Natural Hair Grwm: Half Up Half Down W/ Swoop Bang!

Thank you so much for coming by my channel y'all today, I'm doing a hair get ready with me. I'M doing this hair style right here. I just wanted to show y'all me trying out a new hairstyle. I'Ve been seeing this on my girls who have straight hair. I don't like, maybe I should try it on my curly hair and I feel anything like it. I think it looks cute. It was very difficult, but if you guys liked it keep on watching this is not a tutorial. I repeat, this is not a tutorial. This is just a hair, get ready with me me doing my hair, while I'm talking to y'all and yeah. That'S all this is alright, so this is my hair as I'm now I just have it in this super sloppy messy bun, I'm not going to take it out, so y'all can see what we're working with it's the mirror behind the camera. Now, so that's why I'm? Looking past the camera, this one, my hair, is basically looking like it's a little stretched because it's been up in that bond and I had it in a ponytail earlier today. So it's a little stretched. I think that I want to do like a swoop bang. What the half and pat down I've been seeing it and I really like it. I'Ve never tried this hairstyle on my hair, so today I'm really picky about my half-up half-down. It'S because I don't like the way the back of my hair looks. Sometimes I'm not explaining it, but just is not cute um. The first thing I'm gon na do is part my hair, for where the bank is gon na, be this isn't a tutorial member. Okay, I'm just showing y'all you doing my hair, because y'all enjoy my hair videos, so I wanna give you guys something you want to watch. This is in no way a tutorial. It'S just me doing my hair okay, see sometimes you got ta, go a little deeper. Just like to see me, okay, that should work, and then I'm gon na take a section on mine. Everyone really part this this section of hair to make a banging I'm gon na twist it up and put it away. You know I was trying to UM film. This video in the daytime and I got out of class today yeah I don't know what it was, but I was so flipping tired, like I just I'm tired and I so I slept the majority of the day. I think I got home they're like 12 and I slept from like to like 3. So I'm not the majority. Today I slipped a couple hours. I was like dang. I really wanted to get cute pictures outside for the thumbnail and then it would have been pictures for Instagram, but girl. Your girl was sorry, okay. I was small, Oh awful yeah, I'm gon na. Thank you by the way, I'm just dampening my hair with a spray bottle, but I want to thank y'all for the feedback on my black girl series. One video right now. It'S Thursday, my black girl, video episode 2, will be up by the time. Y'All see this video, but it's not up right now, so I haven't seen the feedback from that. Yet because it's not get live, but it premieres tomorrow at 3:30. I believe, and the first one that like more views, then typically my videos get, and I really like that, like I don't know that I see you guys. So I'm really glad that you guys I'm like this type of series and I'm getting good feedback from it. My baby - oh that's my boy, okay, so yeah! This is. This is the part that gets my head spinning, okay, so my hair is a little damp now, but I, like, I said, I'm really picky about how I, like my half-up half-down. I don't part, even though I should, but I I can't see well well. I can't park that low to begin with, but I can't really even see anyways, so it's like, I just feel it out to like this. This should be cute. Let me imagine, and then this will be, I'm gon na take this little hair tie and secure the back just so that it's out of the way. Well, I put the top up: oh okay, so I'm gon na use my belly curls coconut, whipped cream, leave-in conditioner and I'm gon na just put that over this pony tail section of the half pipe cut down, so that my ponytail is nice and defined and moisturize. My curls popping the ponytail, and that also helps with like smoothing it, so there isn't much frizz and I'm going with my Denman brush my raggedy day. My brush, I'm gon na start detangle. It is it's really tingly right now, ooh, I'm gon na. Think of like some things to talk about jaw because I'm talking but what's been going on, but not much Willie's been popping off for anything. I mom I'm in school, but y'all saw my blog first week back to school. I'Ve just been focusing on. You know developing a business, I'm not sure if this it's more like a side thing like it's, not something that I feel like. I want to cultivate and leave to my kids or anything. I don't know I'm still trying to figure it out, but I I do it for my free time to make extra money cuz. I can always use that. I definitely need a some extra cash so never mad at that. Oh, my god. I forgot to do. Okay, I'm gon na your bag. I'M gon na get me to you. This conversation, okay, I got the ecostyler um. I have a big tub got this literally I'm gon na say this last me for about like over six months. I don't want to say a year. I'M not sure, but I've had this for a long time and I use it every day. So just doing something right. I like it because it has really good hold, but I don't like how dirty my hair gets. But I guess is that within each oh anyways um like I was saying I'm trying to focus this look. I can't speak. I'M kind of focus on developing a career for myself and you know I'm graduating soon. So I'm trying to think about those type of things stuff like that. I'M go ahead and take this up. I'M excited, though, like y'all know I'm all about manifestation. I cover this a little bit in my school vlog, but I'm all about that and I feel like it's been working for me, because nothing can go wrong with you being positive. Nothing bad can come from that and I feel like consistent positivity just promotes positive vibes in your life in it it just. Oh, my god. I think my here's I wrote, but that sucked it in so maybe it'll stay a little bit. This thing I'm trying to get this a little bit more damp, because when it's wet, I can flatten any easier in order to make the bag. So I'm put on the Bella curls moisturize that back in my hair, I believe in hope my bank got some tangles at the bottom. Nothing! You go wrong with you being positive and I feel like from being positive. You bring positivity into your life and you start ie manifesting things that you want our life and the things that you want for yourself or for others or anything, and I feel like I just really