How To Reinstall A Cut Lace On Old Frontal Wig | Beginner Friendly | Beauty Forever Hair

Hey y'all welcome back to my channel, so today i'm going to show y'all how i reinstall my wigs. It'S really easy and it's really simple. The first thing that i like to do is: do my ball cap method. I'M not really going to go into much detail on this bobcat method, because i do have a detailed video on my channel. I posted it maybe a month ago, if not a few weeks ago, but if you haven't already make sure you go check that out, and that is a more detailed version of how i do my ball caps. But this is olive oil. Super haul fixes spray that i'm spraying along my hairline and then i'm just going to go ahead and cut that excess cap off and yeah do my install doing a ball cap isn't really like a necessity when it comes to installing wigs. But i can't say ever since i've been doing my ball caps, i have noticed, like my wigs look, so much more natural, and it just looks so good, and so here i'm just putting some makeup on this is maybelline fit me. This is in the shade, coconut. This is the exact same shade that i would use on my actual face whenever i do with my makeup and then i just slap that wig on my head and i like to pull out my baby hairs before i even start. The install whenever i reinstall my wigs, it's not really necessary. If you are like a beginner, i actually recommend pulling the baby hairs out after, but this just makes it a lot easier to me. So i am going to be installing this wig with my olive oil, wig grip, gel and a popsicle stick, and i know normally. I will put it like on one side whenever i install new wigs, i put the gel on one side and i work like from side to side, but when i re-install i like to just do it completely together, this is just a lot easier and when i'm Applying the gel i'm putting um part of it on my skin and part of it on the ball cap as well putting it on the ball cap is going to help it to like it. Don'T know it just helps it to melt together, and it also helps to lay the edges of that ball cap down, and then i just blow dry this on a warm setting and notice, i'm going from side to side, and i'm doing it so that one piece One part of the um gel doesn't get drier than another part like i wanted it to be evenly dry throughout the you know, y'all know what i'm saying but um, then i just go ahead and apply the lace into the gel. Like really easy, really simple, i actually find that reapplying. Wigs are low-key kind of easier than installing them new. I don't know, but this was like really easy and it did not take me as long as it normally does. Whenever i have to cut the lace off. So yeah and then i'm just blow drying this on a cool setting until it is completely dry. You want this to be completely dry. I think i literally spend like seven minutes making sure that this is completely dry, because you do not want a wet lace like because then it's gon na start lifting no, you wan na make sure it's dry so right here, i'm just cutting a little bit of These baby hairs off a little bit more. You might have to readjust the baby hairs after you reinstall a wig you might not, but i'm also just curling them to make them like not just be flying everywhere, and i'm going to take the olive oil super hole. Spray and spray this along the hairline like i normally do and then tie this down with an elastic band, and then i'm just about to flatten this wig. This is actually my favorite part of my wig install whenever i like, really flatten it and make it look like it's coming on my scalp, so i'm going to take the she is bomb a wax, stick and place this on the top of the wig, and then I'M going to use my andes, hot comb and flatten this wig out as much as possible, like i said, the flatter the wig, the more natural it looks and i'm sticking to it and i live by that statement. Then i'm also gon na, like lay the edges. Now i'm gon na use the hot comb on the edges, but you want to be so careful when you do this, like you want to be beyond careful because you are really close to your skin and one wrong move and it's over like skin is burnt. So please be careful when you do this stuff, i actually don't do it on the top. As y'all can see, i don't have baby hairs um on the top of the wig right there like i normally well, not like i know i'm doing i don't know. As of lately, i just been really liking, no baby hair on my forehead um. So instead, i just take some of that olive oil super haul spray and an edge comb to lay it down so that i don't have to hot comb it or anything like that, and i'm about to do these baby hairs. I like to use mousse for my baby hairs, and then i like to go in with the olive oil super bowl spray to set it in place, and these baby hairs will actually give me a hard time for some reason. Today. I don't know what it was, but they still came out cute. So that's all that matters - and i know y'all asked me to do a baby hair tutorial. I got y'all um, probably my next video will be my baby hair um tutorial and then once i get them to my liking, i just tied it down again with my elastic band. Did my makeup. I came on camera looking like a whole nother girl, but um now, i'm about to just put some layers in my hair, so i just took that hair cutting comb and just cut off a little bit at the bottom, and now i'm about to layer this hair, A little bit when it comes to layer, i'm gon na be real with y'all. I really don't be knowing what i'm doing. I just be growing by faith like i'd, be really just moving by faith but um, i'm just cutting honestly. I just cut it into three different sections and then i'm just layering it like. I wish i can explain how i'm doing this, but you just got ta. I guess watch it, i'm not a professional when it comes to layering, hair and stuff like that, but i'm definitely learning and i'm trying to get a lot better, but i still think that this came out really really cute once i curled it y'all gon na see Do so now, i'm about to curl my hair with my curling iron and i'm just sectioning off the hair. Before i start curling i like to move in sections, and i believe that this curling iron is one point for 25 inch, curling iron and basically, when i'm curling, i'm just curling away from my face, i'm not going to lie. I haven't curled my hair with curling iron in a little minute, so i was a little rusty, but i pretty much figured it out and yeah. Look at that curl! That'S how the curls should look for real if you um are kind of new to curling irons. Practice makes perfect. It took me a minute to really like figure out how to like curl my hair, make it the curls to look how i wanted them to look. But i'm just curling away from my face, always remember away from your face away from your face and the curls will come out bomb every time now. I can definitely say that this hair held a curl and i don't think it has anything to do with the hair. Necessarily though, i believe that it held a curl because i cut the hair and i lay up the hair anytime, you lay your hair or cut it or even when a hair is short. Shorter hair holds a curl a lot better than longer hair. So this is the hair once it finished curling and i'm actually going to let it sit for about 10 minutes before i comb out the curls. In the meantime, i'm just taking my fun la girl, pro concealer and a slanted angle brush, and i'm just defining this part. So after the curls have sit for about 10 minutes. I just take my wide toothed comb and i'm just like combing away from my face and i'm just playing with the hair and making sure that it gets in like the style that i want it to be, especially this bang piece. This bang piece, like i said, will make or break a hairstyle, so so freaking cute, look at that all right, you guys. So this is the end of the video and i love this hairstyle. So pretty much. I think it's so like it's giving grown woman like giving real grown woman, and i'm just in love with it, okay and get into it. So i hope this video was helpful for y'all y'all.
