First of All Let me say that there are better tutorials for faux bangs here. I did this in a rush so it didn't come out as great as I normally style it. Second, The main reason I did this tutorial was for fans on my page requesting it. So yes, I know there are better videos and with much better editing that I didn't have time to do haha.

It took me so long um this time I had a lot of requests for the faux bangs, so I'll be doing the faux being something really quick. Just because I kind of don't have a lot of time. It'S Thanksgiving today, still Happy Thanksgiving and probably tomorrow. I'Ll do the victory rolls, if not a day after, since it's a long weekend I'll have plenty of time. So, first of all, you're going to need of course, teasing comb. A bristle brush to smooth out all the flyaways and lots of bobby pins, curling iron. Doesn'T matter really what size as long as it curls your hair and, of course, hairspray, and I got a lot of questions as to which hairspray I use the one that I use is um ion and it's the mega hold freezing spray. This I've been using it for five years and I won't use anything else just because it smells okay. First of all, it sounds really good. Like people have come up to me, tell me how good it smells and then second um it holds really well without making your hair super super stiff. I mean it makes it not. I guess what kind of hard, but not like the other ones like um. I use the Aussie, but it would make my hair like super hard and stiff this one's actually pretty good, so yeah. I recommend this one for everyone. Who'S been asking. This is how it looks. It used to be um pink, a style pink cap with pink writing, but I guess they changed it and um so yeah. That'S it. Okay, we're gon na get started. So first, you have to section the top of your hair kind of like the other style. I did my hair is really thin, so I always have to get like a really big portion of hair. Okay, so like that, ignore my roots, please, okay, so separate the hair just hold this hair back in place, so it doesn't get mixed up with the top section. Okay now grab a front piece and just curl it. I grabbed the back piece. Do the same thing. Just throughout the hair just so it kind of shapes it into a roll. I know there's different ways of doing this, but this is the way I do it just because I have bangs, as you can see so it's kind of uneven, so I usually have to mess around with it for a while. So it can stay. But if you don't have bangs, you shouldn't have any problems. Oh now grab a back section, grab your hair spray spray a little and then start teasing not too much just enough to give a little bit of light. Okay with the next section and your last one just pull it forward and grab your bristle brush and just comb it down to smooth everything out spray, some hairspray okay. So this is your piece now. What you're going to do is just grab the tip you're going to start rolling it okay. So it's going to be like that. Have your plot, you can pin one side like I said I have bangs, so I usually never get it on the first try just because my bangs always want to get loose but, like I said you should not bro no pin the other side. Okay, so it should look like that. I like to push him down just so. The teeth can drop a little now you're, going to grab this side and just gently separate the hair and kind of move. This piece in place like that just push it in a little bit just slowly, pull this side out and up like that, some grab a bobby, pin and just pin that in place. Okay, now you're going to do with the other side. Like I said, I always have problems with this side because of my bangs so we'll see if it wants to cooperate today, but you're going to do the same exact thing to this side, but, like I said slowly, do it just so you don't pull the hair Apart then, you get all this like. You can see the the teasing at the bottom and it looks messy not pretty dumped in this side see my bang went back down. I have to keep doing it. You well that's better. What I usually like to do is just pull on this a little bit, so it kind of shapes it. I'M going to fix this side, you, okay, so that's it! For now I mean right now: I'm not worried about it being super perfect. Just because I'm going to put a bandana thing in my hair, so you can drop this down. Okay now you can use a bandana one of those chiffon scarves. Whatever you want um I'm using this bandanna, it's a leopard print one. I got it from Miss foo-foo Vaughan, lady garden. She has the most awesome, hair accessories, which I totally love. This is one of them. She also has this one, which I totally want to wear but Thanksgiving, I don't think it's appropriate, but how awesome is this? This is like my favorite one and then of course sailor. I love everything, not a goal, but with what I'm wearing today, this is going to match so put this one. You want to make sure to get it back there. Sometimes it gets a little distorted, but you can just fix it. So yeah, it's a lot harder for me. Normally I keep going back and forth fixing it, but since this is a tutorial, not even gon na keep doing that because it is just going to waste everybody's time, I mean there's other tutorials too. So I mean you can look at those everybody doesn't different. I'M just I guess this is the easiest way for me because of my bangs but yeah. So this is it and I'll put up pictures and normally um. What I also like to do is tease the back, but since I'm going to do the victory rolls, probably tomorrow, it's going to be a pain in the butt to try to do everything to get like the ratting out and fixing it, but yeah. So uh finish it up with like some hair spray, the bottom mining curl and stuff. So I mean I don't think you need to watch me cool it, but yeah. So just call the bottom tease the back.
