This is a How To video that will show how I have taken a classic 1940s hairstyle with faux bangs typically worn with straight hair, and adapted it to my naturally kinky textured hair.

Hello, my name is Angela quinoa and I'm going to show you how I create a very simple hairstyle, inspired by a 1940s classic up to with faux bangs from my kinky curly hair. All you need is some hairpins or bobby pins and, what's called a rest, to shape the faux bangs. The first step is to section the hair off to create the bangs. Then I take my rat and roll it in my hair. You don't necessarily year wrap to help form your faux bangs, because naturally, textured hair can hold the shape pretty well with just pins. If you decide to use a rat to shake your bang, just make sure it's covered with your hair, and then you just pin it to secure it in order to shape the rest of the hair. I first start by rolling the size of my hair about one inch to two inches on the side, and then I secure it with pins. For the final step, I took the hair under and secure it with pins all the way around to top off this hairstyle. With the 1940s inspired flair, you can add your favorite hair accessories such as flowers, decorative hair pins and, in this case I'm going to use one of my favorite hats. I hope you enjoyed this video bye, bye and thanks for watching
