Hey guys so today, I'm gon na show you guys how to clip in your hair extensions when your hair is this short and how to make it blend in and whatnot. So I have clip in extensions and I bought them already clipped in, and this is real human hair, because if you're going to be using heat products, you need human hair. So basically what I've done is section. My hair, like this and left just a little bit of hair and um it's clipped up, so this doesn't take that long. So this is how I put some image, so I stretch out the piece of hair start with the right side. Clip it in start with the next left side clip it in and then I take the middle go up as far as I can and then clip that in so then you'll have pieces. Looking like this and then if it's loose, you just needed a secure it. We do it and then you take it back down so that one had three clips on it and then section your hair again only going a little bit from the extension, so you just want a little bit of hair now separating the extension you just put it In the next one that you're gon na put in so, I think I'm gon na use another three clip this one's a bit smaller and the clips are more close to each other, and I'm gon na put this in in the left side making sure it overlaps. The other clips and then where's my other point, cake, okay and then I'm taking another three clip and I'm gon na do the same on the right side. Gon na put this clip side-by-side beside the other one, and then this will go right in the right right. There then I'm gon na pull this all down. As you can see, it doesn't look blended in yet so we got ta keep on going, so I'm just separating it a little bit and then I'm gon na clip it up again and now I'm going with my two clips, so this will usually fit about three Rows three clippings when you start with the two Clips, so I clipped it in on the left side, then I'm gon na do the middle just like that and then I'm gon na do the right side. Some people like to tease their hair and then place it in for a stronger hole, but I find that my hair gets really tangled up when I do that. So I don't tease it in because I have very sensitive hair and if it's pulled a lot or tangled, it really hurts okay. So now that we have this done we're gon na section it again like this, and I find that the more randomly it's sectioned the work easily it really blends in because it fits to precise it kind of looks fake, like you can tell so the more randomly It section in the more better it will be when you place it on and I'm not sure if I'm going to be using all 15 clips, because sometimes I do sometimes I don't so it just depends down, and so you always want to make sure that your Hair color matches your hair extensions, obviously so that doesn't look so fake and noticeable that you're wearing it and yeah these hair extensions costed quite a lot for me, but they were definitely worth it so, but you can get them at Sally's, Beauty, Supply Store and clipping, And so in the clips, if you want so and it's cheaper, I think it's about 50 bucks, but I spent crazy amount of money on these, but they last really long, yeah, okay. So what I'm gon na do now, so I'm gon na turn it this way, because this is a part where I kind of need to see where I'm clipping in okay. So we have a bunch of hair. The back is pretty much blended in because it just looks like I have layers and then it blends in but the front you can tell that I you know yeah, so we are going to section this up like this and we are going to place this thing Right over here, just like that tango D, my hair gets tingling really fast so and then I'm going to add one more on this left side so that it blends in really nicely and then you kind of want to just like twist it in a bit. Well, that's what I do and then you just spray it and yeah. So then this side, when you have side bangs, it's really good because then, whatever side, you have bangs everything pretty much blends in so a big hair. So right now my hair is kind of like chocolate, brown and my extensions are black and it looks kind of weird but yeah like you can probably tell that my hair, isn't you know this is what it looks like from far away. So it looks puffy and you can give it a bit of volume for my extensions. They hide really good in my hair, so these teams don't really show. But this is what my hair looks like with extensions and and my hair used to be this long. But then I cut it so yeah you can. If you want, you can straighten out all the ends or you can style it and wave it. So I'm gon na do a tutorial right after this one to show you how I style in with my extensions, because I do some really crazy, wavy look so yeah. So that's why this prize doesn't look too blended in because if you have short hair, you want to always wave it in with your extensions, and if you have a bit longer hair, you don't just blend it and you can really super Flatiron all this. So please check out the next video, so you don't think that I look like a freak like this but yeah and also follow my Twitter subscribe comment and request bye, guys,

Ariana Carr: I just came here for the clicky noises.....

SamanthaSpeaks1969: Thank you so much for taking the time to show how to do this. I am older and my hair is thinning; I've been considering extensions but didn't think I would be able to do it. You explain the process very well and actually make it look possible :) Thanks!

Shana Del Rae: I remember watching this the beginning of 2010 when I first got my hair extentions. You've changed so much/grown! Love your new videos now. You're doing great as a beauty guru :)

angela m: I think it was very helpful and you look amazing. I hope I can recreate that look, I have been having trouble blending my extensions

Melinda Darden: Great job blending! As a stylist that makes me happy to see someone who knows what to do!

