Cutting My Curly Hair - Curtain Bangs Fail

Hey guys, it's molina welcome back um. I am preparing to film another video, i'm going to be cutting my hair, i'm not sure on how short yet but like don't mind my messy room, please, but i'm going to be cutting my hair, i'm thinking of doing like some. You know bangs, you know bangings, but i'm not sure. Yet i just like my fringe, like i like my french. The way it is, i just wish it was a bit shorter and i would like to do bangs, but i'm not sure but um yeah. So i really hope that you guys enjoy this video. So, hey you guys welcome back um, it's honestly been like two weeks since i started this video and i just woke up it's like 10, something so yeah, but i'm still trying to figure out how i want to do this um. If i just want to pull it all up into like a ponytail right about here and cut it or if i want to do it side by side, um, but either way, i want to take off a lot of the length. So i may have to hop in the shower and then wipe my hair down and put a lot of conditioner in it and then like tie it up. So i think that's what i'm going to do so i will be right back and before we do get started. I wanted to show you how my hair is like right here and then also like there. We go and then like about right there. I don't know if you guys can see that, but like that's about how long my hair is so let me go ahead and hop in the shower and we'll be right back. Okay, guys, i'm back um. I'Ve got my hair and, like the center of my head more towards like the crown i brush it all forward and as you can see, you know, i'm brushing all four and let's get into cutting. It'S also like a lot of conditioner in here. So if you see as i'm brushing through anything, if there's like, seems like a lot of conditioner it's because there is it's the only way, i can keep my hair moisturized enough to actually get through the cutting process, so so yeah, okay, so first, this is the Longest part of my hair, so i'm going to because i know all these ends are not good, so i'm going to cut it to about right here and then i'll, even it out um with all my other links. So i'm going to cut it right here, and this is just like my fingers and the scissors, so these hairs are in the way. Oh, please stay! Oh, let's get to cutting. Let'S cut this much more, i'm pretty sure that wasn't a straight line. Let me see: okay yeah, i don't know if you can tell both sides aren't even let me see okay yeah. I need water, okay, yeah. I don't know if you guys can tell, but like it's, not it's human. For some reason. I always have like these few straggly pieces that, like aren't even with her ark or is it even? Is it oh, it is all right dang. I actually got the comb too. All right, let's see and the reason i have not put my glasses back on yet - is because i don't want conditioner to get all over them. Well, at least my brush doesn't snag at the end anymore. That'S awesome hold on i'm pulling new hair from this side. I don't want to okay. Oh let me put this back for now. Okay, so i found a comb and someone i wanted to use. But you know it's: okay, okay, okay, hmm right here: oh um, oh okay, okay, you're! Finally, getting a haircut! You like, let's not get too scissor, happy: okay, it's okay, okay, there we go and they are secure. So you guys can't really! Oh there we go. That'S what i'm looking at right now. Why is this side really shorter than this? Because it's a bit shorter? Those pieces right there, let me let me pull just to make sure. Maybe it's just me. Okay, some of these ends are still looking a little um, but if i'm being completely honest, i would need to cut all that off like that's how badly damaged my hair is - and this is not even like from heat damage. I'Ve straightened my hair once and i don't go out into the sun, much um. This is just from not taking care of my hair and giving it the carrot needs. So i would have to cut like. Let me see we got. We need to cut like that. Much off should we do it, i mean i think we should do it just like cut it all off, because what's the point in keeping it i mean, so i'm not worried about it and even if it didn't, i wouldn't be worried about it. Anyways, because i'm real cute and i've had worse haircuts before so, i think we're gon na do it. You know, i think, that's what we're gon na do. Yeah looks about right to me. I just need to make sure it's even on this. I just got ta make sure it's even on this side too. Okay, so where you're right there, that's how much there we go. I mean be easier for me to manage and, like i said, it'll grow back, so i'm not worried about it. My hair feels so much better, i'm going through this every six months. Okay, my hair