I want you to take your flat iron and I want you to throw it in the garbage with me: there's a new girl in town, baby and she's, better foreign, with a flat iron. If you have very textured hair, the flat iron can squash and flatten the hair, but it doesn't organize the strands and glide through it. That is why, when we use it as stylists, we always use a comb as well. If you don't believe me next time, you're at a salon watch a hairdresser run a straightener through someone's hair. They always use a comb, and this is why you need to organize the strands before you run a hot plate over them or you will not get a perfectly smooth and shiny result. You'Ll get a flattened result, but it's not going to be smooth straight and shiny. Now, when you're doing your own hair, holding a comb and holding a flat iron, isn't really the easiest thing foreign just like holding a round brush and holding a blow dryer, isn't the easiest thing Timo came out with a solution for blowing out your own hair with The volumizer, which just happens to be my favorite tool of all time and they came out with a solution for achieving long, lasting curls with that cool shot from the time, will airflow. So, what's going to stop them from creating the perfect straightening tool, nothing, nothing is going to stop them their tools rock, as predicted. They also came up with the solution for getting perfectly Smooth hair easily from home yourself. The comb and the flat iron at Timo headquarters fell madly in love with one another and they had a baby, and this baby is about to be your best friend it's the time of ring. I didn't want to just demo this thing on my own hair, because, even though I have very textured wavy hair, that's super frizzy. You know that the individual strands on my head are very fine. I talk about it all the time. That'S way too easy. I had to put this tool to the real test, so I brought in my sister Carolina who has dense hair. She has thick strands and she has full-blown ringlet curls. She basically entered my mother's womb. She took all the best hair genetics and then she left me in the scraps. It'S fine, I'm emotionally dealing with it in my own way. So this is how it works. You want to make sure that your hair is a hundred percent dry. Before you start, I just did a quick rough dry here before getting started to make sure that there was no moisture left over. You want to divide the hair into sub sections and work your way up. The head, just like you, would with a flat iron, make sure that the hair isn't Tangled and then run the time will ring under the hair, slowly and steadily, and then over the hair slowly and steadily. For my sister, with her density, thickness and curl pattern, I am using the highest heat setting. She really really does have extremely challenging hair to straighten I've tried to straighten it with the best flat irons that I own, the titanium ones, the 300 ones. The best of the best of the best - and I have to do like four or five passes her hair is really challenging to straighten because the curl pattern is very formed and the density is really high and the thickness is really high. So everything that's going against you when it comes to straightening out hair, she has. She has absolutely beautiful hair, but when it comes to straightening it it's a challenge, it can definitely be a huge challenge with other tools. As you can see here, you do not need to pass a tool over each strand a million times in order to get a perfect result by running it under the Strand and over the Strand. One time her coarse, high density hair was straightened immediately. Oh man, that's so satisfying! Thank you. Now, I'm going to show you on my hair. In case you have my type of texture. I have a medium amount of density, but my strands are fine. As you can see, my hair is textured frizzy and very puffy when it air dries. Naturally, before getting started, I started my timer to see how long it would take me to straighten my entire head of hair using this tool when I flat iron, my hair. It takes me about 15 minutes, but this speeds it up significantly because of the combined function of the flat iron and the brush, and also because it really only requires one pass on either side of the hair strand. I have to do a lot more passes with my flat iron, even on my hair type. This tool has five temperature settings for different hair types from 266 to 410 degrees. I stay on a medium heat setting for my hair, because that's really all that I need the heat is very stable and it has even heat distribution which helps prevent any unnecessary heat damage. So it does my favorite things. It'S smooth without frying now, you're, probably wondering: can you get to the roots without burning your head and the answer is yes: if you look at my sister's hair and at my hair it is completely straight from Roots to ends. There is an anti-skull design which allows you to reach more hair roots without any risk of burning your head see. It only took me eight minutes to do my entire head. Eight minutes come on you guys. You have eight minutes in the morning to look polished and not puffy. Just so you know, there's also a 60 Minute, auto shut off, which is very helpful. Just in case you forget it on when you are going to work, because we are all in a frantic hurry at 7am. Aren'T we especially if we have kids, it's like it's crazy. It really is a comfortable tool to use, and I give it 10 out of 10 on performance. If you wear your hair straight, A Lot get the tymo ring. You will will not regret it. I promise you if you want to learn more about Tamil products, check out these videos next I'll catch you guys next week, bye

