Medium Top Hair Piece- Shown In Each Color (Official Godiva'S Secret Wigs Videos)

Okay, i thought you were going to leave that fun part in oh, you can now you can see who we really are: okay, hi, i'm rochelle and i am danielle. We are the mother of the mother-daughter team. We are not the mother see. Sometimes it just goes like this hi, i'm rochelle and i am still danielle, i'm the mother of the mother-daughter team of godiva's secret wigs. We are the fathers, oh geez hi, i'm rochelle and i'm danielle. We are the mother-daughter team of godiva's secret wigs in this video. We are going to show you all the colors that our medium top hair piece comes in we're going to show you, the non-rooted colors and the rooted colors, all mixed together, just going from darkest to lightest and grays at the end. Yes, so both of us have longer hair, we wouldn't actually wear the medium top. That wouldn't be like our top piece of choice, but for this video we want to show you what it looks like and all the different colors. So, even though i said that i can wear the medium top, i am actually wearing it right now. You can't believe it. Yes, i just wouldn't be able to wear it down. So what i did is, i actually have on the medium top and i have it clipped in the back. She just clipped the back, and this is all the top piece. So this way so i want to. I want to take it off and show you what it looks like, so we wanted to show you on me the actual length of the medium top. So if you wear your hair, smoother shorter or even if you wear it to the chin or the shoulder right, it will just give you that extra fullness and you just brush it right in right. Okay, so i wan na! I just want you to see. So i took the clip down, so if my hair was more layered, this would work it would work. I just want so here it's kind of a shorter layer, so it just doesn't make as much sense because i don't have short enough layers, but if i put it in that half ponytail or a full ponytail anything like that, it does make sense right, and you Know what you can even make a high ponytail, because it's clipping up here yeah. Will you turn around a little on the side? Yes there. So this is danielle's hair, because the piece clips up here, two clips in the back two in the front. So so it does, it does work with my hair, just not just, but i want to show you the difference so here i am with the medium top two clips in the front two on the back, i'm just gon na lift it away, and here i am Without it, so you see it made a huge difference right, yes, yeah! So i'm answering you yes, yes, yes, you're saying yes, so that is so. I want you to see the inside. So there's two clips on the top and it's hard color to show i'll show you on this one. There are two clips on the top and there's two clips on the bottom and you just rock them open and closed and there's this little piece of rubber right. There that's what makes so once it's closed, it's not pulling on your hair that rubber keeps it from moving around and it's gentle, the rubber makes it more gentle on your hair. So this is the length of the piece, so you can see it, and so what we're going to be doing is we're going to have our hair back we're just going to be putting on each piece each color. So you can really see the colors next to each other, so just know we're not preparing our hair to to walk out with these we're just showing you the color, and if your hair is longer or shorter, we have a lot of different top pieces, different ones, That are short and straight short and curlier wavy long all different bangs, none so check out our top pieces. If this is not quite the one for you boy, you're shaking that, like a pom-pom for all the ones that aren't for all the people that will work with this one, we are going to show you the colors, that this comes in. And i just want to say quickly danielle that bangs can be put in here: trimmed trimmed just go to a hairdresser or do a little trimming. Danielle has amazing tutorials out of our 400 videos. One of them is how to trim bangs. The other thing is, this is a machine-teased piece. It doesn't have a see-through scalp the benefit of machine tees. Is you can get any kind of a lift that you want and then even like? I just changed the part. Okay, it was that easy or what, and so you get that little lift, even after you wash any of our pieces right like medium top, it will dry the way you bought it easy and convenient. I do want to know if you're looking at this and you're, like that's, that's too full for me, we do also have a monofilament version called a mono medium top. What i was saying most of you, ladies or something i don't know. I don't know it's. Okay! Sorry, let's go so. I am wearing the darkest color that our medium top comes in. It'S called expresso. This is a soft black color, it's not a harsh black. It'S definitely a soft black um. It'S my color, the color i use, and so, like i said, my hair is just here back in a ponytail, but i just want you