Mendoza from fantasies, hair salon and today I'm going to share with you some tips and techniques on how to get a huge 80s Bing. So to give that huge, 80s look bangs. What we're going to do is we're going to tease now you can do this, whether you have curly hair and it's wet or whether you have straight hair, but it's curled with a curling iron or any type of hot tool. It doesn't have to be wet. If your hair is normally straight, and you decided to add curls for that day, but since today my client does have curly hair we're going to work with her wet hair. And what we're going to do is we're going to divide her bangs area and a little bit more of the bangs. So maybe about an inch more of the back section and we're going to just separate our hair to make sure that we have our bangs in the right direction. Now half of the banks are going to go frontwards and then half of the banks are going to go backward. So we're going to start off by teasing the back section and we're going to taste with a teasing rat tail comb and I'm going to fully tease as much as I can so with your rat tail comb. You kind of just want to direct the poof all together and extend it out to add a little bit more volume. So now, what I'm going to do is, with this front section that I divided I'm going to bring the hair from the top back and clip it away and I'm going to start teasing from underneath. So since this hair is in our way, we kind of just want to pin it away for right now, you can use a bobby pin that way. You don't use a big clip and crunch the top section that we've already teased, so I'm going to tease once again I'll, throw out mice all the way to my scalp and continue to bring in small sections to the front. Now remember this hairstyle is not a clean style, is a little messy style as curly hair and tee's is always gives you a you know messy effect, but it's a nice messy effect. So it's okay, so with your rat tail you're just going to kind of blend both of the sections together of the bangs and we're going to spray a little bit from underneath going upwards. I'M Linda Mendoza and I just share with you some tips and techniques on how to get a huge 80s bang.

merfwriter Hiley: That 80's bang looked dead. Even though I was a little kid in the 80's teenagers had some big bangs that puffed out like a puffy ball of hair on their foreheads. Some were teased and messy looking. How the teenage girls got it to stay that way with all that hair spray is beyond me looking back at the late 80's today. There is something mystical about each decade. Each decade had its own hairstyles and everyone back then was able to achieve the hairstyles flawlessly. Now a days if you try to recreate to same look it turns out to be an epic fail.

Sunny Luanne: I have the same type of hair as the model. I tried spraying my hair while it was wet and I like it. Once it dried I was complemented on the shine. I also learned not to comb it once it dries otherwise it will lose the shine and of course the style. I plan to wear it this way at least twice a week to prevent heat damage.

Toni Beaird: I didn’t grow up in the 80s but my mom did and she always teased my bangs for school and that is NOT how she did it. Those weren’t even big. My mom would curl my bangs with a curling iron and hairspray them then tease them. It was like a big poofy ball on top of my head

Denise White: You want 80s big hair. Get one of us female Gen Xers to do her hair.

TevinGMedia: Her hair looks the same as it did before

Suzanne Rosenorn: Thaaaat was not a huge 80's bang that we wore.

Savannah Mendez: is this a joke? these are not no 80's bangs. not even close not even the same type. yikes.

kh22912: not quite accurate but it does look like my hair when i wake up XD

Countess Ada: Thank goodness I skipped to the end. Managed not to waste my time. She talks too much, and her result is disappointing.

elena richani: back in the 80s it was bigger then that that's nothing

Lenore Draper: That is in no way an 80s look and hair wasn’t done wet ever. All the younger hairdressers don’t get it and give me a flat stuck to my head bob everytime

mcmraw: This is Not 80s Bangs..

Jennifer Moehring: That hair looks nothing like the 80s bangs that I had! The bigger the better! The models hair was flat!

rudy escobar: Melinda is a queen

Cherokee Heart CT: That was pityful,I how that this girl is in cosmotology, she needs to learn Lots

al abama: those bangs were in the 90s not 80s and them ain't big

Michele Smith: That is not an 80's bang.

Ketteh_ Bandit: She looks hawt!

Tisha Jones: U don't do it with wet hair

Myra Manibog: Not even that big

mcmraw: No. This is not right at all.

L Mack: Lmao this was awful