Glam Girl Gabi: Hi Hair Besties! Check the description box if you want more details on purchase links and discount code! Check out this video next: **If I could only have ONE Hair Tool for the Rest of My Life, THIS would be it. NOT CLICK BAIT! https://youtu.be/9CPOlRaXMS8

Taj R.: Looks really great but I’m so happy I’ve finally embraced my curly hair! I DO NOT miss straightening my hair. At all!! My curls are coming back so beautifully. It takes dedication but I get SO many compliments on my curly hair now❣️

Maria DeSantis: Oh my goodness perfect timing! My hair is exactly like your sisters same texture and type of curl I can’t get over the shine?! My hair never looks silky with a regular straight iron unless my stylist does it and your so right she always uses a comb running it through lol. My husband just asked me a few days ago what I wanted for Christmas, I had no idea but now I do! Thank you Gabi!

Careena Koch: Thanks for this great video! I have a couple of questions, though: Do you need to use a heat protectant on the dry hair before using the tool? And if so, which one do you recommend?

Heidi Gambill: I went and bought this straightener right after I watched your video on Thursday. It is THE BEST straightener I have ever used! I have hair like your sisters and this thing worked a miracle on mine. Thank you so much for the recommendation! This was sent from the straightener gods!!! And I used your code and it only cost me $55.00 and I got it two days later! Amazing, could not recommend more.

Antonia Rebelo: Thank you Gabi - I'm sold! I have thick coarse wavy hair - so this is perfect for me. I can't wait to try this

Narayani Ji: Hi Gabi, I have hair like yours. Do you recommend the Tymo Ring over the Tymo Ionic brush? Have you tried their ionic brush and do you think it does something different than the Tymo Ring?

Nadia ASMR Studios: Hey Gabi! I have the Tymo blow dry brush and it is awesome! My hair is similar to yours but I have more curl. First I blow dry my hair with the Tymo blow dry brush and then to get it sleek and super straight, I go over it with the same Revlon flat iron you have and it’s great, it gets my hair super sleek but sometimes I do have to go over the strands. With this one so you think it would work better? Would I still have to go over each section twice over and under if I am starting with hair that is already blown dried straight? Thanks!!

Yuntao Ni: I have this tool. It certainly works on my textured wavy hair. Love my TYMO RING.

Kayla Lyons: My hair is naturally straight but even I think I would buy this! Lol. Also I just enjoy watching Gabi!

Eunice Marie Castillo: Great video, Gabi! TYMO Ring works beautifully on my hair. I love it! ❤

Nicole Halper: I actually love your before hair ! Love the messy full look

KC Mabel: I just want to say that you have introduced me to the best hair tools, I got that hybrid hairbrush/hair drying thing and is awesome, can’t wait to get this one for Christmas.

Brenda Manning: I have exactly your type of hair! I bought the Tymo Ionic straightening brush (all I could get in my country quickly) For me - I had to hold the end of my hair as otherwise it is so fine it didn't really go through the 'bristles' enough to straighten it, def took more than one or two passes. I did notice less hair breakage than with a flat iron. However, for me it was 'home straight' not so much going out straight, and for some reason the next day, even after sleeping on a silk pillowcase it was a birdsnest (2 days in a row) - are there products you recommend with this?

Antoniette Musolino: Wow what a difference the tool makes to you both of you it looks amazing that tool is cool good tips Gabi

HudsonBoyCandleCo.: Thank you Gabi! Do you use the original or plus? What is the difference?