to see kind of where the piece is so it has these kind of little longer bangs, but, like rochelle said they can Be trimmed, and then it has just these pieces here on the side and then rochelle is wearing these like it's a warm dark brown called cappuccino, cappuccino, and so, if you'll see, i just work on the front. First, get the front how i like it: i've clipped the two in right at my hairline play with the front. Yes, i like it and now i'm going to turn around and there's two clips back here and i'm clipping them in right there and the white is just the price tag that comes out. Don'T worry so you can see you know more clearly how long it is. Yeah, so we're going to kind of do a little turn, so you can see the colors side by side we're going to do this with all the colors, so you can really compare and decide which color is best for you right, cappuccino expression. So i'm going to put on the next color just a little lighter, it's called dark chocolate. This is going to be a cooler dark brown, so, while rochelle is wearing the cappuccino, which is the warm dark brown dark, chocolate is going to be your cool, dark brown. So just look if i had short hair now. If your hair is super short, you can take the medium top to a hairdresser of your choice and she will layer it and make it shorter to work with your hair. So to give you that little extra, so you know you're, free to create and customize this piece and any of our pieces and wigs the way you want right, yeah, um, okay, so i have on dark chocolate. So this is going to be slightly lighter and it's like, i said, the cooler dark brown where cappuccino is the warmer right, i'm getting nice and close. It'S a good thing. You'Re, my daughter, i had this vision i was going to head by. You know: oh, no, not good. Okay, next, i'm doing coffee lut, so coffee latte is going to be a rooted color. This is the darkest rooted color. So what rooted means? Let me show you on a different one. So when something is rooted, it has a deeper color at the base, which makes it look like roots or regrowth, which is really really natural. So even on this one that she's wearing the base in the inside part is going to be the darker brown. Where there's highlights all over the rest, so this is the coffee, latte, very, very pretty color, so you'll see these really natural highlights all throughout and, ladies, if you're, seeing a color here that you're like getting excited about. Yes, that's the color! I love that i want purchase it and take it to your hairdresser. That'S what i do every time i get my hair colored. So i will take the piece and say brady who i love my sweetheart. Please make me this color and it's so much easier for a hairdresser to see instead of talking words, okay and also when you're keeping up your color. I always take it, so i suggest you do too right. So i'm going to redo my men. Okay, keep talking! So i love braiding. Now brady is actually her hair, you know and if you don't have a hairdresser, ask your friends. Ask your relatives. I i like to get referred to hairdressers. I don't like to just pick one cold but or you like someone's hair boy. I stopped them at walmart gee. I like your hair. Where do you get it colored and so take that next step, because you are free to have the hair you want and then they might say it's a good type of a secret wig. Oh, you can have it too. That is true, so i am wearing ginger brown, so ginger brown is going to be a really warm reddish brown blend. So you'll see it's just this warm color, there's no like big highlights or anything. It'S just a very fine blend, especially compared to coffee latte, where you see these highlights here, see that see that take that i hope you're taking notes and remember that most of our wigs also come in these colors too right. So if you take notes on the colors that you're really falling in love with and if you're new to godiva's secret, wigs our clients, they own two to 20 and 30 and more wigs and they have hair wardrobes and they stop whining about their hair. And they get to be whoever they want. Every day, wigs pieces, scrunchies ponytails, i mean right all of it. We got you covered so medium top brown, medium brown, medium brown are medium top. It'S good you're here to keep me on the straight and narrow honey. So medium brown is a great color if you've never dyed your hair and you're a little deeper brown, not super dark, but yeah how natural it's really yeah. It'S like i want to get in there and i wanted to show you face to face how great our colors are. So i have on ginger brown, which is going to be the warmer brown and the medium brown is going to be a cooler cooler mm-hmm. That'S a really pretty soft color on you. Thank you. I do like it, so the next color i'm gon na put on is called almond spice r. Again, it's i got ta watch these elbows again, it's a rooted color, so i want to show you so i always before i put it on. I like to just give it a little brush, especially down