Hey guys welcome to my channel in this video, i am making an afro wig to start with i'm using this wig cap that i got from the boyce roy. I prefer this compared to what i used the first time. The material on this is very firm and also it has adjustments for when you're wearing to crochet, i'm using this small needle that i got from the boys red and the hair that i'm using is guess by angels. I got this from best lady to crochet. I'M passing the hook through the hole on the wig cap. I grab a piece of hair, then i pull it through the hole and tie a knot. When i started, i was using big pieces of hair and i realized it was not neat, especially the knots, and also it was hard to pull it through the hole the holes are. Tiny working with small pieces of hair is easier than with big pieces of hair. Also, the small crochet needle works better, as it goes through the wig cap easily without force. The hair i am using is synthetic and it tangles. When you try to separate it, i tried to separate it from the bottom, but it's being long, it was proving to be really hard by the time i was getting to the top it had already tangled. So what i did, i cut each bundle in the middle, and i could now separate it without spoiling it by cutting it. It meant that i will only need one package to fill the whole wake up, which is also a good thing. The hair is really fluffy and soft. I have used this hair before to do spring twist, although it's hard to separate it, it can give neat spring twists, as i continue to separate the hair.