feels so much better like and it's still got some layers in it, so i'm not mad about that. Yeah make sure brush it all out. Make sure i didn't miss no shrapnel hairs. I think it's the worst part about cutting my hair myself is i always get like straggly hairs. You can't hide from me all right and then it was like that much yeah. That'S, let's see if it's even oh, my god! Thank you, father! Thank you! So much! Oh, my god girl front piece there that much yeah say that much! No! That'S too little there. We go that much. Okay, no you've already been cut stay in your lane. Bro! Okay, um make sure ugh okay, oh it's the side because i still don't know but yeah okay, so i'm done cutting my hair. I mean it looks even you know and my brush will most likely not get stuck anymore. Yet it just goes straight through. Yes, that's all i wanted that is all i wanted was just for my brush to go straight through and not get stuck on. My ends. Okay, so yeah, it looks even to me, okay and then bangs. Oh, i mean i don't know. I, like i, like the bangs, let me see my camera cut off on yeah i like off centered, better than centered. I mean i do look good with this center part going wrong, but, like i like a bit all centered personally i mean i like my things, they're going to be really short, but but i like them, i mean that's the only thing: cutting curly hair versus straight Hair, which, if you have curly hair, you know um. Whenever you cut, even if you you know, let it bounce back and everything. You can still expect a little bit more shrinkage than what you're seeing now um, because my hair isn't like fully dry and it tends to like shrink as it dries but yeah. This is how it's looking now, i'm gon na go rinse all this conditioner out style. My hair and i'll, let you guys know i'll, show you the end result. I'M also gon na um be doing a video of styling. My short curly hair. Oh i like that. That'S really pretty! Oh yeah! That'S really pretty! Okay! Let me go now because i'm really feeling myself right now, like the giantbomb.com like it's just, am i ready for the shrinkage? That is the question, and can it still go in a ponytail? That is the most important question of all. Yes, bishop can that's. All i needed to know is that it could still ponytail okay, so let me go rinse style and i'll show you guys the end result and you're also going to get another video, but let me get a thumbnail as well and i'm really curious to how it Looks on the back, you guys, i don't really care about a listen back, because i can't see it, but i'm always curious - and this is the first time like me, filming a like cutting my hair video, so you know so much hair. This is how much hair we cut off you guys that was an alligator clip, but i'm trying to well that's like how much hair we cut off there's more, but this is one of the. I think it's one of the shorter strands you know, but let's see how i like it and yeah so i'll, see you guys later. Okay, guys, it's like two days later, since i've cut my hair. This is how it turned out once it's like styled and it's completely dry. This is how it turned out. You know the shrinkage is real, you know, so that's that's to be expected. The shrinkage is very real. Instead of you know down here, it's up there, so i'm not mad at it. I really like it and even though i tried to cut curtain veins, you know i'm not too mad at my bangs i mean i think i look really cute with just like full bangs. I haven't tried just oh that's really cute too. That'S really cute too, but i had it parted over here. More like a side, bang um or no, i should say more off-center thing, but i'm not mad at it. I like the length, i think it looks really cute. You know i still have layers. I think the shortest layer is right here, that's the shortest layer of my hair, and i think, maybe i'll i might bleach my hair you guys, because i've always wanted to go blonde. The closest i've gotten was lion: king, okay, the closest i've gotten with lion king. So so yeah i do want to try bleach my hair again. I have gotten burgundy, which like really looks good on me, so i'm not sure i might just like you know, put a red hair dye just over this, just like in a box that, even though brad mondo says don't i might um but yeah, i'm really liking. It my brush can get through my ends again, i'm not looking too crazy like, except for some of these curls. You know - and yes, i know the top part up here like on this side, only like for some reason on this side, only it's like wavy but like right, underneath it it's like curls, like uh like even like right here, those are like curls like i. I don't know why i have a lot of different textures on my hair.