the middle. You know if it's new, it's been traveling to you. Just got ta wake it up a little bit so you'll see in here see this darker color right in the middle. That is the roots. So that looks like you: had your hair colored and it's growing out and who would ever think you have a wig or a piece on when it looks like that? The other thing for me personally, i have dark eyebrows and of course my hair is dark. So if i want to wear a top piece, i want it to be um. If i want to wear a top piece, that's a little lighter than my own hair. I needed to have the roots that way. It makes sense with my eyebrows and if any of my little hairs poke out that'll make sense. So i could technically wear this color a lot of women just have the top. You know highlighted again in like a ponytail, but if i did this right, that makes sense a lot of women just have that top highlighted right as you're walking and going around your day today check out the top of women's hair and the tip of their hair And look at the difference and imagine if they took the tip of their hair and they put it up here what a difference? Yes, but it's their hair, it's all connected! So no one really thinks any different people are walking around with all kinds of hair and colors yeah. So even if i have my opponent, yes or a clip or anything, it makes sense like she said i have friends, i laugh because their hair is actually like. This, like the top, is very light in the bottom's dark and i'm like people say that their piece has to match exactly but look around. It almost makes more sense when it doesn't. It'S literally like this is the the real tips, and this is really yeah. Okay, you're doing it right now. Look at that! So look! Look around you'll and write us tell us about what you're seeing because it's so true it makes sense right. Okay, so this is the almond spice color. You know what i'm going to do. I'M going to do this, so you can really see when i turn where it lays quick right. I think i'm going to leave my hair down the rest of the time. Yes, because you'll really see the contrast and where the piece is laying, i should have done that with the dark ones: okay, good idea, honey. So again, this is that almond spice r color. Do you see that that's where it's like great? Thank you. So i think i'll pull mine down for the red sure and then up yeah and back up, okay down it up and blah blah blah. Okay, i am doing the beloved irish spice. You know what i'm going to take this off, because we're not really going to compare i'll do the other red okay. So this way you can see also so rochelle's putting on irish spice, which is a rooted color again and then i'm putting on maple sugar r, which is a rooted lights red. It could also be like a dark blonde or a light brown. This. This color can kind of be everything you know honey, it could be. Oh yeah, that's cute and clipped yeah or the tips can be put in and the medium top. This piece is to give you just some extra gentle height right, not too much. It'S not phony. Looking but this would be super cute with things like i brought this down, i can trim a little bang right right. You can bring it to this side for, like a side thing, just kind of keep playing. Okay, so here is irish spice and here is maple sugar, true, okay, i like that see. I think i want to take that color to brady and say brady. My sweetheart make me the skull. Please make me this color you're enough. All right, oh actually, we're both! Next now, so those are kind of the two reds that the medium tops gon na come in, so now we're gon na head into the blondes. Yes, so i don't know if we can compare these kind of well. Yes, we can okay, so i'm putting iced mocha on do a little pony, so you can kind of see the piece better. It'S like i had a little short haircut. Okay and i smoke a beautiful in wigs too. These little blonde highlights very subtle, but they i just feel a little brighter with the highlights. So i love it. I'M going to be putting on something it's like harvest gulp so and the iced mocha just to note is a rooted color. So when you're, when you go on our website and you're wanting to order, you'll see two items, you'll see medium top and you'll see medium top with roots, so the medium top has the non-rooted colors and the medium top with roots. Has any of these that have the dash r, yes or rooted right? So if you're ever looking at any item - and you are looking at colors like i'm - not sure i'm not seeing the color - i like see, if there's another version, the rooted or the non-rooted version and rooted if you're not used to it or you say i don't Like my gray root, showing it doesn't have to do with your gray roots, because these are subtle, deeper roots, it's all about the illusion and danielle, and i pick the best and create the best colors with and without roots. So if you're in your 60s even 70s, don't be afraid of a rooted wig, you know try it out and it just adds more dimension, more color to the hair. So it's