Melissa Martin: Poor grammar, but nothing the mute button can't fix. Otherwise a very helpful video.

bloodbinds: This was really useful! My hair looks exactly like yours right now (except blonde!) and i've just brought extentions and i've watched a few videos on here and definietly found yours the most helpful! So thanks very much :-) By the way, you are beautiful! Keep up with the vids, i'm going to go watch the rest of yours now :-) x

Brenda Last: Thank you for doing this video. I had no idea how to add extensions, but you made it look pretty easy!!

Danii Rose: You're fantastic at blending it all. And I thank you A LOT for this video. I only use 4 sets of extensions. 15 IS A LOT. If you're going to wear THAT many set of extensions I think it'd be better and cheaper to just a half wig or a 3/4 wig.

ageleg1: This is a great tutorial. You are smart to buy quality hair. I do a form of clip-ins where I wear home-made ones on the bottom section of my hair and then on top, I tape in the extensions, so they last for about four weeks. Much easier than clipping in all that hair every day. The tape has helped my hair to grow -- no damage.

boppy100: Those extensions are fab:) They look to be great quality. Your tutorial is a great help to me because my hair is exactly the same length and style as yours..and now I know how to do my extensions properly:) Thanks so much:)))

rmu1218: Thank you! I was having issues trying to figure out exactly where I should section off my hair and this definitely helped!

Brit75875: This is an amazingly helpful video, thank you for posting it!! :)

Allyson Lynn: This was so helpful! You have lovely hair and those extensions are lush!

katelynlyn: Thanks for this tutorial! Your extensions look awesome!

MyLifeAsEva: hey girl :) my hair is just like hers and ive been wearing clip ins for eveeeer and im now a freshman in college. you can definately wear them in a pony tail! what i do, when i want a pony tail is i just take out the extensions i would normally clip in on the sides so its not bulky and can be brushed up like a natural pony tail. work with your shortest length extensions (like the 3 inch ones) and place them in the middle. it will work fine :D ill have an extension video on how to style next week

girly chic: Thank you for this clip in extension vlog, this will help me now with trying new styles as my hair is growing back. Please ignore negative comments. Thanks for this vlog again!

Lindy Lou: You are adorable, and BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for your tutorial! GREAT JOB! There are a lot of irreverent people that say things that are inappropriate, I hope you listen to only praise and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, the others...you don't need or deserve. You're gorgeous...keep up the great tutorial! Xo

dakotah carrillo: I just bought my first pair of extensions and you're video helped so much on how to put them in :)

Breanna Taylor: Love this. I just cut my hair off... i miss it already haha. just bought hair extensions. this is the most helpful video so far! thanks!!!

Mandy: Wow your hair is shorter then mine, my real hair is just above my chest, it was your length like a year ago.. but this does help getting my extensions to look better :)

Kit Kat: Can you do a makeup tutorial for this look? Also I love the batman shirt. :) I can't believe you can make extensions look so natural with that short of hair.

CJ Baker: you look really lovely with and without them :) thanks for the tutorial

Alyssa A. Saliou: Tip; Clip in the extensions from down to up, and the last and highest layer of extensions, you should place them as high as you can so that only a little layer of hair covers them. It will look SO MUCH BETTER.

angeljane82: I've found that if your hair is short. It works best to use your straightening iron and flip the ends on the top under a little bit. This helps it blend really well. Her's looks nice all ends are much easier to see on hair though, because I'm a blond.

Michelle O'Day: I just got my first set of extensions and this helped a lot!, and you are so pretty:)

gladys1099: U did an amazing job, I learned a lot, will try it with mine :) thanks!!

GorionsWard: To be honest you didn’t need a lot of clips in as you have beautiful hair and your hair is naturally really nice and smooth. You don’t need teasing or further volume thanks for sharing :)

Jill Cameron: You have really beautiful eyes! The almond shape is perfect and you do your make up really well. Hell, I'm 46 years old and I can't do my eyes that good! I just got extensions and had trouble blending them in. Thank you, the video was really helpful.

KakiaRemyHair: Easy install! Perfect

Ashley Kardashian: wow your super pretty! and I give you props because i have extensions too and sometimes they blend better then other times but even though you didnt use any tools to style your hair at the end it looked like your honest to goodness real hair and it looked gorgeuos! and thank you because you gave me a few tips that im gonna use for my extensions , I just got my new ones today! Keep it up your very helpful! ashley,xo

Zeusrocker: you saved my life my hair was cut to your length now my extensions look awesome!

alexa: omg this actually helped me a lot:) thanks a lot! :) loved it.