like this approach on life, because I tend I you know. Sometimes I have those moods where I can get stressed out upset. You know little stuff like that, and I I need ice now. Okay, I can't talk I feel like now. I can start thinking about like what being positive can do for me in my mental health and as far as like me, accomplishing the things I want to accomplish. Staying positive helps me stay in the headspace of being productive because, like when you're upset or you harp on things that you can't control, you tend not to be able to be as productive or you know have that same work pace that you would h-how'd. You were feeling confident in productive that make sense. That is what I'm trying to do like. Even when things go bad, I'm not saying that I don't get upset in that. You know I ignore stuff like that, but when I do get upset like I've, been really good at like I'll give myself those 24 hours like I do myself that day, because of course it's we're human. But after that honey you need to okay. When you move on like let's start thinking about something else, because there's so much going on in the world where, like you can't heart, want everything, life is so short and if you pay attention to stuff that's going on in the media and then in the and In the news you know, like life is way too freakin short, there's rebellions and other countries, there's people being mistreated, I mean even in the United States, people being shot down because of the color of their skin. So it's like. I can't be sitting here being ungrateful because of one little thing that happened or if it is a big thing, I just got to remember that into the day I'm still alive breathing. Well, I have both my parents of all my siblings. I have a best friend, or I have best friends that I love. I have a supporter of like it's just looking, okay, this is looking common, a crackhead h-2b I feel like. I need to move this upside. Oh thank my thing. Bro hold on y'all. I'M have to come back. I need to get bobby pins, like I'm, forgetting all the tools that I need. Oh my goodness hold on y'all, I'm gon na move the ponytail up higher because I think that'll look cute. This is something ours freakin struggle with. Is the bank, because how do you I'll be swooping it so that one that it stops separating by my hair start separating and then two? How do you get it to say? I'M use I'm gon na use. This like clip, use hair clips to hold it for a second cuz. We got to do this back. Oh wait. You know hey just going on back here: oh she's, looking kind of cute, I know she's, Oh, what is gone is going on here. See this. If I need the clips to control, somebody is because we can be others. Have the clip hold it down. While we do the back that much trust the bag that mind the curls me back, oh yeah, by the way I think next month or either March, I'm going to go ahead and dye my hair, another color, I'm super super excited because okay, I've enjoyed the blunt. Oh, my god, what is technique? This is gon na my nose now I've enjoyed having blonde hair but um. I just have I've been having fun with like color anyways, so I'm just ready to move on like I'm, maybe try something else. You can see how grown out my blonde is getting especially up here, because I used to be, if some of you guys don't know, I was blond to the rule boom. Like my baby hairs upon all my hair was long and it was cute now I liked it. I'M gon na take a little bit of gel yacht and like rake it through, so that you can get some control frizz and whatnot, but I'm gon na go like a warmer color. I really liked the barn that I had the first time when I did highlights because it was like a honey blonde, and this is like a yellow type blonde, a little bit which I liked. While it lasted - and I still do like it - but I'm just ready to try something new, usually like every six months - I'm ready to either read I it the same color or and touch it up or I'm ready to just go, be able to go home and Try something new, and usually I haven't yet like just read out my hair, the same color, because I feel like when I do that that'll be a color that I'm like oh yeah. This is the hair color that it's probably gon na be a color that I wear like all the time. You know I'm saying you know people who read, I there's so much that you forget that they grow dark hair underneath that's how I want to be with this new color that I'm getting and I'm so stinkin. Let'S take these little clips out. This Bank is a lot of working itself. Now, I'm a tuck it like underneath the back section. You think. That'S not I'm gon na do else. It'S gon na go like what do you. What do y'all do with all this hair, and usually I'm not know why this hairstyle I've been seeing. It was like people when they do straight hair, so it's a little bit easier. I have a tendency if I wanted to try yourself that people who have straight hair or they are wearing their hair straightened or something do I don't know why I like to try it with my curly hair, to see something. Maybe I need make like I'm taking. I'M taking this out so wrong like trying to rush, don't take out here tile like this okay, I really shouldn't even bend it cuz. Now that was a tingly mess. That'S how you get breakage think we think we didn't doing something. Oh she's cute she's, cute yeah, like why is it doing that, like these little gaps and stuff? That is really about to tick me off by the way I'm using like little gold bobby pins because they match the blind in my hair, when I saw them, I was like obsessed with them, so I love to use them. I do still use black bobby pins, but for like hair styles like these, they just add. No. No, this just looks cool he's French, my curls, I feel so stupid, cuz, I'm doing my hair and I'm not going nowhere. So this is all gon na be a four ways. Now I'm gon na do my baby hairs, I'm so picky about my baby hairs. I like them to be stooped to the mother, freaking dads! Okay! I like a little sideburn, even though I don't have like you, know those people who have just a really gorgeous sideburns. I don't have that. Satellite, oh, did that cute for someone they said. So I can get a little supper here, but I don't have my naturally pretty sad burns so have to fake it and lots of hair, and so with it to look like you did something. Should I make this a baby here you know sometimes, maybe one annoying. Do the most a little bit? Oh I'm glad I did that. Okay, so got some baby yours over here. How we digging is wow.