fun. So this is called harvest gold, so harvest gold is a non-rooted color and it has this great golden color and then it has a medium brown all through it. So it's really a gorgeous color. It is so it's got warm and cool in it. Yes, so harvest and iced mochi you'll see kind of the difference where hers has more of this, like not a white but like a whiter blonde, where harvest gold has more of a golden blonde. So that's the difference here. I'M shopping colors, while i'm looking at the back of your head, honey. Okay. Next this is the color. I typically wear wait. You should be doing nutmeg. Oh sorry, this is the color i used to wear every day, and actually i love best in my freedom wig. If you don't know freedom wig, please look up. Freedomwig, rochelle and freedomnutmegf are synonymous we're connected at the roots. Oh yeah see this color yeah nutmeg, f, little blonde little warmth and then the deeper roots. It'S like it pulls my eyebrows, my eye, color, my makeup. My lipstick, it's just, i can't say enough, it's kind of a great color that can kind of go with so many different complexions as well. It'S not like you have to be this one right so now i am going to go to spring honey, which is another non-rooted color, just a really realistic, nicely blended, no real highlights, but just a lot of blended colors and if you're purchasing your first top piece. Just a suggestion be patient with yourself: please don't expect that you're just going to plop it on your head and go like go quick like we're used to moving so quick in our lives, but you want. This is like a new hobby for many of you. So take your time with it see what you like, keep asking yourself. Do i like it this way? Do i like it this way and and get to know the piece you will connect with the piece if you take a little time, especially in the beginning right and just know too, we've been doing this, for you know 20, something years 40, something years 20, something For me, and so we we already have learned how to work with the pieces easily, but just follow what we're doing with our hand, just watch what we're doing. Obviously exactly so you can do it. You know long ago, we faked it till we made it now. We'Re not faking it so just copy us yeah, so i have on spring honey. You'Ll see it just is very natural, beautiful and rochelle has the nutmeg, which has a little more, i want to say red, a little more strawberry in it than mine, um. All right now is your color. Now is my color. So should i have my hair down or not? Oh, you can try yeah, let's, let's just try, so this is creamy toffee r. We also have a long top. So if this is just too short for you - the long top comes about here and then you can also have it trimmed shorter, but it definitely works with longer hair. So your layers in the back work almost but the front, it's a little, your hair's too long. So like she would have to do kind of what i did like half up or a high pony anything right to separate it. So you don't see that shorter right and so yeah cute little twist and anything where it's at least a little bit up right. So you don't see the break between here and here exactly right, so creamy toffee. Next, we are gon na do this, so this piece comes in two different gray: colors uh, so we're gon na show you those so rochelle is going to put on the sandy silver excuse me and i'm going to do the silver stone. So again so excuse me so maybe when it got to you, it looks like this in the middle because it's been traveling right. So that's why i was saying you want to take your brush from the top and just kind of brush. That middle part see how that just broke it up like that, so it's going to make it look way more realistic when you put it on and not like yanking, it treat your pieces, your wigs and pieces, like beautiful lace, lingerie and they'll stay better. Looking so much longer yes, so two clips in the front two clips in there all right, you're, seeing it double time, let's race, i just thought that too oh yeah, i could be silverstone later. So what am i wearing sandy sandy silver yeah? So rochelle's is in the sandy silver, so you'll notice. The front is that lighter gray, but the back here is the brownish gray, where i have on silver stone, which is lighter and then more of just a dark and light gray might as well. Do our turn again, because this is a really good view right here, so these are all the colors that our medium top comes in um like we said all these colors come in other styles and we have a lot of other top pieces as well. So you may start with this one then venture to the tailor top and then maybe the mono, and you know most of our clients have two to 20 wigs and pieces and 30 and 40 and 50 and more um. It'S more. You know it's! It'S stuff! People stop buying shoes and purses and start buying wigs, because you know it just it completely changes your look and even how you feel you know right and i'd like to say one thing: just one more minute is our top pieces.
