Hi everyone today, I'm going to show you this really key tutorial on how to do a simple bait, braid on your fringe or your bang area. So this is a simple super, simple, easy way to do. A Dutch braid and you can wear it with straight hair or curly hair, whatever you want to wear it with. This is just a simple tutorial on how to do this thing braids, so I hope you guys enjoy and if you haven't already subscribed, please, if you like this video, give it a thumbs up and subscribe thanks guys. So, let's begin for this tutorial, you can wear your hair straight or curly, I'm going to put those up in the sidebar so that you can click on a link to see more videos on how to curl or straighten your hair. Now I'm going to section off a top part on the side that I'm going to do a braid and I'm going to clip this up and out of my way. So all down below is what we're going to be braiding. Now I'm going to grab three strands and this is going to start my front braid, I'm going to do this a little bit differently than your traditional Dutch, braid and so just follow along I'm going to take the front strand and braid that under the middle, then The back strand and braid the under the middle and then I'm going to add hair to the very front strand and then I'm going to cross that under the middle and then I'm going to add hair to the front strand. And then I'm going to cross. The back strand under the middle, I'm not going to add hair, but I'm going to take the front strand under the middle, add hair to another front strand cross your back strand under the middle and then cross your front strand under the middle. Add hair to the front strand cross your back strand under the middle cross, your front strand under the middle add hair to the front strand. I get to the part where my braid isn't going to be showing from the front anymore. I'M just going to continue this down a few inches, maybe about two inches of just a regular, normal braid. So you're going to continue this all the way down, grab a small, clear, rubber band and we're going to tie this off at the ends to keep it nice and secure. Then up underneath your hair, we're going to create an X section and pin our braids right into place. This is going to keep it nice and secure, so it doesn't go anywhere and we are now finished with our braids. I hope you guys enjoy thanks. So much

Ellen Sturgill Cummings: This was so helpful! I've never been able to style my hair like this. Thank you!

Alex Wolstenholme: lovely simple explanation and clear video - thank you :)

Sarah H: Omg this helped me finally know how to do it. Ive been trying for weeks and this video helped me get it!! Thank you!

Bethany Evans: this tutorial is the best i have watched for this hairstyle, thanks! x

ile amour: I was looking for a cute style for an interview on long hair, this is it and it's beautiful! Thank you!

ovo am: Oh my gosh I love your hair and the color that's so much for this tutorial really helped! So glad I clicked on it I'll subscribe!

Lauren H: This was a great tutorial! I did this with my hair for our school's winter dance and it looked great.

Alyssa: This is the first and only time i have EVER been able to learn how to do this. THANK YOU!!!!

jessica wood: Thank you you were very helpful !

swtbabee01: Those of you that are having a problem doing this, this is called a lace braid. It is like a normal Dutch Braid (just like a French braid but braiding hair under instead of over each other) except you add hair to only one side. In this case you are only adding hair to the front not the back.

Andrea Ramirez: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! This is the first tutorial that I understand finally! So helpful!

justdance02: Love this style!! I have similar hair and can never seem to tuck the braid away with bobby pins without them sticking out from the hair that falls over it. Any advice?

Kate Garcia: SOO HELPFUL!!!!

PantherJM15: That’s really pretty!

Emily O: This is great! Not too fast for me! ;)

Victoria Glasner: omy gosh I have been looking for a toutorial on how to do this for years all of the ones that I did finds well they didn't actually have a short fringe so thank you so so so so much

Arianna Herron: For everyone saying it doesn't make sense, let me try and help. Take your front strand and cross it under your middle strand first. Braid like normal, only adding hair to the front strand right before you cross it under. I hope that made sense. Lol.

Hannah King: this literally has been the only tutorial that has successfully taught me to do this. ever.

chloe etheridge: thanks your so amazing i learnt a new hair style

Natalie M: Mine are getting better... most difficult thing for me was to get my hand-hair “posture”— how to hold the switching parts together....but once you find how to hold your hair pieces.... talk out loud on the steps... it helps lol

Samie Gonzalez: So cute!!!

m. vanpil: Thank you so much!

Ayesha Ali: Awesome!

Aquasurfergirl: Adorable!

Thu Nguyen: U really deserve more views

Flatwani: omg now i can do sayu's hairdo yasssssss

Ivan Tapia: Its so cute

Sasha Dunchock: can you do a video with this same method but slower please? i tried to follow along but you go way too fast

Hannah: I hate how tutorials say cross the front over the back then cross the back over the middle, so on. It's like they're rapping it. It's tooooo fast!!

Meow🐈‍⬛: My bangs are too short for this

Manuela Gmz: So basically only adding hair to the front. Gotta try this.

Sheryl Anne: Can't follow as easy as other tutorials.

Alexsis Mae: Samie!!! I need the state you live in before I can send you the giveaway!

sarahvball: all this got me was tangled hair

Clarissa: Too fast I couldn't keep up

Maria Contreras: a lil slower would really help !!

LA Woman: Clear as mod lol