Stine Selvik: this helped sooo much! thank you! and you look beautiful! :DD

Lenka Grmanova: QUICK TIP : to the hair strands that you are applying the hair extensions to , tease them a tiny bit so the clips grip in and they wont slide off throughout the time you have the extensions in your hair :) THUMBS UP ? xo

Emy badaf: you look so much better with long hair! your face changes just like mine when i clip in my hair and i do it exactly the same way and my hair is also chocolate and hair extensions darker loool i was freakin out while watching it cua it was like watching myself

Christy Wilson: Hair looks awesome and you are gorgeous! Thanks for sharing the video.

Alexa Lynn: oh my..you're flawless ! :3 i got my extensions at Sally's too ! definitely worth it !

Ashley Vang: I'm getting my first clip ins tomorrow. My hair is all one length (besides the bangs) and it's down to my shoulders. Do you suggest layering it for extensions or it doesn't matter?

M Love: You Have the BEST HOW TO APPLY VID OUT THERE! I Am so glad I found this one. You cover IT ALL SMOOTHLY and didn't leave out what I was having probes with, u answered several questions I had but couldn't find. I'm confident I can learn to apply them now, quickly and effortless. Thang for having patience I thought I just wasted 120 bux but now IM not just MILF..I'm A. MILF DELUXE. GREAT JOB DOLL! Melanie baby 5*****

Kayla James: can you use regular sewing thread? and if so, does it affect the way it looks?

Bella Morte: Great video! I wouldn't recommend Sally's extensions though! I got mine from a wig store, and they are definitely more expensive, but totally worth it!

SUFAU001: Thanks for the tips! It looks thick & real!

dazzlelight45: @Emilytrashh thank you! I couldn't agree more and her extensions look great. My hair doesn't grow fast and I have been contemplating getting extensions. There's nothing wrong it!!

Megan Howard: I think it looks great just like that! & the color blends really well, I think. I wouldn't be able to tell you had extentions in!

Sarahmae Brewbaker: THANKYOU SO MUCH! AND YOUR MAKE-UP LOOKS GREAT IT GAVE ME IDEAS FOR PROM :)

pinkjenStewart: looked good you did great i learned a lot :) thank you and you look good with short and long

urbanARTkid: I didn't even notice your hair was brown. I think it looked fine as is when you were done. Looks great. Thanks for sharing your wisdom!

TheGoodLyfe: I like these extensions but just wanted to say you look really beautiful, love the color of your eyes and your tutorials :)

xoxobrandilynn: I have hair extensions now(: Just got em! Looks good girl(:

mewhitt123: For volume, use dry shampoo that is the same color as your hair... its also helpful if you want to create the "puff" look. :) ...

paige goebel: i learned so much from you! thanks, this was great!

Roxi D'Lite Burlesque: Dont forget to tease your hair a bit where you clip in the clip. Tease and a small spritz of hair spray then clip it in. It helps it stay.

Christie En: Which extention brand pack did you buy? &How much was it? Does it shed as well? Btw, love this Video(:

Alma: Thanks--you really helped me. I do my extentions with clips becuase my hair is way too fragile. The front of my hair is so SO short. Can I email you a pic of my hair and you can advise from there?

Rachel Smith: Amazing tutorial and great extensions! Btw you're beautiful!

niksnic86: This was a good vid! good tip on not having perfect parts. made sense! a suggestion for anyone reading though is to put buy shorter ones to put higher up that way when u finally get to your hair at the top the length difference is not as noticeable. ie you don't have your hair which is ear length and then the extensions a good 3 or 4 inches longer. Thumbs UP! :)

karaps1: your video was so helpful:) thanks so much for making this video

Rosalyn Harvey: sweet! I've always wanted longer hair, i'm gonna get some now =]

ruth johnston: terrific tutorial! thanks for showing

Denise Sessions: Unprocessed hair is always naturally lightened by exposure to light and hair underneath obviously sees the light less. so ur color from here looks natural. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!!! Denise

Lil J: your eyes are beautiful and i love the way you hair looks, your seriously so gorgeous either way, but thanks for the helpful review! (:

Michaela Latham: It Looks Really Pretty! =)

Blondaza: I say DON'T MIND THE HATERS, I THINK YOU LOOK AMAZING! AND IT WAS A RADICAL MAKEOVER, I LOVE IT!!!

RaicoonsRacoon: wow it looks beautiful :)

Linda Heymsfield: Thanks for posting, great tutorial!

PR Jenni: Hey!!! This really helped!! i was wondering... can you curl straight extenstions or no??

Jay Lashae Fit: my hair is as long as yours and its dark burgundy and my extensions are the color of my hair before i dyed it (brown) i personally love how my two colors blend together.