Ptilopsis m: This tool is amazing!Love your reviewThank you Gabi!

Mo: You two are the cutest! I could listen to you all day even though I hardly do any of this stuff lol.

S C: I tried to order this using Gabi's coupon code on Amazon but it did not work... so ordered it anyways, would have been nice to get the disc & support Gabi, two birds with one stone!

TinyDancer: My hair is a challenge. It's coarse and dry and very textured Latina hair. If the Tymo can straighten my hair along with the roots which are hard to straighten without a flat iron and/or serious blow drying then I'll buy it tomorrow.

Kimberly Seifert: Which do you recommend, the tymo ring or the ring plus? I'm not concerned about the price difference. Just want whichever is best

TheJudyinPDX: Thanks! I just bought it using your link and got the Revlon blow dry brush too. Can't wait to try both!

mother mayhem15: I have had this tymo thing for so long and I used it once and it was so weird I never used it again. Looks like I will have to try it again after seeing this lol

elsie salas: Hi, I have used this for yrs now. I have wavy, curly, frizzy hair and this has been the best .

Christy Casey: I have a question for you, my hair is really fine too but I was wondering if it's a good idea if I added a little texture in the crown area?

LuvToys Collector: It looks great It’s worth a try

Satenik: What kind of heat protectant do you use? I'm so scared to use any iron without it. The one I bought was so sticky I can't use it.

Nancy or Keith M: I almost bought this. I read so many reviews that said you can’t have product on your hair. Ie oils, Heat protectants etc or it will get gunked up and smoke after a few uses. Dang it I don’t want to use heat on my hair without protecting it….

Mo Di: She looks like a different person, so I would love to see a GRWM to see how the "model" got that amazing eye makeup & lashes

J: I'm the youngest of 5, and I can relate to receiving the dregs of hair quality from my parents.

Comelite Kang: Please we’ve been using this for ages and no need to toss your flat iron, both tools has its place in the hair game.

Julia Xie: I love my TYMO RING! It’s giving silk pressSo cool

Laurie Daly: But I love your natural waves, so even though it seems like a great tool, I like your hair better when it’s “frizzy and puffy.” It’s just so cute! ‍♀️

1m0nik1: What products did you use prior to doing your sister's hair?

TheJessy8888: Great timing, i was looking this tool description and i liked it, want to purchase but have one issue, does it work with 220V (europe) instead of the 110V (US)?

Tim Shang: Love the new girl in town! I have to get one for my friend’s BDay! She will love it ❤

Cathie Perez Reyes: Amazing!!! I just ordered it ❤

Su Carrot: Love your video about this hair straightening brushI have to buy one!

kjbrocky: Have you tried the Tymo hair straightener brush?? I wonder if that would be better than the comb style? What do you think? Thank you!!

Ce Mitchell: OMG, my sister did the same thing to me!

DIDIDDDD: Thank you Gabi!I have to buy one!

Meg Christine: I'd love to see you review the new Drybar Straight Shot. I bought it but haven't tried it yet.

Christine Stefanovski: Oh my word...she looks so different...curly verses straight. Her cheeky eyes sparkle with straight hair.. straighten hair opens her face..very pretty. Gorgeous sisters.... both are a treat to watch when you're fooling around together... I need more hands..never can straighten the back..plus I'm getting older and things hurt now that never used too..‍ Stay well - love from Australia Christine..

Tina Cortes: Thank you Gabi!

Bob Pocock: I just done understand why these beautiful woman feel the need to ruin themselves with awful tattoos, I mean just look at this young lady, she's so beautiful, she's beyond enhancement

Wayne: Nice gift choice! I‘ll purchase it to my love!

SHAKE 22: It’s the best flat iron I ever had

Athena Papadopoulou🇬🇷: Great video and I saw it has international dual voltage for us European women Greetings from Greece❤️

Mrs B: Hi❤ I would like to buy it. But how do you compare this one with your recent video? The only one brush you would have ? I don’t know which one to get

Roshmi Ray: No for having an absolutely straight hair a flat iron is a must... Straightening hair comb brush just don't work at least with me... A flat iron is a must for me at least....

