a little bit further back. I got ta see how it looks under the lace. I don't know if i should put it here or slide it back a little bit so anyways yeah. I just wanted to show y'all that i don't know why i was like so crunchy hello, but um yeah. I don't uh we're just gon na see how it looks once i get this wig on and then i'm gon na determine. If i need to keep it here or just push back, just slowly get it in focus, so basically the knots will turn away being that i plugged it and everything like that and i'm basically just taking the concealer my scene concealer and i'm putting it all on The top of the lace now usually when i do this with black hair, i would just do it on the front, but being that this is nb is basically the same color you will not notice it, so that's definitely going to take away. So let me show y'all the difference real quick, so i don't know if y'all can really tell the lighting might not be showing it too much, but on this side the knots are kind of white from plucking. I know the lighting from the ring light is just like whatever, but on this side is where i put the concealer over it and blended it out. So you see how that would look on my skin fresh off the scalp compared to this side right here. It is a little tip just in case, if you're working with any hair, that's your skin color and the knots term weight. You can always just take it and apply it to the top y'all. I feel like this lace is going to be a little bit too dark, because i put my concealer on my skin shade, but it turned way darker, so this lace is not transparent. It had some type of tint to it. I'M trying to see if i could show y'all it already in the front. You could tell it kind of had like a tint to it already and then i put more on it. So it looks kind of dark. I'M gon na make it work, of course, but i'm just letting y'all know it does look a little bit dark. You wow all right. So, as we know, the hair was already pre-curled and i'm not gon na necessarily take the curls out. I am gon na brush. It though, well, i actually combed it all together, so it's not as spirally as it was before, but what i'm going to do is i'm going to do my flexi rod trick. I swear yo. I'Ve been doing this technique for years now, like probably since, like 20, i want to say 2014 2015 when i used to have sew-ins, and then i used to not really want to actually mainly have to go in and do every curl. So this comes in really handy. This is clutch, so basically, while the hairline sits in i'm, going to just take all the hair and pull it to the top like this, it doesn't have to be super tight either. You could just keep it like this. Hopefully i could see all right, that's better. I feel like the girl from proud family. Oh my god. This would be cute right, but not okay, so it doesn't really matter about neatness to be honest, but if you're a perfectionist - because i know sometimes i can be - then you can make it as neat as you want, but it's really not necessary to be honest. So what i'm gon na do, i think i'm gon na do three flexi rods on this side and three on that side or two and two, i'm not sure. I have to look at this section so far, it's looking like it's giving i'm gon na. Just do three, so the curl is tighter, the more the sections, the more the tighter the curl, and you can do this with literally this is so quick. This is such a quick, um curling method, and this is why it's been my favorite. I haven't been doing it that often, though i'm not gon na lie, i haven't been doing it that often, but it comes in very handy. Okay, i'm gon na do five, so i'm gon na i was gon na part it in two and then do sections, but i'm just like. I want it to be a little bit tighter, but not too tight. If that makes sense, so we're gon na do five sections of flexi rods - hmm, hmm, hmm! All right! So now we're gon na see what it's giving so we're just gon na take these out and i'll try not to unravel them a certain way. I try to be as neat as possible because the way you take down your curls will really determine a lot. I swear by the time you perfect them after you already done, messed them up or was too aggressive with taking them down girl. Let me tell you your curls will be looking like. I know i did not curl it like that. I know i curled it in this direction. It'S looking backwards. This one facing that way down facing that way, and you just don't want to do that. So the way you wrap your curls or paint your curls and also the way you actually curl your curls as in direction and stuff like that it really, it really plays a big part on the result. So i'm just saying i know i see a lot of people taking down their curls a certain way, and it just makes me cringe because it's just like girl, you about to have to do math work to get that that look, they say or the way that You wanted to look so this. This is how it came out with the curls. So now i'm gon na just take it down and you are going to have to go back in and retweet these curls and also, if you want to wear these curls, do this method and wear the curls all day. I would prefer you to use actual curling iron, because one curls and this hairstyle is not going to last - that long, just letting you know it'll last for a few hours and then it's going to drop, which is just what's the point. But if you do it with actual curling iron, because the way you curl your hair, when i'm on and on the curling iron is two different ways to curl. So if you do it on a curl, 9 it'll last way way longer. So now i'm just gon na do one of these. This is what the back looks like and you can also once you finish, because i'm not doing a part in my hair, but once you finish, you want to part it in the center and then re-curl the face frame, um curls. You can do that too, but i'm going to be doing like a jesuit type of thing. I want it to be very big and fun, so i'm going to be doing one of these and i might go back in and curl these rules too, because your roots are not really going to be curled and the curls in the back are going to start Lower being that, we brought the hair all the way to the top, and the curls at the top is going to be curled closest to the root. So it also depends on the placement in which you put the ponytail. You can also do um two pigtails and then curl it like that and do your sections and then see how it comes out like that. It all really depends on how you do it. If you do it directly in the back, it's just the curls is just kind of going to be like straight and then curl like that's. Why i always like to do it as close to the top as possible, because i'd rather be curled closer to the root right here than all the way back here. That makes no sense. So let me take this off and then we're going to do. Some final touches, i know i was going to leave want on my forehead. I know it was, and i tried not to tie it too too, tight too, but clearly, god had other points being that i have like a widow's pink look, and this is so cute to me like. This is very this. This color is so cute and it doesn't do too much like it actually looks very natural. I will say that's how it's a little line on my forehead, which is not giving so i think i'm gon na do two big baby hairs right there, but i want them to sit curled like they can come out, but being that i have like a little Widow'S peak right here, i want to compliment the widow's feet by doing two big baby heads and then i feel like i'm gon na curl, these my sideburns a little bit and then we'll get into it. But this is cute. Let me see how i look in the mirror - hmm, hmm, hmm! Hmm! This came out so cute yeah. This is so cute. Look at this. I feel like a freaking. I don't even know what i feel like to be honest. Now, like i said you go just like i did, you could always go back in alter it change the curls. I like the messy curl. Look to be honest.