Meghan Barbush: I got my extentions from Sallys. they were only like 10 dollars cause well mine are 10in and i sewed the clips on it. The 12in were 20 dollars and 18in 40. Of course my mom said to start of small cause it was part of my bday present, the ones with clips already in em were like 100 dollars. I fail at everything. Espiccally my hair. This did help alott(: thank you.

Jayden TVTube: I loooove how it looks!!! I want some!!

Lynn Quast: Your hair looks great and you have beautiful eyes!!!

ImaShicopika96: Clip in extensions don't damage your hair. Teasing the hair before clipping them in can damage it, but because the teasing damages your hair. I've worn clip in extensions for two years, no damage done.

Inspired: I thought it was cute when you said "ouch tangly"  you should try argan oil, it really helps me keep my hair from tangling and it makes it super soft. thanks for posting the video!

livybun: that was sooo helpful(: i got some from ebay and now they look like they are actually my hair.

manybalby: can you do a tutorial on how you do your makeup,, it looks stunning:D<3*;

Laura Bourke: this was so helpful! thanks so much! do u know if they have a website and if they ship to Ireland? :)

7noonaliciouz: hi.. one question, do the clips get loose throughout the day? im thinking of buying some :) also, after you clip them in and straighten them, does it mess the extensions up? i mean, do you have to go back and clip them back in after straightening them?

Amber Mulberry: thanks fo making this video before watching it i used to put in my hair extentions andn it didnt look so good untill you said to section it and it really helped me so thank you!!!!!!!!

Queli Vee: This is the first video i ever saw of yours, and after, i use to watch your videos all the time. I use to spend hours watching them. you're so pretty and great at doing videos!.

Melina Muratagic: i really like the end look of it :) very helpfull :)

Mrs Viking: omg! i cut my hair about a month ago and i hate it!! i have always had looong hair and short hair just is not my thing... but i love the way your extensions look because my hair is ALOT like yours.. very thick and dark. but how much did you pay for all of it together? i would really appreciate the help! thanks in advance.

Mama Sunny_1990: how many pieces do your hair extensions come with? I want to buy some and I've seen them ranging from 4 pieces to 8

nicasoto: Great video, I cut my hair short N this helps. I also love ur make up, do u have a tutorial on it??

Wendy Marie: it looks very GOOD ;) You did a great job ;)

Alpha Male: Great stuff...will give it a try asap!!!

Hannah Dickerson: You cant even tell you have extensions in! I love it (:

Lauren Simpkin: How well do the extentions stay in place?.

thecupcakesgood: I have a question. So my friend was teaching me how to put my extensions in, and she said when you clip it UP, you're supposed to clip the extension into the hair that's pulled upward, not the hair that's hanging. I tried that and it makes these ugly bumps that stick out. Do you clip it to the hair hanging or the hair that's pinned up?

Katie Phillips: this was really helpful thank you

bcrocks55: Thanks! this helps so much. :) i have threee really big clips, and when i section it and put them in, it doesnt hold well most of the time and kinda hurts. what am i doing wrong?

Whitney A. Hill: Is it better to glue on the extensions as oppose to sewing them? I sewed mine (brunette) and I thought everything would look cleaner and more sightly if they were glued. Does the glue last long? How did you do yours, because they look really good.

Taylor Butler: I clip mine into the hair that is hanging if I'm leaving my hair down, but if I'm doing a ponytail or anything I clip them in upside down, or at least my bottom weft.

Ivonne Vasquez: Love your makeup !:) you should do a video on your eye makeup -ivonne (:

Shauna Williams: Have you done the wavy hair tutorial yet? Could you send me a link to it I think it will really help thanks :)

Leah Martin: What brand/clip package did you purchase to do this look?

satenkitti: long hair makes you look so good:) either hair style but the longer style is really flattering. im buying extensions from sallys an making them myself soon. hope itll turn out as good as this. or good enough:P

AnnaRita YellowBlack: Thank you so much for this video!

Ellehen27: Jeeze, like the old phrase; everybody's a critic. Ignore the mean post missy, your hair is super cute. Thanks a ton for the video, very informative. I'm dealing with a similar situation regarding blending my chocolate hair color with black colored hair extensions. Also, don't worry about grammer; your point comes across very clear. It's only a tutorial for crying out loud.

sugar.chef.jess: I like your tutorial! Also, I love that Batman shirt! haha & your eyemakeup is fantastic!

Victoria Cruz: thanks for the tip. i was worried that my hair will not grow enough in time for my wedding coz there's this hairstyle that i really really love but i would need longer hair.