Kinsey Winger: Welp... I'm sold! This tool looks amazing.

thegreenmanofnorwich: Wouldn't you normally blow dry at least straight-ish to start with?

Lisa Thompson: Cute, informative video. You & your sister are adorbs!

Sa Ci: Hi Gaby Can you do the waves with this tool ? You know 1 tuck in, 1 tuck out ?

こ こ: Already had it!! Love this

Nia Dean: Is this better then the revlon brush?? I have hair like your sisters as well so thanks for this video!!

Gloria S.: I can't wait to get this!!!

SurgicalTech Crafter: Thanks to you. I ❤️ my TYMO blow dry brush and GURL......with my Dry Bar Velcro Rollers I get so much volume ( WE ARE TALKING 80s volume).

sharon Irons: I'm a stylist. I can straighten other peoples hair, but not my own )-: I may invest in this at home. My hair has ringlets and now I have embraced the grey, its even curlier!

dancing1133: That lip combo is looking what is it?

Miss Mo: Cariolina has wonderful hair! I hope she only straightens only once in a while.

Jarmila Jalůvková: ok. and now the opposite way. how to curl fine hair ? but gently, safely. and...easy... thanks

Midlife Mom: That so interesting cuz ive used a comb for a long time too

Rachel Dee: To all my fine hair gals out there! The TYMO heat controls are VERY finicky. Even on the lowest setting, it would get way too hot (probably the equivalent of over 380° F). If you have thicker, coarser hair, then you could try it.

j kv: Hi what Temperature do you use it on please let us know!

Elizabeth Field: Wow. Getting this. I have your hair type! You and your sister are so pretty!

Ekaterina Rasheva: Not true. Tymo doesn’t work out for thick and curly hair.

Princess S: My ghd is amazing. I don't need to use a comb. I have fine long hair. My ghd is so expensive to throw away

Esther T. Jones: It's because you're doing a rough dry with no straightening technique to it. If you blowdry her hair straight, then flat iron it it will work. Look up "silk press" on youtube for more info.

Robbie Thomas: I want to see this used on hair that’s actually coarse.

Firdos Vohra: Did you use any product?

Jo Lindskog: Do you use any product when using this straightener?

Nita Itc: The discount code does not work. Could not buy on the website

Dorian Meyette: I ordered this iron and just got it today. It does a great job straightening, but my ends look awful because this thing doesn’t grab the ends. How do you get it to look smooth all the way through????

maria cruz: what hair dye does she use?

Jaqueline Dias oliveira: O mulher linda gostaria de saber qual é a cor do cabelo dela muito lindo

Lyne Greenough: Two things: I was...well, I don't think the word is "blessed" but I have very straight, fine, thin hair. My hair has zero body. I recently got it cut in a blunt bob and the hairdresser's words were, "Boy, you sure weren't blessed with your hair, were you?! You have, like, nothing going for you!" I do not need this tool, but this was a very cool result to see! Second thing: was that a real phone number cause it shows up, like 100% clearly...not sure if that should be blurred out...

JAIME EAMES: I want the tymo ring plusa nd the volumiser id like to purchase thru your links o u make a commision bcos i appreciate you putting me onto this i hope they ship to the uk bcos on uk amazon its 99 pounds so id prefer to get it shipped thru the mainsite link on here xxxxx THANKS cant wait to try i have nume , ghd but im in the market fr better hair tools xxxxx

Marni Dillon: Love her hair and her NAME.

Maia B.: You guys are twins! Beautiful

Conner Baker: My gf loves this tool

Nina Leah: Omg you are both so beautiful!

Louise Corrans: Haven't seen it in South Africa yet. Hope it comes here

tigerlilly__87: Wow
